Can’t login to my account Everytime I try to login it reroutes me to create an account , and when I scroll down to click login it just keeps rerouting me to create an account and when I enter my email it says you already have an account login , but I can’t
Apps close automatically
The latest version of this apps often closes the application automatically after it is opened a few minutes. It is very frustrating with this.

Need to watch for closing quotes due to widening spreads, as the trade may not close.

Technical issue with the OANDA App
The OANDA application has experienced several modifications over the past two months; it exhibits a response delay, acting as if it is pausing whenever transitioning to a new section. This issue significantly hinders trading activities, as the system appears to freeze during these instances. OANDA must address this technical concern promptly.
One pretty major thing missing..
Why isn’t there a dynamic ‘Favourites’ list, on the Rates screen, of my open trades and or orders? I have to manually update the Favourites, so that I can look at the chart with my indicator templates? Doesn’t make sense. Sure, I can tap and old on the Trades screen, but no indicators, can’t specify the time period. Please, please, some form of dynamic/auto populated Favourites based on open trades/orders
Can’t sign back in
I sign in this app every single morning of every single day and today I can’t sign in for anything. My money is in limbo and I can’t take it out of the position at 10 thanks, oanda you’re gonna take it anyway, so why not take it this way?

Hello, I deposited $30 into my trading account, and the transaction shows that the funds were successfully deducted. However, the money has not appeared in my account balance, and I have not been able to use it for trading. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue as soon as possible and let me know what happened to my funds. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Great broker bad app
I love this broker but the app is struggling. It is clear it has been written with old frameworks that don’t work anymore. - the login process is one of the worst I have ever seen. Implement Face/Touch ID already! - the data freezes. I have to Force Close the app and reopen to make sure I am looking at the latest numbers - indicators move around the window. I have indicators that are at the bottom that move to the top (below the chart). Every time I open the app there is a new format of my trading dashboard - the charts go into the top part of the screen and often clash with the phone Signal and WiFi and Battery symbols. I can go on but I think these are some of the biggest issues. Please update this app to 2021/2022 standards 🙏
Servers crashed mid winning trade
I placed a trade and was winning then when I went to move my stop loss the app crashed and I couldn’t log in on any device, completely smashed my risk management and lost money because of it.

It’s not the best so I remember there used to be another one. I don’t know if it was the FXCM trading station or something of another. Anything else I really wish they would improve their app. It’s very limited, but I don’t think there is anything else
Love the platform
I use the API connection extensively to trade using programs I created. The connection is easy and works very well!
To Many One Stars
Not giving money to an app “trading platform” that can’t seem to get their crypto trading together in. Pretty frustrating Trading View adds them as a top option. That’s dishonest If most crypto currencies are blocked like xrp!
Area for improvement
Possible to add back the number of unit available to trade in the mobile app? I realised after the update you guys remove it.
my drawings disappear
The entire charting package is a buggy mess that goes beyond simple data disconnections. The drawing tools are fundamentally broken. I will spend time drawing important trendlines and support/resistance levels for my analysis, only to have them disappear when I switch timeframes or reload the app. This makes it impossible to conduct any meaningful multi-timeframe analysis. It is a basic feature that has been implemented with incredible carelessness. I simply cannot rely on a platform where my own analytical work can vanish at any moment. It shows a lack of commitment to providing professional-grade tools for traders who need them, making the charting feature feel like a cheap, awful gimmick.

Poor Spread and execution
As a knowledgeable figure within the industry, I am disgusted by the spread which fills me in at prices far away from my execution. It is obvious that brokers have the right to increase the spread size at times of high volatility; however, there is plenty of liquidity within the London session so these spreads are unacceptable and must be fixed to prevent further violation and exploitation of retail trader capital

CRIMINAL SLIPPAGE
I am experiencing issues with trade execution on this platform with slippage. It seems that every market order I place gets filled at a worse price than what was displayed on the screen when I hit the button. This isnt just a small pip difference during volatile moments it is a consistent pattern of substantial slippage on every single trade, even in stable markets, when I set a take-profit order, it never seems to experience positive slippage. It’s a hidden cost that is slowly draining my account, and it makes it nearly impossible to be a profitable short-term trader on this platform. This pattern suggests that they are not connecting me to a fair market but are profiting from my losses....

This is a great app has been working fine for me over the last couple of years, a few days ago they updated it and it now keeps freezing, can’t load no indicators or drawings, been told someone will look at it and get back to me but heard nothing. Use the app for trading as I’m working but service needs to be much better and quicker

support gives the runaround
I reported a clear execution error where my stop-loss order was triggered at a price that was never reached on the market, a phantom wick. This is a clear platform error. I provided charts, timestamps, and all the data from other exchanges as proof. A support agent named Mark was assigned my ticket. For three weeks, he has been giving me the runaround. First, he said he needed to check the liquidity provider's data. A week later, he said the technical team is reviewing the server logs. Now, he's claiming they need to wait for a final report. While he waits, the funds from that incorrect trade are locked, and the market has presented several opportunities I've been unable to act on.

They want you too loose money
You won’t be able to close your winning trades, either on app or mt4 until you hit a lose then you are forced to close a loosing trade. Garbage
Great, BUT!
I love the app! It’s easy to use and love that it is connected to the desktop platform. Unlike most out there. HOWEVER, I wish it had a total for the day/week/month like MetaTrader, would be nice to keep track of my trades in that layout.

The app interface is fantastic, but you are forced to use leverage, which I think is awful. Min is 10x.
research is pointless
The experience of using this app is one of constant and profound disappointment. I'll spend an hour researching a new and promising company, get excited about its potential, and carefully build a detailed investment thesis. Then I'll eagerly type in the ticker symbol, only to find absolutely nothing. This cycle of research followed by the brick wall of the app's limitations has happened more times than I can possibly count on two hands. It drains the motivation and excitement completely out of investing. A good tool should truly empower you, but this one consistently only ever leads to frustration and missed opportunities, making me question why I even bother doing all this research anymore.

I have to say that Oanda is by far the best forex broker i have ever used! They have such a comfortable and easy to understand app that is perfect for both beginners and experienced traders! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy forex broker! Good luck!

I get spreads have to be included but 30 points of spread is crazy to me and it literally crosses over my TP and it won’t trigger that is just crazy they got to fix something

Not working. More > Price Signal > SMA. There is no SMA. What am I missing?

Great App but you have to write a review to prevent it from repeatedly asking for you one whilst closing positions. Poor marketing plan
