Biometric login
It will be more convenient to be able to use biometric login like Face ID. It is quite troublesome to use password to login when you need to check your bank account when you are out somewhere on the street.

Simple but works fine
On iPhone XS Max when display in full screen, will show black borders on top and bottom. Better to support biometric login like Face ID. If possible the app can function as mobile token will be perfect.

Loading speed is extremely slow
The loading speed of the app is extremely slow. I usually need to wait for 30 seconds to enter the main page. Also, the system doesn’t stable. I often stuck in loading page for 1-2 minutes. Then, the system return an error to me.
