Étant déjà équiper sur la voiture principale de mr nous avons fait le choix de prendre un second badge vacance pour ma voiture plus pratique pour les switcher sur n’importe quel véhicule plus de prise de tête avec les péages invisibles 😂😂🤦♀️ où on se dit mince je l’ai payer je sais plus !!!
Terrible support
App and badge work okay, but the support is terrible when not everything is working. Communication is only in French and they are unwilling to provide help in English or other languages. Couldn’t use my badge because of technical difficulties, but nobody could help me. Had to pay a fine to get rid of them. Please use their competitor.

Tag switched off
I ordered a tag in July it arrived in a week great service. Using the toll roads in France the tag failed to operate, contacted Ulys and they say I asked for it to be switched off???? Been onto the app and can’t see where it can be switched off.
Does the job
Some toll gates lift up swiftly, some other need more time as if the sensor was ´thinking’.

Signed up in August. Still waiting for it to be activated. Chased several times and customer support go out of their way to block you. Good luck if ever a payment issue or you need something urgent addressed. AVOID THESE MUPPETS

J’ai acheté un badge Ulys en magasin auto. J’ai du l’activer sur l’application. Une confirmation d’activation du badge devait m’être envoyer sous 48h. Aucunes nouvelles après 5jours ! Impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone ni un chat disponible ! J’espère pour vous que vous n’aurez pas de problème, car sinon bonne chance pour avoir une discussion avec quelqu’un !

Toestel wekt goed / slechte vertaling
Toestel werkt wel goed aan de peage .. maar neem alle tijd om alles in te stellen.. want de Nederlandse vertaling trekt op geen zak

I drove from Calais in France to Santiago de Compostela ( North of Spain ) passing through multiple tolls in both countries and I can’t be more happy. Do not need to leave your car or use cards or money for the trip thanks to Ulys.

Délai de validation du pass Ulys annoncé à 48h, mais après 96h, toujours aucune nouvelle. Le service client m'indique désormais une attente de 10 à 15 jours. C'est inacceptable !

Es wäre optimal, wenn die Meldungen aller Autobahnbetreiber aufgeführt würden. Ansonsten eine tolle Sache.

I use this app but I don’t understand because everything is in French ,can make some option to choose the language?
Payment
I’m can’t get my British account to pay the direct debit. I have to wait till payment declined and then pay by debit card. I would pay earlier than the payment date but no facility to do this. Any chance you can sort this issue please. The 20th I my payment date I have to wait to get email saying declined then I can pay by debit or credit card. Other than that I love the service.

Activatie werkt niet zoals beweerd (na 6 dagen is de account nog niet geactiveerd). De app is ook een warboel van Frans en Engels. Slordige boel. Enkel aan te raden bij intensief gebruik want het kost veel tijd om op te zetten.
Heel goed wel enkel in Frans of half in het Engels
De app werkt heel goed en is duidelijk. Maar de enige taal opties zijn Frans en Engels. Hierbij is het Engels ook maar voor de helft doorheen de app zelf

Ulys Toll Tag
I purchased the tag easily through the website and the tag eventually came before our holiday, luckily!(it promises to ship with in 48 hrs, it was about 10 days overall and a couple of emails sent and not replied to which was poor) Having said that and read the views of UK customers I must admit I was concerned for my trip. I need not have worried though, the tag worked perfectly and the DD went out of my UK bank account(Lloyds) absolutely fine. If you want a tag that works you can’t really do better than this really, top marks.
Awful customer support.
Tried couple of times to send them an email. Nobody answer. I didn’t receive the badge. Ulys is not able to setup the direct debit. I have changed the IBAN two or three times and nothing. They said the bank has rejected the transaction. I checked with banks and they didn’t found any transaction requests in their system. I decided not to go forward with Ulys.

Why oh why is this app in French only? Don’t you think that lots of tourists ( responsible for lots of Euro’s on the autoroute) would like this app to be in English?
Recent French trip.
I found the system very useful as I was with my 6 year old daughter who couldn’t reach the toll gate and so I ordered the Ulys tag which was excellent and now that we’re back home, my toll charges are coming through for payment and that is very helpful.
