Finally Schwab made this app usable on iPad, like this update. I can do most of trading on my iPad now, great job Schwab.
No older ios support
Abandons old os versions and phones way too soon. A version less than 3 years old is unsupported?

I wish I could have a distinct ringtone or vibration when I get alerts from thinkorswim. This is critical for TRADING.

flipping back and forth in the latest few version
don’t know why this app kept flipping back and forth with latest version multiple times in days or weeks, anytime can happens, so far it works fine but i am getting worried with all these flipping versions

This app has a learning curve…and it should due to it’s complexity & numerous functions. Since the last update, some of the nifty features aren’t available- notably the price slice feature when you could analyze how your positions would change based on future hypothetical factors. Why?

They made some update requiring a much newer iOS and so it’s not functional on my iPad Pro anymore. So one star. This was functioning I’m June but not anymore
Feature Suggestion Please
PLEASE! PLEASE! Add this feature. When opening an option chain and when you enter a certain option expiration, make it when you start to scroll down that you can still see what expiration you are in and so you can easily close the option expiration without having to scroll all the way to the top. One last feature, can you please make the days to expiration on the options chain a different color so it stands out better. Thank you.
keeps crashing
I am not sure if their developers read the crash logs from their app but on latest it is crashing way too much. The app just vanishes while I'm using it, often when I press back after looking at stock news.
Usually great, but currently screwed up
Tech issues: when viewing chart for ticker A, shows open position of ticker B. This is totally unacceptable.

Still slow and lacking basic features
The app still lacks the ability to create custom options spread groups in the “portfolio” section. Options contracts are only able to be grouped by the original order.
The App for IPad don’t let me login
Thinkorswim works very well on the desktop platform, and I have had a good experience using it on my computer. Unfortunately, the iPad app is currently unusable for me because it will not allow me to log in. Every time I try, I receive a message saying that I must update to the latest version of the app, but this prevents access altogether. The desktop version performs great, but the iPad app needs attention so users can log in and trade without issues.

Lagging
Recent update has made the app very slow. This is at least in the options trading portion of the app. I get the re-establishing connection quite often than before. I don’t have this issue in the desktop app or on my android device.

My phone is not compatible for the latest iOS update and now I cannot use the app. This is not OK! Do something.

Hi, on an IPAD pro, when you are on trading view with 2 charts for example, and you lay think or swim on top, it shows compressed and doesn’t allow you a view of the order page for easy access while seeing the charts. It works perfect during market hours with Schwab app as the mini view on top of the trading view charts is already featuring the TRADE window clearly. It doesn’t show clearly with Think or swim. Kindly update!

Unable on iPad to switch platform to select Thinkorswim Canada
Hello, I tried to use the application with an iPad Pro (11-inch) (4th generation) and from the logon screen I’m unable to switch platform to select and connect to Thinkorswim Canada. When clicking on the arrow a pop up appears saying “Select Platform” but nothing happens when clicking on it. I also tried to reinstall the application but same problem. On my iPhone 11 from the logon screen I can switch and connect to Thinkorswim Canada. Thank you
Slow and endless looping
Hi, what is wrong with the app ? I try launching it in mobile, and iPad; and also as a URL on browser ; in the past 2 weeks, encountered a few times of endless looping but never get to useful screen. This was also the case during the huge market drop. Why is the app so unstable ?

Spam
They spam you with messages in the app for their stupid events and other stuff that literally no one is interested in, with no way to disable it.

The best zero cost broker in Singapore. Very transparent for long term investment
App crashes all the time
App only works fine for a few days after I downloaded it. Subsequently it kept crashing when launching the app and would require me to reinstall.
Ripped off in Canada
Great program. Easy to use, pretty…. Fees in Canada (TD Waterhouse) are embarrassingly high. I’ll stick with Interactive Brokers, thank you.

One of the worst trading platforms
I've used a lot of trading platforms, but I gotta say, thinkorswim is easily the worst. It’s got a UI straight out of the last century, and the charts barely move in real time, meaning I literally have to keep Futu or some other charting app open just to place orders accurately. It's the 21st century—we're in the AI era now—so it's about time thinkorswim got with the times instead of staying so stuck in the past.

Buggy updates
The latest updates is buggy. It changed the button ordering at the bottom and re-ordering just does NOT work. It is now taking me more time to access the most common functions now.
Poor support
Support team need to improve.. Seem like whenever we send chat messages, the response is very bad… Also Singapore side this days is very hard to get thru” the hotline….

Sell it back to TD Ameritrade. We literally NEVER had issues with them.
Prefer old interface
Just updated the app. I prefer the old interface with neater layout. Whilst it’s not tremendously different than the previous version, the previous is easier on the eyes and easier to navigate. Can TD please revert to the old interface.

Keeps crashing
When I go to check the quote details (chart) for an options contract it keeps crashing. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t.
Bugs in app and slow funding process.
Some freezes while switching between the authenticator app and this app during login. Another area is funding speed. It takes 2 to 3 business days for funds to be updated in the account. No chance for some last minute funding and buy when market tanks out of the sudden. So keep your balances filled well in advance. Another brokerage is use has a speedy funding process using paynow. They are able to get the funds updated within 5 to 30mins.
That app freeze
The app sometimes show me that I’m making money once I close the contract. Then I’m on the negative

No user friendly. Font size too big.
No way to create a nickname for account
I have 3 accounts and they are called, Margin, Margin, and Margin. Half of the time I have no idea which account I am entering a trade in. Why can’t I create a nickname for each one of the 3 accounts??
Support non existent
Was recommended the platform for its functionality. However it’s support is terrible. It took 3 months to open the account and on average 2 hours wait on the phone to speak to a support staff. Authentication key defaulted and locked me out whilst having live options trades on without an apology. Cash deposits are super slow as well. Have an account with IB and the experience is totally different. Great analysis tools but very unprofessional back office.
