I like the app. It’s better than most of your competitors and less than some others. My biggest want is to be able to buy CDs and Bonds in the app. Please make this available.
Apple Passwords has stopped connecting to the app. This has been an issue for quite some time now.
Schwab app is great in general , and the company is also great. The password app, does not seem to connect at the moment, although it used to. Please bring this back, so I don’t have to copy and paste.
Bring back the performance chart
What happened to the chart? I am a visual learner. Please bring it back.
New user
As a new user I am very pleased with the platform but could use more help with setting up my account to make trades using Ai algorithm
Terrible
Hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line, and the app can’t even keep a current stock price in the watchlist. Closing and reopening the app sacrifices precious time. Time to move my money. It’s long overdo. They’ll never fix it.

I don’t, u should hope he out lives me.. U treat me like I am stupid, simple things are hard to find. Closing out a visit, is not intuitive!
Issues with Zelle
Since opening the checking snd brokerage accounts a few days ago which I find is kinda weird that you are required to have a brokerage in order to open the checking, nonetheless I have not been able to get Zelle to work. Every time I try to use it I am prompted with Zelle’s terms and conditions page that I have to keep accepting in order to get into Zelle and that’s not the only issue I cannot even Zelle money to anyone. I keep getting an error message then all of a sudden I am now restricted!? I have never experienced that with any other institution. Please fix the issue as well as the layout issues that many others have mentioned about!

Autofill REGRESSION
I have two Schwab login credentials stored correctly in Apple Passwords. Until recently, the Schwab iPhone app automatically suggested both credentials directly on the login screen. That functionality has disappeared. I now have to manually invoke AutoFill and navigate through Apple Passwords every time. Opening the 2nd account after reviewing the first one REQUIRES me to manually copy the password from the password and and ‘paste’ it into the fiend in the Schwab app. It’s absolutely INFURIATING!! Please investigate the Schwab iOS app’s Password AutoFill integration for multiple saved credentials.
Buggy and crashes at times
Overall good app. Nice to see my accounts all together etc however when attempting to move money the error keeps saying unavailable at this time not sure what’s going on otherwise app is good
Ambiguous Alert Messages
When the app sends an Alert Message such as there is a ACH withdrawal from the account, it only provides the amount that was withdrawn, without showing the company name who withdrew the funds. Other banks’ app will include the name of the company without logging in and checking the transaction history.
Give me an option
I cannot see my key data on my iPhone. Give me an option to use the old one. Who said this was better. Is there an option to customize the columns. TD Ameritrade was better. 😕
My main personal savings source
I love how easy they made everything for me that doesn’t know steps and just investing simply with wholesome help. I love this company and app and have enjoyed how easy and good my experience has been!
Cost basis of lots incorrect
App shows average cost for all lots. Stupid.
Features idea
It would great if the site had a dividend estimator feature. TD’s site had this functionality and it seems it was removed once the transfer was completed.
New update is terrible!
The new interface is TERRIBLE! It’s so hard to read and you can’t see the amounts or running balances. Please fix this!!
Mobile App features & feeback
Latest App revision seems smooth & more user friendly. The 3 bubble icons at the top (Transfer, Deposit, Orders) that just got added in this revision are quite redundant & take up too much space- they can all be easily accessed by taping on ‘More’ (bottom right bar). please allow moving them down below the ‘Accounts’ section. Feature requests: 1- Allow ‘Widget’ on iOS Lockscreen for Watchlists (preferably 2 Rows of 10 tickers) 2- Allow setting ‘%’ price Alerts (instead of just ‘Price’). & add check box for repeatable. This allows clients to set a specific ‘%’ Drop or Increase in price Alerts (just like the options on your website) Thank you.

New Transaction History View
Echoing the other recent reviews. The new layout that hides transactions and running balance is really bad.
Revert to older account history view
The new account history view is too wide/broken up and makes it harder to read money coming in and out. You should revert to the older, simpler, more concentrated view. Each day doesn’t need its own separate heading and section.

Schwab app makes iPad hot
Drains battery and makes iPad hot. Devs need to look into this. Also Schwab makes it difficult to withdraw money, seems intentional!
Balances aren’t refreshing.
My bank balance isn’t refreshing. I’ve waited an hour, I needed this money now to pay bills and now i’m stuck refreshing the screen non-stop because their balances don’t update instsntly. Just moving to Chase or Wells and calling it on Schwab. Had a good run since 2020.

Easy to navigate User friendly
New Bank History display is horrible
Great company that I’ve been with for three decades but this new app update is horrendous so much so that I am now writing my first review. The history display on Schwab Bank now buries the dollar amount into a very small font and a lighter color. For the most important part of a history you’ve now hidden it and even more so for those whose eyesight is not the best. Please, please go back to the previous version.
Ages 4+
This app is rated for ages 4 and up, but my toddler lost most of his savings in bad investments. The app should be limited to older ages.

Lack of support for older ios
Removing support for older ios, which was released in late 2023 is ridiculous and just lazy forced obsolescence. Phones need to be supported for longer than that. But great, now the buttons are circles. Unless there are legitimate improvements, I don’t want to buy wasteful new phones and have the UI constantly made less functional. Some navigation is very poor, with sliding top category tabs that go off screen and specific functions that are hard to locate. Furthermore, position details categories differ from the website. Access to tax lot details and realized capital gains not available in the mobile application.

Can do all kinds of tasks handily with this app. I love the online Chat support that a PC login allows, however.
UI got worse
It used to be easy to scroll through the list of transactions in a checking account and see the running balance and transaction amounts, but they moved the numbers under the name and used a smaller font so it is hard to glance through now. Ugh, why bad design.
Mobile App review
I feel the app has issues such as going down too many times and then you can’t make trades! 9 such occurrences in 3 months! In heading “trade history,” bring back the ability to search for a symbol, showing recent trades, not having to scroll back every time!

The app makes all main functionality of the web and puts it here on the phone. I can easily make trades, check my account details, and make check deposits.
Charts
On multiple charts, doesn’t show the chart chosen like bit used too, have complained multiple times, doe something it will be 2s from now on. Multiple charts are terrible.
Hate the latest version
A recent update put a lot more information on the portfolio page. Theory is ok but execution is poor. The page is so busy now it’s not very useful
Schwab is Excellent and efficient
Since I moved to Schwab, it has made all my financial management so easy and takes always the stress of it all. The service provided by Schwab is top notch and their mobile services are also very easy to whether on iPhone or iPad.
Layout update
New layout for investor checking is terrible for those who have been used to the previous layout. What was the point in changing where transaction and balances are located in the line item and going from a bold, black font that was easily readable to a light gray font that is completely lost to the user?
