Every time I attempt to add one of my US credit cards, it just goes back to the previous screen without saving the card. Tried American Express and Visa multiple times. Not able to use the app which is a shame. Please fix. Would be good to add Apple wallet as well.

Passwort Prozess nervt
Mein PW wurde kürzlich zurückgesetzt… warum auch immer. Sehr umständlich ein neues zu erstellen, da außerhalb der App. Habe es auf Anhieb nicht hinbekommen und dadurch die Kündigungsfrist fürs D-Ticket verpasst. Liegt vielleicht auch an meinen (Un)Fähigkeiten. Aber ehrlich gesagt - ich habe keine Lust mich für x Apps mit x verschiedenen Prozessen abzumühen. Muss ich jetzt wohl durch. Schade um die Zeit!
Stürzt ab
1. Führerschein-Prüfung fehlgeschlagen 2. blieb bei der Kamera hängen und lies diese geöffnet. Nur Abbruch möglich 3. lies dann die gesamte App abstürzen Das ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Für normale hvv Tickets gut nutzbar.

Vorsicht beim Kauf
Extrem schlechter Kundenservice. Ich empfehle, sich für ein D‑Ticket in Deutschland woanders umzusehen. Vorsicht beim Kauf.

Ich fände es bisschen besser sie ein bisschen über sichtlicher zumachen da steht dan u1 und S1 umsteigen wir auch alles gut erklärt den Weg und so ein bisschen anschaulicher machen sonst supi App kannst ja auch alle Sachen machen Auto, Fahrrad etc. Ja wie schon gesagt ich verstehe es noch nicht so perfekt sonst Mega cool App
Nicht alles klappt
Das App zeigt zum Teil nicht die richtigen Verbindungen an, obwohl alle Verkehrsmittel freigeschaltet sind. Es werden z.T. auch keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten angezeigt und die Aktualisierung klappt auch nicht ordentlich.
Könnte gut sein, wenn..
Nach einem Sicherheitsleck, wurden alle Passworte und somit der Zugang gelöscht. War eine gute, verantwortungsvolle Idee. Leider konnte ich über Tage kein neuen Passwort generieren. Da auf dieser App mein „Deutschlandticket“ abgelegt ist, konnte ich meine Fahrten nicht legitimieren. Nach fast einer Woche hat es geklappt. Nun gab es ein Update und das selbe Spiel. Zusätzlich habe ich mir ein neues Handy gekauft und komme mit meinen Daten ebenfalls nicht in die App. Warum? Was ist da los? Das ist nicht kundenorientiert und innovativ, das ist einfach schlecht.
Schnelle Buchung & D'Ticket auch für kurzfristig
Solide und schnelle Buchung und man kann sein Ticket in Wallet hinterlegt. Außerdem das Deutschland Ticket auch für weniger als einen Monat buchen.
Won’t accept payment cards
It insists on a 17 digit credit card number. All credit cards have 16 digits. It says contact their vendor but gives no means to contact the vendor. It’s a useless app!
„Vergessen“ und Speichern
Die App ist schon ziemlich super , danke! und jetzt das ABER: Die gesuchte und angezeigte Verbindung ist immer wieder weg, wenn man später in der App nochmal nachsehen möchte. Toll wäre , wenn man eine Verbindung „merken „ könnte . Und: Bitte, könnte man Stadtrad nicht auch auf das Menü bringen. Es ist so schwer zu finden.
Leider noch nicht nutzbar
Die Moia Integration benötige ich nicht. Das dortige Preisgefüge ist absolut intransparent und nicht nachvollziehbar. Also warten. Plötzlich neues Passwort vergeben müssen. Passwortmanagerfunktion von Apple wird nicht unterstützt. Die App ist damit absolut unzuverlässig geworden.
App crashed andauernd
An sich eine schöne App, nur crashed und beendet sich selbstständig dauerhaft. Dies ist nervig da das nachschauen von Strecken oder Verbindungen sehr anstrengend wird.

Too complicated, not much information for a 180MB App
I have no idea, where the 180mb of download go. The app is incredibly complex. It needs all kind of information like email, names, address, credit card before anything works. While you spend 15 or 20 minutes to set up everything, your buses pass and you keep missing them. The local ticket machines just take cash too, traveling in Hamburg is the most inconvenient way that we experienced so far. In the end, we didn’t and just rode the bus. The ticket system is intransparent. Which ticket do I need to buy? local trip, short trip or single ticket? To figure it out the app needs your phone number additionally. Could not add the number due to server errors. Why do you need to phone number for me to figure out, which ticket do I need? Why not you are here, you want to go there, it’s this ticket, how many do you want? I didn’t know how such an easy thing, can be messed up that badly. Highly disappointed and a huge waste of time.
Passwort ändern
Ich habe eine Mail erhalten, dass mein Passwort aus Sicherheitsgründen zurückgesetzt wurde. Leider kann ich kein neues Passwort über die Funktion „Passwort vergessen“ vergeben, da ich die angeforderte E-Mail auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht erhalte!
Schlechte Infos bei Störungen
Gerade gibt es eine Störung auf der U1 und U3. Trotzdem werden Verbindungen angezeigt, die ab Kellinghusenstraße abfahren. Bei der U3 keinerlei Info über die Sperrung. Warum wird in der Verbindungsanzeigd nicht per Überschrift auf die Störung hingewiesen?
Passwort erneuern.
Ich sollte mein Passwort erneuern. Habe aber trotz Anforderung keine Bestätigungs Email erhalten. Muss nun eine neue beantragen. Gruß

Terrible UI
This app doesn’t indicate what king of ticket is needed for a selected route or destination. There is no home button. The navigation screen resets without warning. Very useless.
Dunkelmodus
Bitte fügt einen Dunkelmodus hinzu. Die App wäre damit deutlich angenehmer zu nutzen.
Auf den ersten Blick ok, aber
Als Besucher der Stadt haben wir die App intensiv zur Navigation mit dem ÖPNV genutzt. Dabei sind uns einige Punkte aufgefallen, die aus Sicht von Touristen verbessert werden könnten. Bei der Navigation über Adressen wurde die nächstgelegene Haltestelle nicht immer zuverlässig gefunden. Dadurch war es teilweise schwierig, den passenden Einstieg in den ÖPNV zu finden. Am Jungfernstieg wurde uns beispielsweise die Linie S5 angezeigt. Vor Ort war jedoch nicht ersichtlich, wo sich der entsprechende Zugang befindet. Gerade an großen Umsteigepunkten wäre ein Lageplan mit den Zugängen zu den einzelnen Bahnsteigen und Linien eine große Hilfe. Auch bei verlegten Haltestellen konnten wir die Ersatzhaltestellen über die App nicht finden. Hier wäre eine deutlichere Anzeige des aktuellen Ersatzstandorts mit einer Fußwegführung sehr hilfreich. Für Einheimische, die sich im Netz bereits auskennen, ist die App sicher gut nutzbar. Für Besucher und Touristen gibt es aus unserer Sicht jedoch noch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere bei der Orientierung an größeren Verkehrsknotenpunkten und bei Baustellen oder Haltestellenverlegungen.

Seems never in service or functional when you need to cancel the DB ticket….
The support is there to take the money but never available and functioning when you need to cancel the monthly subscription.
UX ist wirklich schlecht

Hvv switch tickets
I and my wife bought a hvv switch for each €49 on 13/06/24 upon arrival into Hamburg. We are leaving Germany on 11/06/24. Till now we have travelled to various places within Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Kleve, Munich. This ticket has been extremely useful and a real value for money. I recommend all travelers to buy this ticket and enjoy the benefits offered. Kudos to the HVV authorities !! Ramaswamy Balasubramanian, Chennai, India.
Payment methods not working
Neither a US not German Visa credit card worked as payment methods, so unfortunately I need to uninstall it again.

The app is decent but there appears to be quite a few broken link emails at times when trying to set up or change password

Buying ticket
I tried to bought ticket 49eur for month with subscriptions but for me from Serbia isn’t possible. My Payaoal not working, my debit card not passing and SEPA not supporting Serbia🤷♀️ I have not anyway to buy ticket

Horrible connection
I was stopped to show my valid Deutschlandticket and when I showed the officer it logged me off. Then it wouldn’t let me log back on because of an error. I almost got a fine for not having a ticket. Luckily I had email showing my receipt. What’s the point of having this app if it’s not going to do what it was made to do!?

Hit with outrageous fees
Visiting my hometown Hamburg I was happy to learn about the (seemingly uncomplicated) new HVV Switch app. Unlike the old HVV app It gives you only 2 payment choices: PayPal or a German option I never heard about. I was aghast when I saw that every time I bought a 2.63 € ticket I was hit with a $10.00 transaction fee by my credit card company because, unlike other purchases, the Switch app uses the cash option of a credit card, not the credit. Much as I like the ease of using Switch - if this doesn’t change, I will not use the app anymore!
