Long time user
I’ve been using this for several years and have appreciated the quality of the app and the responsiveness of the developer. It’s easy to use and is very secure.
Lost all data
App locked me out Wldnt allow me to sign in. Only option was to remove app and re install. Lost everything. 🧐
It works Fine. It works with touch ID. I will write this nine out of 10.
So much better⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Frustrating at times
Love to keep my passwords in one spot. Hate that when I try to add new login/pw, the app crashes and kicks me out. Just started recently. I paid for the advanced version so it’s not the free version. Doesn’t seem like there is anyway to contact support either. Frustrated!!

Best app ever
I’m using it more than 8 years, sometimes few times a day. Never let me down . Can not move without this app!
Years of data lost
Pathetic excuse for a password manager. I lost years of data after my phone upgrade. I’ve had this app on different devices for years and now suddenly after the last update everything is gone. Junk software at best.
Review of update
I don’t like the fact that the login screen doesn’t automatically use a number keypad like it always did. You originally required a number login, and now I have to change to numbers to put in my login password. I’d prefer the login screen to show the number pad.
24 categorie personalizzate
Grazie
No customer support
Absolutely no customer support
Poor useabikity
Once you accidentally delete there is no undelete. I have so many times deleted a record then had to spend time re entering everything again
Don’t do it
If your facial recognition stops working or you need to recover your password the only option is to reset app and loose everything. No recovery option.
Merci
App
Not as good as old app Cannot change headings to suit. The info I have put in, when I tap it to see it opens and slides shut immediately! Not worth the hassle
The best app ever !
I’m using it for many years without any issues. Works great a lot of features, never disappointed me. Using it on a daily basis. Get updated all time maintained and improved.
When I updated the data all disappeared !
All data disappeared when I upgraded The app in suddenly asking for the password which I forgot because I haven't used it for 10 years. It normally opens with fave Id
HELP! Upgraded iPad to 15.6. iPassSafe
I can open the app with password BUT when I try to open any of my entries it immediately jumps back favorite page. What is a fix?
Printing problem
No printing option for categories. App used to have that option. The upgraded up doesn’t have that option anymore.
Frustrating
Having the same problem as rastrips. I can’t access any details because the screen only flashes on for a second. Not sure the developers take any notice of these comments. Have tried contacting them but get nowhere. Need help. I would give the app a five star rating if this gets fixed. Have been using it for years.
Life saver !❤️❤️❤️
I’m using this app for more than 10 years. Use it almost every day. Excellent app! I recommended iPassSafe to all my friends
Piece of junk
Took hours to enter all my data for it only to disappear. Don't waste you money and time.
Great app
The only issue I have is there is no way to export the data in a text, CSV or other readable format. Apart from that I think this is a great app.
IPassSafe

WHAT HAPPENED ???
I have been using this app for quite a few years (after my last password keeper stopped being supported). I loved this app. So simple to use. But WHAT HAPPENED? After the last update to fix issues last week it no longer works properly. At all!! PLEASE FIX the APP. I really don’t want to have to find another and start all over again inputting my passwords.
Very disappointed!
After several years of loving this program, I lost all of my data. Even having a backup would not help. I could not load the file after iOS update. I reached out to the developer and only heard crickets. Very disappointed.
Good app
I like it
The up grade
I been using the app. Decided to up grade to the unlimited for 5.99. But it won’t let me save to iCloud, Dropbox, Email are export to anything to save it becomes it’s over 100MB. It’s supposed to be unlimited? How do I export it to have it saved?
Great password keeper
Nice that there is a back up file.
Terrible app
This app has become worthless for my iPad Pro ever since the update to iOS 15. Use to work great but now won’t even open. I have written to app support and they haven’t responded. It seems to me that they aren’t very concerned. For now it still works on my iPhone 13 but I am concerned every time Apple sends new updates. I am currently searching for a new password app that is more dependable.
Almost perfect
Would really quote perfect, if there was an option to save as a file ..i ve just had an experience with an APP without a owner facing IOS14..no one’s fixing the frozen APP..and PW lost forever..
Lost data
I used this apps for 3 years. Yesterday, for a unknown reason, I lost all my data (iPad 15.2.1). Nobody call me ack at the consumer service :(
Lost data
I reinstall the app and I can’t retrieve my information this is ridiculous
Will no longer recommend
Not working since new update. They won’t return emails . . . Time to find a new app.
A guy
Good so far
Frustrating
After using for several years all data has vanished
Problems
Fine at first, now does not show a + sign to add new entries, support does not help because they say security code is wrong when it works to open the app.
No Support
Since updating my iPad to 15.6, this app doesn’t work. When I open a website, it won’t stay open so you can see your user name and password. It opens quickly and “jumps” back so you can’t open it to retrieve your password. It also won’t stay in alphabetical order. Trying to get support is impossible. I’ve sent three emails and received nothing in return. I’ve looked through everything on the app and have searched Google to no avail. I can’t get my passwords for any of my apps. This is maddening and not being able to contact the app developer to get help is beyond my comprehension. If you buy an app, you should be able to get support when it’s needed. Do NOT buy this app. There is no support.
AT LEAST 3YRS OF PASSWORD LOST!!!
Just logged in after the iOS upgrade and it tells me my credentials aren’t saved. I contacted support and nothing!! All my passwords are lost. What type of app doesn’t allow a way to recover your login credentials?!?!? Find another app because this one is horrible!!!!
Easy to use
Great password app. I like the use of face recognition to unlock.
Disappointed
Like another customer I have been using this app for a few years now and had over 150 passwords saved as well as other info and one day it worked and the next day when I opened the app it said to put in the passcode 1234 and then all my data was lost. I have paid for the premium version as well. Have emailed twice with no response. This is poor customer service. I loved the app too and very disappointed that it no longer works. The iCloud backup is not working.
Not as user friendly as others
Has some good features but restricted in it's use.
Keeping me safe
Great app, thank you. In this day and age we have too many usernames and passwords to remember, this helps immensely.
Do Not Buy
Same as many others. Can no, longer see passwords because screen vanishes. Wrote to company at least 5 times with no response. App is useless.
HenryS
iPhone synch doesn't work. I've sent feedback emails, but no one bothers to reply. Lousy service
Sync between apple devices
Disappointed that syncing between iPhone and iPad can only be achieved by manually downloading a file. This creates issues waiting for the latest file to download especially if the file contained multiple photos making it larger. Please modify the app to enable auto syncing as many other apps do. This app is lacking when it comes to syncing to the icloud. Also has issue with face recognition frequently turning itself off.
Has potential but lacks refinement
From the start this has some good features like direct wifi sync, Dropbox support etc. It lacks refinement though such as some of the graphics and buttons look like rough clip art. It also needs sub folder support so you can create categories within categories. Also, it needs the ability to hide extra fields by default such as ATM codes (Pin numbers) for cards etc. Only the password field appears hidden by default. This is one to keep an eye on though. It they can tidy it up and add these features then I will be buying the + version.
