Use the website - awful app
It has issues when you try to book which cause multiple bookings and you don’t get points properly. It’s terrible
First Time Using
First time using the app. Simple enough. I just don’t know if I got 15% off as this didn’t seem to show when booking:
Pointless
Can’t order room service, can’t see room service menu, can’t do online check out without reentering payment info (I already paid at check in). What’s the point of this app exactly? If I want to browse hotels I can just use google.
Better…. But…
The app has improved and generally works better. Two fixes that would make it even better: When booking, allow the user to enter credit card information through iOS/iPadOS Autofill > Credit Cards. Secondly, when going to certain sections of the app and having made your choice about cookies for the app to remember it.

Not allowing booking guarantee
Would not allow card guarantee of booking price either through app or card reader …had to go to the website. Presumably this was to allow the price to go up, which it did

Это же надо такое ужасное приложение. Не работает ничего. Зарегистрироваться в программе - не получается, вылезает ошибка снова и снова. Забронировать - всё зависает и бесконечная загрузка. Обновили приложение, думаю ну наконец-то всё будет по-человечески работать! Но нет, ничего не поменялось

Quite possibly the worst loyalty rewards app in the world. Totally inaccurate when it eventually records stays. ... And don't get me started when it comes to the support staff response when you try to fix the mistakes!

Apper kan virke litt skummelt for mange men her har Radisson fått en app creator som vet og kan kunsten med å også inkludere de eldre og dem som gjerne syns apper er litt skumle å trykke seg igjennom. Som sagt så er denne appen lett å navigere og den gjorde bestillingsprosessen helt stressfri og jeg fikk gjort bestillingene mine mens jeg var på møte og på farten.

When you want to retrieve your upcomming stays, it just says «sometjing went wrong when retrieving your stays, please try again later». Its been like this for mant weeks. Please fix it so u can use the RH app.
Terrible Customer Service for Member Rewards Points
Terrible customer service for getting my stay rewards points added to my account. I’ve been staying at the Radisson Blu in Bahrain for years but never get my points. When I submit missing points emails I never hear back or get a response. When I call and speak with someone they say they can only go back 1 year and when I tell them that I started this issue before the year deadline they tell me they have no record and tell me to send an email copy of my stay billing, but I never hear back and never get my stay points. The reservations are made by the US Embassy but the embassy does not pay for the lodging, I pay for it. This doesn’t happen with my Marriott Bonvoy account when I stay there when in Qatar. Unfortunately I have to stay at the Radisson Blu when in Bahrain. Jim M

Добрый день, у вас постоянно висит приложение . Сделайте его обновление. Нельзя забронировать и отредактировать бронирования. Пишет все время попробывать позже
Dårlig og misvisende priser
Villedende priser på hotellrom. Før man velger rom, vises prisen inkludert skatt, men etter at rommet er valgt, dukker det opp en ny pris med skatt lagt på en gang til – altså skatt på skatt. 🤔 I tillegg er appen svært treg, og man blir automatisk logget ut hver gang man lukker den.

Не дает забронировать отель- пишет не верный код турагента… какое турагентство? Как говорится - никогда такого не было и вот опять… весь день такое… как раз накануне поездки- не возможно забронировать номер через приложение.. являюсь участником с вип статусом. Вообщем приложение постоянно лагает

Easy to use
Very poor
Never used an app that made everything difficult at every stage. Signing up, booking, no Apple Pay, couldn’t use Passwords app to create account. Very poor.
Cannot log in
“ something went wrong. Please try later” Cannot log into my account on Apple iOS.
The issue with lagging
I like the hotels, but both the app as well as the homepage suffers from time to time from lagging. I guess it might be a combination of heavy traffic, too many elements being showed, code not being up to date and lacking server performance. But this is very annoying if you travel a lot and want to browse offers and check availability. This time I ended up choosing another hotel chain. So I guess someone somewhere saved some money and sales and costumer service ended up getting frustrated costumers and loosing costumers instead. Besides performance, it is a quite an ok app.
Works but missing key functions
Not able use 1Password app ☹️Not able to cut and paste cards details - has to be done manually each time☹️16 digit membership number that is sometimes needed at check-in ☹️. Searches take you the go wrong hotel (Oslo). App is usable but poor function and terrible usability!

Just downloaded and deleted -scam
Download the app and become a member for exclusive 15% members savings they say. Then gather all your data and prices are exactly the same as on the open website. Pointless, misleading and clearly set up to harvest your data.
Great app but a serious mistake in the app
The phone number shown in the app for Premium Rewards customers is the wrong number, must have been a typo, it’s the number for an adult chat line. If you login as a premium member, click Account and scroll to 24h Exclusive Contact Center, the phone number that shows up when you click it is either incorrect or calls that chat line. Please fix asap

Lots of ads, impossible to get invoices or contacting a human.

Но зарегистрироваться в приложении - невозможно и от этого - ты не «постоянный участник» пользования услугами отеля , а случайный и соответственно не идут никакие бонусы и т п . Жаль , но плохо работает и нечестно таким образом, приложение

Jeg forsøker lage en reservasjon via appen, men hver gang kommer jeg til en side som sier “we’re unable to load this page. Please return to booking summary and try again”. Virker som om appen ikke får tak i betalingsløsningen?

Very user friendly! Clearly gives all nearby hotels to compare and can add optional extras to your booking. Great booking confirmation info to save, add to calendar, and add to apple wallet
Slow and Clunky
Compared to IHG and Marriott’s app this one is terrible. It’s extremely slow, full of bugs, tried booking a room several times and just comes up with Payment Gateway Error, and it’s overall an ugly UI. Have to manually enter payment card details each time. On IHG and Marriott’s app you can book a room in seconds… so I did.
Issue with app price
Issue with price while booking under member advance pay , the price comes to thousands of dollars while the price per nights is79.20$
App crashes
Not able to continue my booking and make the payment, tried different devices , Android and IOS and all not working , really frustrating

Poor customer service, no A/c in the room, no safe in the room, single duvets on double bed. Good breakfast though.

2023 but the app still doesn’t feature in landscape mode
Imagine if you will that the iPad app is usable only in portrait mode, yet millions of iPad users have attached keyboards and use their devices in landscape mode rather than portrait. Imagine investing so little time in understanding what your customers want that you create the easiest version the app that your coders can make.
App only rate - unavailable in app???
So, downloading the app is supposed to get you a better rate, however in whatever hotel I try, I get an error message telling me something went wrong every time I try to select the app only rate. Very poor
