Я крайне удивлена, максимально неприятные ощущения после того когда тебя более месяца игнорируют в поддержке о просьбе отменить подписку. Уже не могу видеть эти ежедневные попытки списать деньги! Это безобразие не должно быть законным.

Die App läuft, aber Achtung, bei Schwierigkeiten mit Bezahlung etc gibt es keinerlei Support und das macht nur 2Sterne.
Service unzureichend
Mein DeutschlandTicket wird in der App nicht angezeigt und kann deshalb nicht in Wallet geladen werden. Ich habe das Problem gemeldet und nach 72 Stunden keine Reaktion erhalten oder eine Lösung für das Problem erhalten. Eine für dieses Wochenende geplante Reise muss ich deswegen absagen!

Euer Live Tracker hängt sich irgendwie auf - habe das bereits zum vierten mal (seit dem Update), und hatte bisher jedes Mal Bange, dass der Rufus nicht kommt :D Vielleicht ein Technischer Fehler?

Rating: 1 / 5 Avoid this app if you want reliable public transport access. The app consistently failed when I tried to update my payment details. When I landed at the airport on August 12, I spent over two hours trying to complete the transaction to access my Deutschland-Ticket for a train connection. The app threw non-stop payment errors, leaving me stranded with no accessible ticket and zero real-time support. I had no choice but to buy a replacement Deutschland-Ticket through another app (Ticket Plus+) just to get home. When I contacted support through the app to explain the technical failure, they completely ignored the ticket. Instead of investigating their broken system, they immediately sent automated payment reminders and threatened me with debt collection (Inkasso). Their system fails to deliver the service, ignores user support tickets, and then uses automated threats to demand payment for a ticket you could never use. I had to pay them simply to close the account and avoid legal harassment, effectively paying double for August transport. Completely untrustworthy service. Use alternative providers like Ticket Plus+ instead.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der App und den Service. Leider steht bei mir plötzlich morgens dass mein Ticket vom Juni 2025 nicht gültig wäre- ich kann keine Fahrkarten öffnen WIR HABEN September 2026
Update kein Fortschritt
Vor dem letzten Update war die App recht einfach und übersichtlich, seit dem letzten Update muss man leider suchen bis man einige Funktionen findet, zudem wird der aktuelle Standort der bestellten Anrufbusse nicht mehr korrekt angezeigt. Schade!

Shocking app! Took money after my month subscription for a full month after that I will never use as not in Germany. Been nearly a week and can’t even reply to an email or their help contact. Absolutely shocking. Thief’s! Watch your money!!
Gültiges Ticket nicht möglich zu scannen
Hat immer alles super funktioniert. Heute konnte mein gültiges deutschlandticket im Bus nicht gescannt werden. Egal wie ich es probiert hab es stand ungültig bis hätte fast nicht mitgenommen!
Deutschlandticket
Ich war 1,5 Jahre sehr zufrieden mit der App weil alles funktioniert hat aber seit einem Monat funktioniert es gefühlt gar nicht mehr. Mein neues Ticket wird nicht aktualisiert obwohl mir das Geld überpünktlich abgebucht wurde, Support hab ich eine Email geschrieben aber keine Antwort erhalten. Daten ändern ist nicht möglich da man das geänderte nicht abspeichern kann und vom Kontolleur wird mir gesagt ich soll mich einfach abmelden und wieder neu anmelden was aber auch nicht möglich ist da man sich nicht ausloggen kann wenn man auf abmelden drückt. Also die 3 Sterne sind für mich nur ein Durchschnittswert auf die komplette Zeit heute würde ich nur noch 0 Sterne geben.

It won’t accept a private email for any ticket and it resets ever so often losing all your progress. I’ll have to pay more for day tickets because of this app being useless

Ich habe mein Ticket bezahlt, aber seit über 10 Tagen keinen Zugriff mehr auf meinen Account. Der Support antwortet entweder gar nicht oder hilft nicht weiter. Ich habe angeboten, meinen Ausweis, Zahlungsnachweise und alle notwendigen Daten zur Verifizierung zu senden. Trotzdem bekomme ich weder Zugriff auf mein bezahltes Ticket noch eine Rückerstattung. Besonders schlimm ist, dass ich das Ticket täglich für den Arbeitsweg benötige. Es ist absolut enttäuschend, zahlende Kunden so lange ohne Lösung zu lassen. Bitte lösen Sie das Problem endlich oder erstatten Sie den bezahlten Betrag zurück.

Das Ticket ist sofort erschienen, als ich’s bezahlt hab ohne Probleme. Es gibt verschiedene Zahlungsmöglichkeiten und das ist bei mir genau perfekt. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese App, da die anderen alle nicht Geklappt haben!!!

Their payment processing system is very flawed. Along with horrible, terrible, awful customer service. If you can avoid purchasing your d-ticket from them I would.
Neue Kündigungsfristen sind unzeitgemäß und unattraktiv
Die App war bis 2025 top, super in der Funktionalität und sehr zuverlässig. Vernünftige, nämlich flexible Buchungs-, Pausierungs- und Kündigungsmöglichkeiten. Einfache Bedienung, ich war sehr zufrieden. Mit den veränderten Bedingungen zu ewig langen Kündigungsfrist ist sie für mich unattraktiv geworden. Ich beende die Nutzung.

Hello, my Deutschlandticket is not being scanned at bus validators since about a week ago. It works fine when checked by train inspectors. I reinstalled the app, the problem remains. Please help.

Not good
Use DB navigator if you want to buy a deutschland ticket or any other app. This app will charge you after you cancel your subscription and there’s other ways to purchase that ticket. They also have a redit page with a lot of other issues customers have. I wish I knew before I used them. *UPDATE* don’t be fooled, this company reply does not mean they are for “helping customers”. Their program cancels the membership the second to last day of the month and you do not pay for a whole month. Will never work with them again and will never suggest them to others.

Ich habe den Support vor über einer Woche wiederholt kontaktiert. Ich erhielt eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail, dass meine Anfrage eingegangen war, aber seit über einer Woche habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Es ist unmöglich, eine Antwort auf meine Anfrage zu bekommen; das Unternehmen ignoriert mich komplett.
Was die Werbung verspricht
… findet sich dann doch nicht in der App, nämlich die Möglichkeit, noch einen Tag vor der Verlängerung kündigen zu können. Um ein D-Ticket zu kaufen und sofort sicherheitshalber zu kündigen - dazu brauche ich keine App. :(

Monstrous bureaucracy
This company shows no regard for its customers and no sense of proportionality or humanity. I have dealt with many subscription services throughout my life, and I have never encountered such rigid, punitive, and unnecessarily stressful bureaucracy. I left Germany at the end of November and therefore did not and could not use the Deutschlandticket in December. I contacted mopla immediately, provided a clear explanation, and even attached proof that I had left the country. Despite this, I was told that because I missed the cancellation deadline by a single day, I must still pay for a service that was never used. Many companies show basic fairness in such situations — especially when: • the service was not used, • the customer acted in good faith, • and proof was provided. Mopla chose the opposite approach: zero flexibility, zero goodwill, and threatening language about legal action over a small amount, despite the circumstances being fully explained. Rules exist, yes — but customer service is about judgment, not blind enforcement. Mopla’s handling of this situation felt draconian, disproportionate, and deeply unempathetic. If you value humane treatment and reasonable problem-solving, be aware that mopla offers neither.

Дуже складно вийти на представників компанії для вирішення складних питань. В додатку немає клієнтської підтримки, треба шукати контакти на сайті компанії. Повільно відповідають, відсутність зацікавленості допомогти клієнту. Відсутність можливості повернути кошти за невикористані послуги.
Einfach zu bedienen
Ich konnte das Deutschland Ticket in weniger als 3 Minuten bekommen, andere Apps waren lästig. Außerdem ist die Flexibilität mit Pause bis zu 24 Stunden ein guter Vorteil

i buy a germany ticket but my account was not charged then adter a while i didnt get any ticket because they close it now the cheaters want me to pay for a ticket i have never recieved because of a subscription but why you sell a ticket yo cancel close it and want money for something people never recieve ? people be careful of this fraud company its illegal business.
