Easy and Breezy
App is smooth to use, sometimes I can’t understand enough details about each rate package. Some deals seem to be the same package for different prices. Otherwise I have had no issues and hopefully can enjoy my rewards soon!
Super buggy app
The app is good when it works but really annoying when you want to book and to take advantage of the online deals they have. You really need to fix this or fix the servers when you are running promotions especially during Asia Pacific time.

Outrigger Waikiki resort
Lounge club I was writing but it disappered. Here’s again. We love the Outrigger. Resort for our staycations on Oahu. Especially because BlueNote is right there. Food in DUKE’s and Hula Grill are exceptional. So why is the ʻ Lounge Culb’ food and drink so horid? Not your basic bad but scary horrific that I payed extra for. Just think 5 levels below Taco Bell or automated machine sandwiches

I have used the site a few times and I find that GHA Discovery is very helpful and accommodating and the process is easy to manage. I would definitely use them again.
Rewards
Biggest issue is trying to figure out how to spend rewards $. I can’t tell which ones can be redeemed as a non staying guest. Very frustrating.
I can't seem to have my Discovery credit applied to my booking
How is it that my D250 credit I wanted to use before it expires did not get credited to my new booking for Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club? I've booked my stay for 3 nights from Monday, May 27th - Thursday, May 30th, 2024! Please advise what my Discovery Dollars are good for.
Great programs, terrible customer service
The booking process is highly functional and the programs are great, but customer service is TERRIBLE and SLOW. So instead of 5-stars they get 2, sad.
why we can not use Unionpay Card to booking？
First , I can't use my UnionPay card to book a room Second, the lack of Chinese bothers me a little Thirdly, and what makes me angry the most, I can use my UnionPay card to book on the official website of pan pacific, but I can't book on the official website and App of GHA!

Not able to add card to Apple Wallet
I accidentally deleted the membership card from my Apple Wallet. When I tried to add it back, it kept saying failed to load your card.
Way better than NH app…
… but it is quite annoying to be required to update the app after every new update in the day of the launch. It just happened to me, I was traveling abroad with limited data plan, no wifi nearby. Unless is a critical security update (which was not never described on the release notes) or the running version is too old, this is a very non-user-friendly thing to do.
Unable to redeem points or view future bookings
Having difficulty with this app when purchasing bookings online there is no option to redeem points that you already have and it requires you to only give a credit card for payment. There was no option for me to communicate with the Hotels such as giving them a message I required parking.. And also on the app I can’t see future bookings. I only see bookings once they’ve been finalised. This is not just specific to the app. It’s also specific to the online platform.

Not Working Bookings not connecting status to Oaks/Minor Properties Australia
I have had 7 nights at Oaks (Minor) Hotels Australia in the last 2 weeks but my Titanium Status and Membership is not connected to bookings. I normally receive a bottle of wine for stays but received no welcome gift for any stays over the last 4 stays and 9 nights.
I can’t find the darn location I want to stay!
I JUST WANT TO BOOK IN WAIKIKI AND NO CHANCE OF FINDING IT WITHIN THE CONVOLUTED APP! THEY ARE FORCING YOU TO NAVIGATE THROUGH EVERYTHING BUT NO A SINGLE SEARCH BY LOCATION!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL IS MY TIP!

Surely downloading an app and setting up an account shouldn’t be as convoluted as this app is. Very poor design and user experience.

Bring back the previous version
This new version overlays the explore and stay offers tabs preventing you from searching and booking. Numerous reinstalling attempts had not resolved the issue.
Pretty useless so far
I have booked 4 different accommodations and none are stored. When I enter the reservation number for 1 it appears but it is not stored. The other 3 confirmation numbers tell me that my booking does not exist yet it is confirmed on the hotels computer system
Bring back ability to add apple wallet

The Discovery App is seamless and allows easy booking of hotels when I travel

Could not get this to work on my iPad7 v14.4. Limited better usage on my iPhone6 v12.5.1. So many difficulties when using this app On either device I cannot list them all. Cant contact anyone to resolve. Forced to make a booking via reservation central.

It's really helpful app. Easy to reserve rooms and manage membership. But it needs more pictures for the rooms.

I used to book stays via the old Ap, however now I can’t even search as the opening welcome message sits over the search bar.
Terrible update
The new update has so many glitches, won’t load dates for making a booking correctly. Doesn’t load hotels when searching. Needs some major work.

Does everything it should. The fifth star I would give if reservations would be synchronized with wallet.
