Over 7 years of use
I’ve been using this as a key resource not only in my business, but also in my personal life. I love this daily task tracker. I use it for much much more than that. All of my ideas come here and get refined within this amazing app as well. There’s nothing to replace Trello, I’ll probably use it forever.
Syncing not Accurate.
Lists keep on getting jumbled up when moving between my iOS devices. I usually have to delete and redownload the app once a day to fix this. This is very frustrating as the order or the items in my list are very important. Pleas fix this ASAP.
Why Add Friction to a System Built to Remove it?
This system was god-tier until the latest interface update. The “Attachment” button is now under the “Add” option. So, the software I’ve used to systematically streamline and reduce friction in my workflow just added an extra step? Way to go, Trello!

Why can't I just search for a card when I know the name of it? Jesus the iPhone UI sucks!

Will this app is handy to use and see incoming information from clients. It does not stay updated and there is no way for me to correct it. Refreshing doesn’t work.

Apparently if you don’t pay, it’s trash now? Idk. I’m looking at it and seemingly can’t do things I could do before even though I’ve never paid. I guess I’ll just go back to Obsidian Vault or something.

Bugs with Apple
Interactions for notes do not work. Reached out to fix but no response. When the face icon is selected to bring up interactions for a note, it says “No results found.” I need to reply with an emoji instead. Also when notification is selected, doesn’t always open the task card.
Card Sharing
I’m an auditor. I would like to share tasks (cards) with specific people not the entire board. Certain jobs just aren’t that collaborative. There should be an option to share entire board or just task.
Awesome App
I just downloaded this a few hours ago & I’m already more organized! It’s highly customizable & and is very feature rich. I’m using it for my own personal use, but it can be shared with others, you can have multiple people on a project, there’s just too much to mention. I’ve already replaced three notebooks with this app. Whether you’re running a business or a home, I highly recommend downloading this and getting a look at all the features. The learning curve is very slight. It took me five minutes to figure it all out, and I love it.

Can’t log in
I can no longer log into this app on my phone, which makes it useless. No matter what I click, including contacting support, I get a message saying it can’t connect to the server. I don’t have this issue with any other app on my phone.

Yes, it's that good!
I've grouped topics on a black to prioritize work from a time before even Post-it notes existed. Trello is a dream come true for engineers. With Trello and Wolfram Alfa, one could rule the world. :/) An offline cache would be awesome, so I could work on the Metro or in the Bahamas. Hopefully more of the later. And yes, I track my sailboat projects in it too.

Love this app and proves very useful but would like to pay a one off fee instead of a monthly or yearly to use full version.
Can’t apply emoji reactions to card comments
What it says in the title. iOS 26.5.1. Can’t apply emoji reactions to card comments. Just shows image of a cat staring at a fish in a jar with “No results found” and a reload link that doesn’t work.

It doesn’t sync consistently. I have all my settings correct. It is not even close to what I have on the web.

Some issues
Good app, but it has some issues: - Sometimes it's very slow, with 5+ second latency between interaction and UI update. The only reliable fix seems to be to delete the app and reinstall—closing and reopening doesn't work. - Due date reminders are lagging: they send a notification to your phone ~45 seconds after the reminder you set. - When viewing a Board, sometimes each List will have multiple copies of itself underneath the "original" list.
Very laggy and slow
App is quite laggy and slow and takes a long time to sync. I was testing with just 3 boards with 2-3 tasks in each board and it’s sooooo slow. I hope the developers fix this. I’m on an iPhone 16 pro and it’s impossible to use this app. Asana is much snappier and has better performance but I would prefer using trello. Please fix!!!

Can’t login with existing account. Tried creating a new account in several different ways and that doesn’t work either.

Frustrating updates
Been using Trello for years, overall love the app and the way you can customize and create your own workflows. One of the last updates got rid of phone number and address detection. Just a little frustrating when you build around certain features and then they get rid of them I guess without even knowing they got rid of them. AI Chatbot isn’t very helpful.

Glitching non stop
The mobile app is unbelievably glitchy and slow, with no improvement in years that I’ve been using it. Pretty much unusable.
Deep links are broken
Deep links and notifications that should open the app directly into a specific task are broken and have been for quite a while. The latest update doesn't fix it. Overall it's making the app pretty unusable.

Can’t use
I saved two boards I was working on but I can’t access them after leaving the app and going back in because it says I’m set up as an admin and admin can’t leave. But I can’t change it and make myself not an admin. Also, why does it set me up as an admin when I’m the only one using the app in my account. I’m deleting and reinstalling and seeing if it does anything differently. If not then I’m deleting it for good. More frustrating than necessary.
New “Completed” Tabs?
I wish the new “Completed” check box for tabs was optional, since I use Trello for organizing writing ideas and not for business. Having the circle next to every tab title on mobile feels more visually cluttered and I’d greatly appreciate being able to turn it off. Otherwise, great app, fantastic for organization.

Cannot access cards since last update, card list and recurring feature
Firstly, since the new update, my cards continuously glitches, so I cannot change the due date or change any aspect of the card as it glitches. Secondly, can the card list which was present a few months back be brought back? It was very accessible to see my overdue and due soon cards in one space Lastly, can the recurring due date feature currently on desktop be brought to mobile please?

Great app, update the widget
Please add a widget that lets you view cards instead of just adding them. I use Trello like a to do list and it would be nice to see that list in widget form.
Just started
I just started using this. So far I like how I can set things up. A few things that would make it much better (as of now, just after playing with it for a couple of hours) would be the ability to connect it with my apple calendar, instead of only Google or Outlook. I would also love it if it would take the tasks that I put in with due dates and integrate them into my calendar (once apple is enabled) so it’s on my calendar of oh i need to do this today or at least put it on my calendar “radar” if that makes sense so if I can’t do it where it puts it on my calendar it’s at least a visual reminder on my calendar that I need to work that into the calendar. I am not sure if this makes sense I am hoping it does but I am very tired. So, if not I am sorry.

Stopped Image uploads
Images would take a couple of seconds to upload, with an update months ago now it takes 10-30 min per photo. Rending the app useless for our delivery crew. I am actively looking for a new app. 15+ users gone because of this. Permission customization is non existent. either you give an employee all access (they can delete cards, boards, whatever they want) or you give them only ability to comment, no in between. Trello is a joke for business. Should only be used for extremely simple things.
Almost excellent
The only flaw, which is a big one and one that other reviewers have mentioned, is that when first loading the app after a while (say a few hours), during syncing it freezes and sometimes crashes completely. It’s pretty consistent too, and done it across several iPhones (so not an issue due to my current iPhone). It’s frustrating but the benefits far outweigh that
Really good, but terrible account management
I would honestly give this 5 stars for the functionality and usability, although I have only just started using the app. It seems to promise a good experience. The app though is massively let down by the account management which is very clunky and opaque. First you are told that you can access more features by signing up. I click the button to see what my commitment would be and I'm signed up! I don't know what I'm signing up for or what it will cost, but apparently I've got 14 days free before I have to start paying. OK, that feels like a bit of a sleight of hand, but I'll carry on. So, how much will it cost? It doesn't say, but now I'm being redirected into a Web browser to view my account. I have to sign in to find out what I'll pay. I think this is a major problem. I prefer to pay through my Apple subscription. I really didn't want to be giving my data to third parties, by signing into my appstore apps through third party websites, and sending money that isn't ringfenced in my Apple subscriptions where I can see everything I'm paying and manage it in one place. Now I have to remember that I'm paying this outside account and remember the Web address, and the login, and tbh, the reason I use apps on my phone is so I don't have to do all this stuff. Frankly, it's just annoying, and a bit strange, and it's not very transparent in the way that you're kind of corralled into signing up without being given any meaningful details into what you're signing up for or how it's going to work beforehand. I just feel slightly tricked. So, I'd give this 5 stars, but feel obliged to remove one star, for the opaque signup process, another for taking you outside the Apple subscription model, and another for adding a whole layer of account access complexity and hassle. These are big problems that detract quite jarringly from what is otherwise decent and useful functionality. They almost detract enough that it's not really worth the investment at all because it's just an app for managing my meaningless little projects. It's hardly life changing stuff and it ought to be much easier and more transparent than this.
Deep linking stopped working
Recently deep linking stopped working. Neither trello links from emails, slack or chrome open in trello app anymore just taking us to browser.

This is really helpful though I wish the app had a calendar like the web version and had more height margins so I can see my tasks better
Could be so good if key features were included
Unfortunately, many automations that work fine on a MacBook don’t work on my iPad, access to power up features (such as a sync link for the calendar) are unavailable, and you’re unable to expand labels so you can always see what they are named. If the quality of life elements of Trello were available on a tablet, it would be fantastic
