香港的银行的手机应用都很简洁好用，创兴的手机应用可能是最差、最落后的一家。登入必须要每次手动输入名称和密码，不能使用存好的秘密，不能用生物识别，输入时无法显示数据，输错了就锁机。希望创兴学习其他银行的做法，不要停留在上世纪的科技。

If u forget password, u have go to the branch to sign the form and wait for 7 days to mail password to u! If u are so lucky in oversea, u have to fly to HK to reset password?! What a ridiculous in 2019??! 垃圾銀行，什麼都要去分行，忘記密碼要飛回香港搞？仲以為活在1980! 執得！
