Not working
I paid 8.90 euros for Deutschland ticket tariff then I couldn't register on the app or online. I had to call to finish my registration. Then once I got my account information the login failed and called 3 separate times for help and they couldn't get it to work. They said "the website must be broken" and had no way to resolve my issue. Finally, I didn’t take my money back. Why even have an app or website if it's not going to work?

Schönes Konzept, aber unzuverlässige App
Das Konzert gefällt mir sehr gut. Aber dadurch, dass die App selten funktioniert sowie das Öffnen der Schlösser bei vielen Fahrräder nicht möglich ist, ist das Abo kaum nutzbar. Man kann sich im Alltag nicht auf die App beziehungsweise die Nutzung eines Fahrrades verlassen.
SEPA Bezahlung funktioniert nicht
Als langjähriger Kunde wollte von Kreditkarte auf SEPA Bezahlung im App wechseln. Nach dem ich meine Bankdaten eingeben habe und auf Verifizierung geklickt habe, landete ich im Eingabescreen für die Bankdaten wieder. Habe ca 12 mal die Daten immerwieder eingegeben und nach klick auf Verifizieren bin immer wieder im Screen gelandet. Letztendlich entnervt aufzugeben. Checkt das mal bitte im App.
Mobilität in Deutschland
Tolles Mobilität Angebot mit vielen Stationen. Ich nutze das häufiger und es ist für mich eine Erweiterung der Bewegungsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt - sowohl in Hamburg als auch in anderen Städten in Deutschland

My account t stopped working. When you want to re set the password, it says the server is not available. A new registration is only possible if you have a German telephone number as the final text message for confirmation does not get through.

Nur Frust
Jeden Tag was Neues! Entweder endet die Fahrt nicht, obwohl man an der Station steht oder man kann einfach KEINS von 15(!) Rädern ausleihen die an einer Station stehen!? Zu eurer Antwort: die Räder waren augenscheinlich intakt, sonst hätte ich ja nicht versucht es auszuleihen. Es lag eindeutig an der App! Ich habe mehrere Räder gescannt und die App hat die typische Maske gezeigt, aber kein Rad hat entsperrt.

Does not allow for registration
I love the idea of the app but it won’t allow you to register because it doesn’t sent a text to allow verification. It just takes your money and runs. Please update the UI AND ALLOW US TO USE THE APP

WONT COMPLETE REFISTRATION
I had just entered cc info (it acted like saving the payment info was an option, when it wasn’t - you HAVE to save the card info for future use in order to proceed). Then it said it was going to text the phone number linked to my cc for verification. Then a white screen came up and the entire app froze. Not giving these people my money.. using a different service

Gerade Rückgaben dauern oft ewig bis sie in App angezeigt werden oder erfordern gezwungenen Neustart der App - ich möchte schnell sehen, ob meine Leihe beendet ist und nicht noch ewig an der Station stehen und die App aktualisieren
Best mobility App and System Overall
It’s so easy to use, they are considering feedbacks and giving honest feedbacks again and also if you have a problem they solve it as fast as possible. I enjoy a lot using this app and their bikes!
Terrible experience
Can’t reset password from the app, and tried to rent multiple bikes in 5 or 6 locations but kept getting the same error message. UI feels like a poorly rendered web page as opposed to an app. Lots of room for improvement here.

Irgendwie läuft ein Fahrrad bei mir seit passt Tagen und ich kann es nicht abschalten habe absichtlich eigentlich 9€ Tageslimit das kann also eigentlich nicht seien sonst top App

The SMS never arrived. There is not an option to resend.

Perfekt für meinen Arbeitsweg
Sattel lässt sich superschnell auf die passende Höhe stellen und die Arbeitstasche ist gut befestigt vor dem Lenker. Dadurch, dass der Gepäckträger vorne ist, habe ich Laptop und Geldbeutel gut im Blick.
Worst app ever
This app is embarrassing for such a big company like DB. Horrible/confusing usability, slow and constantly reloading errors.
The map is almost impossible to use
The UX really needs improving. I’m using the app in Hamburg, Germany and many of the strings are not translated so it displays mixed languages, and browsing the map is almost impossible, even using two fingers it keeps reloading and it is just a nightmare in terms of usability. I really don’t understand why they can’t get the map to work right if it’s such a basic part of this.

Es fehlt die Möglichkeit, die Schadensmeldungen (zB kaputtes Licht an einem Fahrrad) ein Foto des Defekts mitzusenden.
Fail from go
How can I register for your service when I only have addresses in the United States and the UK? I have searched the list on both the website and the app using the English versions and many countries are included including Kanada but not America, the United States or or the United Kingdom or Great Britain, Britain, England. Be nice to use your bikes but you include most of the world but the two countries I have an address in...
Bad organization
Not a good app for international customers. We had a lot of trouble getting the app started. It kept telling us we would receive an sms with a password, but we never got it...maybe because our phone number was not a German one? So we spent about an hour on the phone, international call, to finally get the app started. Then we had another problem with the bikes and had to make another international call to get that sorted out. The next day we had to call AGAIN to correct an error on the billing. Not worth all the time and effort. Unless you like spending your holidays in the phone.
Credit card not working directly
Had to try four times to register because the app would freeze after submitting the credit card details.

Super praktisch, kostet kaum etwas und die Fahrräder sind so gut wie immer in einem guten Zustand
It’s great, when it works
Far too often I open the app and get errors like “this feature not available right now” and it’s unusable. This isn’t what you want to see when you’re standing at the bike rack. How long are you supposed to wait around refreshing? Another common error “renting is not possible right now” with no explanation. It’s getting to the point where I’m not even trying to use the bikes anymore.
Lots of bugs, but useful
My account suddenly stopped working through the app. Support said it was an app problem. There haven't been updates to the app in a year... When rotating the screen, the screens sometimes get stuck. Bikes show up where sometimes there are none. Otherwise, I use this all the time to rent and return bikes all over Hamburg. Works for Berlin too.
Englishman on a bike!
The bike renting system here in Hamburg is amazing! I have used it a few times now and it is perfect for exploring this lovely city. If I have a problem operating the machine at the bike station (which have instructions in both German and English), I telephone the number shown and the people there are very helpful, and speak perfect English. The bikes are comfortable and well maintained and the rental prices are extremely reasonable. All in all, a great system and this English guy is a big fan..well done Hamburg!!
