Good app with nice facilities
Worst app ever
This is one of the worst app I have seen. Can’t really use the app. As and when I scroll down, it keeps scrolling up forcefully and won’t let me scroll down. Can’t book a stay since it keeps scrolling and won’t let me see the information at the bottom of the page. Don’t waste time using the app! For a Taj brand this app seems like a scam!!
App Issues
There is issue with the app, it logs out continuously every time i have to login again and again. Its very irritating.

Extremely Simple, Nice and Helpful!
The upgraded version is simple, nice and helpful. From bookings to information the app has the required bells and whistles! The booking process is easy and friendly. Seems a lot more coming! Keep it up!

Can’t even to login by using Epicure. Pathetic.
App not optimised for mobiles
Neither the app nor the website have been optimised for mobile usage. The complete calendar does not show up on an iPhone. The Saturday column can’t be seen. How does one do a booking. The Marriott bonvoy app is far more intuitive and UI friendly.

Very disappointing experience. I tried to make a booking through the app/website, but kept getting a ‘Something went wrong’ error. For a brand of this standard, I expected a much smoother and reliable experience. The app clearly needs better maintenance and customer support follow-up.”
Just use the website
This app is just a way to get to the taj website; nothing more. It’s more convenient to open the website on safari for easier navigation. The app doesn’t have any option to login and look at your bookings or saved searches etc like other hotel chain apps. Hope they update the app regularly to improve it going forward.

Surprising slow and buggy!
Taj being part of Tata and TCS should have had a much better mobile app. It’s very buggy and crashes often. Seems like the app is being ignored by the Tata group.

Very poor name and looks to be made by & for some Zero Star Hotel .... TAJ group must shutdown this poor quality App.

Despite strong capabilities within the Tata Group and TCS, we still haven’t seen a single Tata consumer app consistently deliver a truly user-friendly experience.

World Class Hotels and Third World App experience
In today’s Ai world, to use Taj Hotels and Resorts website is like experiencing Internet of the 90’s era. It’s unbelievable to even open and log in to the app and browse through the user interface. It’s so archaic and disconnected to other hospitality services. Shocking!! And they haven’t improved in a decade. Worst app experience and website, don’t know who approves the software support team.
Not an app
Not really an app, just a link to their mobile website. Plus glitchy - for example if you log in to taj Innercircle account to search for a room, if you change the search it loses your info and you have to log back in. Defeats the purpose of an app, and serves to annoy more loyal customers.
I’m shocked
can’t believe such a large conglomerate can’t hire a developer to make a decent app. Wish they follow the way how Marriott and Hilton have done it
The new update has a bug
With the new update, there is a bug which doesnt work well with the latest ios on iphone

Wanted to book taj in Srinagar under my taj epicure privileged membership, however, they simply denied and said someone has already used the membership, huge breach of privacy and the matter is not being handled with urgency by Taj.
