TFL
As everything TFL falls short, way short of what is required as s basic service and focuses on the unnecessary
Travel
It’s good to know when the busses are coming
Sometimes misleading
Not all buses showing up, misleading time of arrival, not completely reliable.
Used to be better
Times, order of arrival etc changing. Buses appearing and disappearing from the list
The best
This app is so easy to use and is very reliable. I have never experienced it being incorrect. I have also as a test compared it to the bus stop clock and it is always accurate and I take lots of buses.
Unreliable bus time
Buses don’t always follow the bus times thru thid app! Even the driver said don’t trust this app! Waste of time using this. Had to delete!
great
great
Has become less reliable
On multiple occasions since the update I have waited at a bus stop for a bus that was supposedly and the bus has never arrived. Sometimes consecutively. Is it showing live buses or timetabled buses? If the latter the app becomes significantly less useful.
492 is a terrible service
Always late or don’t turn up drivers not always pleasant. And the new time table is awful,we never know what is going on not clear at all. My star is for a couple of drivers who are dealing with misery every day. Not happy at all.
Not really sure ….
Real rating is 3 stars . Shows buses and when they run . Timetables , names of stops that are even shown on a map I mean what’s not to like ? Pretty good but honestly, isn’t too accurate . Can be very unreliable and hard to navigate through the app sometimes . Don’t know if I would recommend but it’s hard to actually find apps that tell you this sort of stuff.
Not working
Bus times just fall of the reading when closer to due and then the bus turns up. Useless app. Does not work anymore clearly an unfixed bug.
Awesome... most of the time
When this works its really reliable... when there are glitches it's bad... on the whole it gets me through the day with actual real times App does reflect when bus stops are closed…please can this be a thing..
Alright
I lied this service is Aboustley horrid I would honestly walk sometimes or use the sun to tell me when the bus is coming why am I waiting 162 minutes for a train Tfl.Not to mention the fact that you don’t EVEN put some buses on there I’ll be walking and next thing ik the bus that I needed has zoomed by me you own like a billion pound company and ur telling me y can’t even predict your own busses?.
my honest opinion (please read)
The app is decent I guess but the timetable is always not matching up with the bus times and sometimes the buses don’t even come or say it’s longer than it actually is because that was the case for me yesterday. I went to the bus stop in the morning to get to school and the bus said 6 minutes. It didn’t come, not even the bus after that came as well and I had to walk all the way to school and was very lucky as I came at the bell and was almost marked late. I could’ve got a 20 minute detention after school (not bad) but still. If your buses go on diversion pls put it on the bus times so that people who were waiting for that bus are aware and thus app needs a lot Of work too
Good
Good
Buses
At bus stop WA for 469 3 of us have the app open One says3 mins, another 9mins, the other 11mins Duh! Useless app
App
Nice!
App
This app itself has 100 years back in time 😂
Very hit and miss
I find a lot of instances the bus times are way out and if we followed this religiously my daughter would either be late or missing buses
Excellent
Excellent when the bus stop closest to my work doesn't have a countdown timer . This is always accurate. It's also good in the pub you can time when to finish your pint and not wait out in the cold!
Just terrible. Worse than useless.
Constantly tells you a bus is coming only for it to disappear. Also likes to give an ETA that remains stuck at, say, 3 minutes for 5+ minutes until you give up and walk - only for the bus to roar past when you’re a few hundred metres from the stop. The app should just be honest and say “ETA? Your guess is as good as mine.”
Tarun
Good on timings but need to give more information related to route numbers etc
Inaccurate
Hit and miss
Michelle
Never turns up on time, always late or missing
Very easy to understand
Amazing
Absolute bs
It’s so unreliable and just lies all the time. Dont use this app bro the amount of times im running late and the bus says “due” but its been like 10 minutes?? just useless tbh. Do better
Awesome!!
Love this app!! Very very useful!!
D
What is the point of having the app if you don't respect the time line.
Bus times
David
Useful
Helps me to plan when to leave home and avoid waiting for ages at the bus stop
Lynda
If I had left any later I would have missed the bus, I shud of had a 20 minute wait instead it left just as I got to the bus stop. Always shows wrong times.
Wanderfool
Very food!
No live traffic updates
Jury's out on whether this app even tries to do live traffic updates, but if it does, it gets it as spectacularly wrong as any other app relying on TfL data. This appears to be a lost cause until TfL gets their act together. Until then, apps like this are no better than a bus schedule, that is, worthless. The video ads running near the bottom of the screen, are insanely annoying, but I guess the developer has bills to pay.
When bus stops are closed
Please would it be possible to flag on the apo when a bus stops if closed?
The best bus app every
It’s rly good tells the exact times and I love that it shows the nearest bus stops byeee🫰🫰
Off by far!!
I’ve used this app few times and unfortunately the timing for Pontoon Dock is always off.
Not perfect but very useful
Some of the stops are missing but is definitely an amazing app
Mr Del
Not always accurate lately
TRIP RRR T TRIP
C11 usually on time unleashed diversions and road works are in action. Drivers not all are polite, but also very rude and moody! But you get this type of response on all routes.
App needs serious work
App used to be great, but now regularly shows times for buses that are out of sync with the actual schedule. It’s incredibly inconvenient to use for travel when you don’t know if you’ll be waiting 1 minute or 30 mins for the next service.
Good app
Works great. Sometimes a bit slow
Focused
The app seems accurate. I have difficulty selecting bus routes in different directions or locations than the app thinks I need
Bus app
Amazing app sometimes times are off but mostly accurate and useful I use it everyday for all my travel needs
If you want to get home didn’t use
Wanted to go home after night out with friends and the app gave me nothing no information was all blank Please use other app or get Uber as I had to this evening
Pretty good app if you have to use the buses
Search by bus stop is useful, time to wait is good too. Could use a feature to search by bus number and list the due times for just that bus (could have sworn an earlier version of the app had this). Bit slow on the loading of the map, but nevertheless one of the best apps of its kind
