Bad experience
Worst banking apps I have ever used. Tried to view the details of my mutual fund holdings, accepted the disclaimer a thousand times but nothing happened afterwards. Reflected this to their staff a few months ago but only told me try another time with better network connection. I am sure it is not my network issue. Very bad experience and at least behind other banks’ apps by a decade.
已登记的收款账户无法修改备注
问题很大！for example 同一个收款人，被登记了一个美元账户和一个港币账户，在转账时只会出现收款人的名字，无法判断哪个账户是美元账户，哪个账户是港币账户
定期存款概覧的問題
APP更新後定期存款概覽的資料以往一頁可以顯示多項定期存款，現在需要更多頁才能顯示。另外自動續期定期存款在到期後，定期存款概覽顯示的到期日仍是舊的到期日，沒有更新。
