Je souhaite résilier mon abonnement et je ne trouve pas la procédure du coup mon abonnement s’est renouvelé sans mon consentement . Ce n’est pas correct
Bien mais …
L’application est bonne, mais par contre un peu déçu pour une première randonnée l’itinéraire indiqué à deux fois de traverser des fermes avec des chiens faites du coup attention! Dommage aussi que l’application ne soit pas jumelé avec WeWard par exemple
Des bugs réguliers
Synchronisation impossible; Des traces qui n’apparaissent plus dans les dossiers qu’on a créé… Taille de la mémoire cash, régulièrement saturé dès qu’on a téléchargé une carte. Une application qui n’a fait qu’augmenter ses prix depuis 2021 mais qui est resté archaïque dans son utilisation…

Carte IGN 25, pas à jour
Dans l’ensemble, bonne appli, mais attention j’ai pris l’abonnement IGN pour avoir les cartes 1/25 et les cartes que proposent Visorando ne sont pas du tout à jour, contrairement à d’autres applications qui avec le même abonnement propose les dernières versions des cartes IGN. J’ai essayé de contacter le service commercial à ce sujet car je trouve cela normal de payer un abonnement chez IGN pour ne pas avoir les dernières mises à jour. Mais aucun retour de leur part. Je ne renouvelle pas mon abonnement.
Problème de distance
Passionné de randonnées pédestres je m’aperçois fréquemment lorsque je termine une randonnée et que j’enregistre les données finales, qu’il y a des écarts d’environ un kilomètre de distance parcourue avec des randonneurs qui utilisent d’autres applications comme STRAVA ou sur leurs montres connectées.

Une super appli claire et fiable, mais pouvoir changer la langue de l’appli sans avoir à changer la langue du téléphone serait idéal.
No thanks
Downloaded app this to plan walks and track where we are on the walk. Used the 3 day free trial which went ok. After the free trial you have to buy the app and then buy the maps you want on top. Then to find out that the walk planning element is only at Beta testing stage. The maps are not the same as the trial and many footpaths not shown. Also any error messages are in French.

Application qui paraît sympa a priori. Mais finalement je suis déçu. Les itinéraires ne sont pas fiables. On débouche sur des sentiers inexistants ou inaccessibles. Il n’y a pas non plus de consignes vocales au moment des intersections. Donc on doit tout le temps regarder l’appli pour savoir où on en est au lieu d’avoir les changements d’itinéraires via des écouteurs.

Nickel, simple à utiliser et bonnes indications
Mauvais trace, indication peu précise
Sur 2 rando 2 galères… du coup je l ai supprimé . Se retrouver en plein bois en pente sans chemin alors que sur l appli on est pile poil sur le tracé , c est plus que dérangeant sur t’aouta avec des enfants. De plus une rando note facile doit être facile !!!! 240 dénivelé positif sur 2 km c est pas facile … c est faisable !
Finally! A brilliant walking app
This is a wonderful intuitive app showing walking routes (and more apparently) on a real map with decent descriptions of way points and POIs. The app will track your position so it’s tough to get lost. Highly recommended
ATTN: subscription account “lost” after payment
I had an automatically renewing IGN subscription for many years. Payment for this year made in May, but then suddenly in Oct I’m locked out of my account, pw reset doesn’t work. Support says no record of my username despite the fact that I receive VR newsletters to that address. Support keeps stonewalling. I suspect a problem with their database that they don’t want to admit to.

Attention Vos évaluations sur la difficulté sont parfois trompeuses Celle ci par exemple. Est plutôt réservé à randonneur confirmé Suite à la tempête. Le sentier en montée est plus difficile qu auparavant La descente aussi est plus aussi agréable. De gros cailloux tout le Long Prévenir les futurs randonneurs seraient bien Sinon votre appli n est pas mal

Avoid - absolutely zero support and customer service !
. Downloaded the app and found it reasonably useful, given that there doesn’t seem to be any comprehensive better option for someone looking for hiking info for France, (glad to hear of others). I then opted to subscribe for the offline detailed maps (IGN) . However the app never recognized the subscription (Apple store shows is at active ) . Every time I tried to active map view - the app asked me to subscribe . I tried to email and posted on the forum for help - nothing , no reply, not even an acknowledgement that my request for help was received . I hence have to strongly advise against the usage and specifically the subscription ! Zero stars for no existing customer service.

GPS Routes are Poor
I used this app for two of the wainwrights routes (Scafell Group and Mell Fell Medley) for them both it took me and my friend nowhere near the actual route needed, initially sending us through unnecessary bogs and scrambling up the sides of waterfalls. One walk was in poor visibility so we really relied on the GPS. If it wasn’t for the other hike having good visibility I’d have gone straight down the side of a fell straight up another when there was an almost straight path between the two. Would’ve rated less if I had used it for more of my walks, but I’ll stick to AllTrails or use a map! Interface was good and provided detail of my walks. Probably wouldn’t recommend

Most of the walks I click on have said ‘no data’. I am trying to plan a walk an hours drive away from me but it’s just not working sadly. Don’t want others to be disappointed too. Will delete I guess. Ok Thank you.
Très très remonté je suis… pb réglé
Je suis normalement très satisfait de Visirando mais là ils dépassent les bornes. Je suis abonné jusqu’en novembre 2026 et là subitement depuis 15 jours je n’ai plus accès au service Premium. Je le leur ai signalé. Aucune réaction de leur part. C’est le pompon ! ÉDIT 09/07/2026 : problème solutionné. Je passe de 1 à 4 étoiles.
Problème chargement carte version 3.15.1
Depuis que j’ai chargé la version 3.15.1, l’application ne charge plus la carte des que l’on zoom trop (à partir de l’échelle 1:25000 ou plus petite)

Be careful if you are looking for the os explorer uk map. You get it free for 3 days and it’s great and works well. So l purchased the full version for £13.99 great price! So be aware this doesn’t unlock the os explorer for the uk only for France. I emailed the app developers but No reply so asked Apple for a refund which I got within 24 hours!
Nice app, but sorting favs to current location missing
Love the app, have been using for years! Gives the freedom to follow a hike/route without annoying extras, (like having to press record for instance, and no notifications if don't want to). So for following a hike its awesome! Easy to save to favorites or make my own hike if i pay. But: having so many favorites: it would be soooooooo handy if i could sort hikes by: distance to my current location!!! Now i have to click on each hike to see where in the world they are, to find a favorite hike wherever i am at that time (i have hikes mostly in europe, but in many locations). This just is too much work. Another small point, the map has not so much contrast, and the text and differences between small road and hiking path the routes can be difficult to see. Im talking about open street maps. I also use other apps sometimes where they choose a different look for the same open street map. Maybe this is a choice, but especially hiking by map, not following a route, can be tricky.
App moet steeds opnieuw gestart worden
Als de telefoon in mijn zak zit tijdens het wandelen loopt de app steeds vast. Dus als ik op de wandelkaart wil kijken moet ik steeds de app opnieuw opstarten, de juiste wandeling aanklikken etc. Heel onhandig. Toch nog 3 sterren omdat de app zonder dit fenomeen best handig is
Génial mais besoin de vraies améliorations
L’application est géniale mais il faudrait quelques améliorations vraiment critiques : 1. Laisser les utilisateurs mettre des commentaires quand ils ont fait une balade, pour dire ce qu’ils en ont pensé, ou donner des conseils pour les suivants. 2. Laisser les utilisateurs ajouter des photos, car il y en a rarement beaucoup. Les photos pourraient même être géo-localisées ce qui permettrait d’aider pour suivre le parcours. 3. Laisser l’utilisateur prendre note des balades faites, avec la date, et ses commentaires. 4. La recherche pourrait être largement améliorée (écran d’accueil et recherche textuelle, recherche sur une carte). 5. Un abonnement IGN mensuel serait utile et permettrait de payer un peu plus à la carte. Pour l’instant, même l’abonnement trimestriel est trop cher pour que je le prenne pour une ou 2 semaines de vacances. Il serait bon également que l’abonnement puisse être être ponctuel sans se renouveler automatiquement. 6. Pendant une balade, l’application utilise tellement de batterie que l’on n’arrive pas à finir la balade sans passer en mode avion entre 2 waypoints... Pas très pratique.
Complete rubbish
Downloaded this which appeared to be an app for walkers in the UK, but it keeps saying I need to register but when I do it doesn’t recognise the password I’ve just put it then switches to ages in French. Don’t waste your time on it.

Prachtige app! Eén groot nadeel: iedere keer als je de app verlaat (foto maken of andere app gebruiken) moet je de wandeling die je doet opnieuw opzoeken en dat is best irritant...
Really useful walking app.
Found out about this app when using randogps to plan holiday walks in Brittany. Great range of walks from short to quite long, search is by town with walks in the area of & related to code postale, resume of each very informative with icons & the level of France IGN mapping detail is extremely good (street name level in towns). Very easy to use. I haven't tried it live yet but suspect it uses gps to indicate live location whilst on walk.

This app blocked my phone Popping up and blocking asking me to constantly share my position. You have literally 1 second to go to option and recede it’s functionality before finding it to kill. Stay away from this.
Great app with one massive bug
This app is great for finding hikes, the IGN maps, etc. It has one huge flaw: it doesn’t save your state within the app when you switch away from it (e.g., put the phone to sleep, switch apps, etc.) so that when you come back to the app, you end up at its home screen and not where you were before. This is verrrrrrry annoying if you’re tying to consult the directions for a hike, or a map, and have to then navigate through several screens each time. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star app.
