好用，取錢、定期存款、信用卡事宜都不需要去銀行或者拿卡辦理，一個手機可以搞定。更新之後也安全了很多
Not user friendly at all
Spent an hour just trying to replace my linked device (as I’ve replaced my phone) but to no avail. I have been a customer for 10+ years but honestly this app made me decide to switch to other banks who offer better e-banking services (which is where one usually does banking nowadays). This app is completely unusable and instructions are often circular. I hope someone at the bank sees this and realise that this app is actively driving your customers to put their cash elsewhere….

Report a bug in banking balance display
How to reproduce the bug on the mobile app : 1. Have the mobile app logged in; 2. Received funds from other sources( a local transaction) , say Fund_A) 3. Without refreshing the account page to reflect the updated balance ( with the new fund) , try to do another fund transfer ( Say Fund_B) from this bank account to 3rd payee 4. [bug happens ] the From account balance on display, is using an old balance , not taking into account the amount of Fund_A. So the bug is the wrong balance display.

有什么必要一定要升级呢？旧的版本用得好好的，非要升级！然后ios又非要13 以上，app才能升级！旧的iPhone就不能用恒生的app了？然后不能选择用旧的app，又不能升级新的app，就这样恒生银行的app就在我这个旧的iPhone不能用了！这样的升级并不是为客户着想。也充分说明恒生银行的无能！

Dear developer and HS manger, Please change back the mobile app can using the old complex password that support both English + number + special characters. Now only have six digi number same as ATM card is lower the security!

Still no exchange rates without having to log in. I have to resort to using the old one, which I can't log in to my account

The app is okay...it's still Poorly designed in my opinion. One thing that needs to be added is the Touch ID. It's a huge pain to keep putting 2 password each time I go check my account.
