Night Ride
We went on a night ride with the free hour we got and it was very very recomendable. Ducha great ride and the bikes are very comfortable with wireless chargers. 10/10 would recommend
Not the best bike app
They removed the 10min daily free. They don’t have a reservation option on the bikes and there is many limitations with the app vs competitors. I chose them over competitors because newer bikes and free 10mins but won’t be continuing since they’ve removed this option
Good but slow tech fixing
From thurs 13 Oct 23 my non UK sim stopped locating me, thanks to support I manage to use the app using wifi hotspots; but still waiting for a solution.

Catastrofico
Tuve una experiencia muy frustrante intentando alquilar una bicicleta en Londres. Primero intenté usar las máquinas en las estaciones, pero no aceptan tarjeta contactless, solo tarjeta física, y además piden pagar antes de introducir ningún dato. Después descargué la aplicación, pero no pude registrarme con mi número español. Cuando finalmente logré registrarme, la app no me permitía iniciar sesión ni alquilar la bicicleta, y tampoco aceptaba de nuevo mi tarjeta. En resumen, fue una perdida de tiempo en mi viaje y finalmente un recorrido que tuve que hacer a pie.
Deceptive advertising
Bike rentals include lots of hidden fees and charges, so their advertising is misleading.
Extortionate prices
I rented for 2 1/2 hours and it cost £28, whereas my friends using a different service’s bikes paid just under £5. Felt like id been played like a fool!
Great app bit bad UX
The app and service is great but the app is very laggy. Here are some problems and possible fixes: 1. The app logs you out during a ride. Extremeley annoying when you want to end a ride you spend some minutes entering the passport. If the “Forgot my password” service is down the impact can be 10 minutes (Longer than the ride) 2. The map can tilt when scrolling with two fingers up/down. VERY unnecessary, at least make tilt=0 the default when opening the app. 3. MOST IMPORTANT: every time you move the map, it seems the app reloads the available bikes in the area submitting an API call. While the data is not received, the app is completeley blocked. I suggest you load the available bikes in the background and make the map render the available bikes from the cache memory, instead of waiting the api response. With slow data this can block the app 4-10 seconds at every map movement. This should be edited in the callback function of the map pinch/zoom. Overall it is a great service but this would tremendously improve the User Experience and get you more rides. Cheers
