What they complain about
- Cannot scan ID cards
- Camera focus fails often
- Updates don't actually fix it
ID Card Scanning not working on iPhone 14 pro max
It won’t focus when using iPhone 14 pro max but it works on my iPhone 13 Pro. Uncertain if it’s app not stable or if it’s compatibility issues with the iPhone models. As long as it works the app is ok.
Not Work for IPhone 15 Pro
Same as other 13 pro is fine, but other is not work
Terrible functionality
Outdated and extremely difficult to use, takes forever to recognize ID
Total disaster for the app
Continuous unable to take photos of the id card under all circumstances even using iPhone 17 pro , 16 or 13
Incombustible trash
Total garbage, the development team should all be fired as it make customers impossible to access the bank and make them super angry before business starts, genius.
Waste your time
The app just doesn’t focus and it takes 2 hours for opening a bank acct but in the end you still failed.
Site is under maintenance
It has been like this since last month!
Totally user unfriendly
Very difficult to use. Gave up on application
Cannot scan id card
