The app is not too accessible
Text is too small. Tge app is hard to navigate. Would be easier if there is a menu button at the top left corner. Also, please remove the older versions from the app stores.
Needs some more improvement
The apps is not user friendly enough. For example, the quick function of ‘pay & transfer’ at the bottom of the page failed to function well. The account to be transferred from and to was difficult to switch from one another. Whereas, the ‘pay & transfer’ could function normally when I started it at ‘account summary’ page. Please kindly assess.

I am a new user of the Banking App using at oversea in Kuala Lumpur . Still trying to adapt to the system. So far managed to get started log in today with the help Hong Kong staff . Need sometime to get use to the system. Thanks for the advice and service render by good staff at DBS Central Hong Kong .

花了一个多小时，找了各种地方（地铁站，公园，商场）上传港澳通行证，软件就是检测不到。这到底是谁设计的开户流程？！

Plenty of bugs and limited features
There is no function available for viewing and/or downloading the estatement in this app. Unable to perform overseas fund transfer as the app won’t open the source of fund field. I end up using the web browser to conduct the above tasks.
Awful bug - impossible to make transfers online
The DBS apps and online banking only allow 20 characters in the name field for transfers, making imposible and useless their internet banking if you happen to need more than that. All the transfers are returned.
