I lost my money few weeks ago in bitcoin investment. I lost over $73,000 they denied my withdrawal request and also left it pending. i reached out to them and they never responded back to my emails and calls. Do not use this app, not working
This app is just a joke, try it and nothing will work for you. I have robinhood works, this app is unbelievably stupid.
It’s ok, could be better.
It needs to be easier to trade prediction markets. I seem to never have settled funds to buy contracts when I know that I do.
Bugs has not been fixed but increased in new update
if clicked ticker from stock monitor. It does not show accurate chart. Now not even from other place. Deterioting day by day.

Para mí la aplicación es buena hago futuros con ella y es buena aunque muchas veces cuando pones una orden para que te cierren el take profit la veo un poquito atrasada a la hora de cerrar la operación y hay muchas ocasiones en que tu precio llega y tu orden no sierran porque no te toman la orden tuya aunque la ayas tenido pendiente por mucho tiempo en eso la veo muy floja
iPad usage
Difficult to navigate on iPad
Stop expiring my trading password!
If I could remove the trading password I would, it is SOO ANNOYING. I have missed so many trades because of having to fumble through 10 steps to get to the order screen. Turned the phone off? Expired. Switched apps to read some news or TradingView chart? Expired. Update the app? Timeout reset back from 8hrs to 4hrs. They don’t even want you having the screen up for a full trading day. Besides that, the “real time” quotes are delayed half a second or more; combined with the app lag and internet routing, this frequently results in strange fills for market orders. But it’s often suspiciously worse than just a delayed execution—it seems dealers are the real winners here.

Webull make there stop loss impossible to understand to take your money
I’ve seen unregulated brokers have easy to understand stand stop losses and take profits
Can’t change on small chart %to stock price
Most stupid % showing on small chart then stock price on right side of the chart changed to linear same problem,% do not make any sense on the chart so dumb stupid
Fantastic support
The support team need a pat on the back and a raise, the time it took to assist me with my issue was non existence. I commend the support team dearly.
Alerts bug
Alerts on Indicators stop working all of the sudden. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It’s annoying.
Outstanding work!
What an amazing job with legacy paper trading, providing real time paper trades. I’ve been with webull since 2020, no regrets at all. I only wish we had back testing integration as well.

Can’t trade on a 15 minute delayed chart
Intuitive, great for mobile when away from desk; feature/function request
Excellent app for trading easily while away from my desk. Easy and intuitive for options, stocks, crypto, etc. Good (enough) stock charts, company information, news, order flow, and social feeds. **If I could request a couple of additional feature/functions… when reviewing my trading data in the Account->P&L tab (tablet and/or phone), it would be awesome to have the ability to toggle the whole page (all tiles, charts, calendars, trends, P&L amount/dollars and P&L percent, etc.) to use either REALIZED, UNREALIZED, or BOTH profit and loss data. I would love to be able to easily distinguish between closed (realized) vs open (unrealized) or all p&l data. It would also be nice to see the p&l percent % directly along with my p&l dollar amount together for each trade and on the calendar.
Customer service
The app itself is decent. Customer service is horrible. They take 2 buisness days to reply for every single reply. They asked me to send them my phone bill for some reason?? That was a week ago. Today they finally replied it will take them another 5-7 buisness days to look at my phone bill? And all I want to do is open a cash account.

Webull is a great investing platform that’s easy to use and navigate. The app has a clean, user-friendly design that makes it simple to keep track of your investments, research stocks, and place trades. I also like how much information and market data is available without making the app feel overly complicated. Overall, Webull is a convenient and straightforward platform for both beginners and more experienced investors.
Customer support
Customer support seems to be very limited and not very helpful at their duty, tried contacting them for ages now and yet to receive a call back or reach from an actual person because the ai support isn’t going to help me enough to resolve my issue. And yet it’s been months and the same issue is still outstanding. Don’t trust Webull unless they actually have a person actively helping you with your money transfers or something of similar nature.
Great app and platform
For now a 5 star! I wish the desktop and web version can have the same TP/L calculations. It’s nice to see how much the cost of the profit and loss. I don’t see it in the long position or short position tool.
Worst broker of all time
I have lost almost $2,000 strictly because of technical difficulties and shady issues caused by Webull. Whether it’s the sell button not working or filling my order 13% above my entry price, I have given Webull so many chances and it continuously disappoints and scams me out of money. Happily closing my account and doing business elsewhere.
