十分差的身份驗證體驗
有沒有人可以通過它的身份驗證？有的話十分佩服，搞了一天，很不容易過了身份證拍照。那自拍的時候，眼睛眨到差不多盲掉也過不了。

比安卓版本流畅很多，如果能把Fubon go集成到一起就更好了。
Annoying log in
This app has the most annoying log in ever, in terms of having to type in a weird typewriter every time I want to log in and unable to use facial recognition to log in. I kept having trouble with the app that I have to constantly go to the service desk in person to get it sorted out… never had a good time with this app, and i can’t wait to use another secondary bank instead

明明跟足佢個系統嚟做，改咗三次唔同嘅密碼都話唔啱，之後仲lock咗個Account，客服係廢既，完全支援唔到點解改錯咗。分行淨係識你等

Cmon its 2024 already, please, login with biometrics like face id, shows pending transaction, live push notification on transaction
Login 啲字母好細、好難撳。又冇得儲存咗個用戶名，成日撳錯掣
啲掣好難撳，其他銀行app可以儲存咗個用戶名稱，每次只需要輸入密碼。但你哋個app就要打晒個名，同密碼，密碼又要set到好複雜，嗰啲字母又細又難㩒，搞到成日輸入錯密碼，真係好煩

An upgrade from previous version but still quite stupid - you can only transfer by FPS with 100k limit max even though registered payees with much larger transfer limits are recognized and shown on the app.

竟然沒有登記新收款人這功能
竟然沒有登記新收款人這功能！需要使用電腦登入賬戶後去登記，但新登記的收款人又不屬於我的收款人而是歸納到轉賬中的最愛收款人，轉賬竟然需要支付銀行手續費！ 這是什麼垃圾Apps.

呢個 App 個鍵盤係整畀螞蟻用嘅嗎？
真心佩服富邦 IT 部門啲「天才」創意，竟然可以整出一個挑戰人類手指極限嘅自製鍵盤。 銀行 App 最基本要求係「準確」同「安全」，你哋班 IT 竟然可以反其道而行，將啲掣縮到細一細，係咪覺得用戶入錯錢、入錯密碼好有趣？呢種做法簡直係一邊踩單車一邊自己插支棍落個轆度，完全係自毀長城，親手破壞晒銀行應有嘅嚴謹。 明明可以用返系統原生鍵盤，偏要「懶醒」搞埋啲反人類介面。恭喜你哋成功將簡單嘅轉賬變成一場「手殘大測試」，如果貴行嘅目標係想用戶點到崩潰然後轉會，你哋真係做得非常之「成功」。
