I can only view the statement with this apps. I have called the customer service but they couldn’t help. They just asked me to delete and download again. I cannot even see my current balance or redeem any points.

How can I register?!?? I can not use my card for anything online without this app… not even Apple Pay! It’s ridiculous to force people to download a useless app for Apple Pay or Alipay use. This is making me furioussss!!!!!! Ahhhh!!!!

It’s just dumb when it asks to to enter ID and Password BUT IT ONLY has the PW field! FaceID is never ever usable! And when I try in mainland China with card already linked up with Wechat wallet, it asks me to open this garbage app to authorize payment, HOW INCONVENIENT! You think up all kinda of features but cannot even do thr log in right!?!
