Still a fail
This app has gone from bad to worse and seems stuck in a bad loop. Across all iOS versions and iPhone models: since last year, app gets stuck on displayed add after the start/splash screen. Have to restart 2 or 3 times to get rid of this irritation. Set up to show calendar page first - app does not show it. And if you open the menu and select the calendar, it only shows a blank page. You have to select another page first, then go back and select calendar to get the news events. Developers are of no help to resolve this issue.
Good content, bad UI & UX
The news feed and ranking of impact on the market is invaluable. I wish the menu navigation and filtering was less clunky. Being able to search for symbols would be nice, but once you’re set up, it’s unlikely you’ll change any settings. The news widget is a bit ugly, and includes buttons that don’t actually do anything, but it serves its purpose well enough. It synchronizes news slightly irregularly and sometimes features news (low impact for example) that I’ve specifically filtered out.

App no longer functions
Have you stopped supporting your app? I’ve unloaded the app a couple of times. I’ve rebooted the phone. The app will not advance beyond the open your forex advertisement. Very disappointing. I used to recommend this app to multiple friends tho trade.

Issue
Something is wrong with the app. I can never open it and most of the time it stays on the start up screen and never lets me in. I also can’t login.

Android works fine, but iOS not. Not getting past the initial screen at present.
Such a glitchy app
This app literally always gets stuck on the loading page when you launch it. It is really annoying. Used to be such a seamless clean app.

The app literally doesn’t do anything besides pull up a login screen. I can login or register. None of the buttons respond to anything. Just a frozen log in screen. Ridiculous

It’s free, so I guess it’s supposed to suck
So TradingView is 1000% better but it also cost money. I guess the app sucks but if you get it and then use the online platform you’re doing pretty good. Hey maya Facebook how about you go copy what works and then make it better

This app is constantly lagging. It feels like the developers haven't even attempted to fix the performance issues.

Need slight change
This app has been very useful for my trading journey. I use this app daily to calculate my position size when taking a trade. Since I only trade 4 pairs, I wish there was an option where I could quickly find those pairs. It is so time consuming to look for that certain pair because there are so many pairs that I have to scroll through to get to that pair. And sometimes I miss the trades while searching for that right pair. Please make an option where I could “favorite “ my pairs so that it’s easier to find or some other alternatives. Also in the website, please remove that pop up screen. I always have to click “ continue to my fxbook “
Where is dark mode???
Not sure why this setting is available on web browser but not in the app? Seems like a very basic setting that should carry over. Is this in the works? Will use the web version until an update is released.

This app is fabulous for a free app! Yes, I’d love more functionality, but I wouldn’t expect it from The free version

Excellent value for money with one minor quibble
I started off with the free service, which is excellent. It felt only fair to reward this app with a one year subscription, which is still very good value for money given the functionality and the value and timeliness of the data. However, the paid version is supposed to remove the ads. But it doesn’t, so that is a little disappointing.

I like it because it’s easy to use. The pip calculator is easy to use as Myfxbook provides info on how to use it and explains the value of a pip, what a pip is and the difference in currencies pip value. I also like using the calendar to see what events is happening everyday because the market can move when certain economic activities is happening world wide. This can give a trader a heads up as to if he/she wants to trade or wait for a trade that day after the event. I like the info that’s provided in this app and I’m glad I found it.
bad Support
There is no tech support phone #, no tech support, hard to get things done👹
Good but buggy
I love this site but it has a lot of bugs. I’m on the paid version for live updates and the “live” portion breaks a lot resulting in a lot of emails to support with no long term fix in sight. This past week there was a bug where profit was not calculated correctly. It’s a lot of bugs.
Adding funds
My FX does a great job with mostly everything g with the exception of adding funds in the middle of the month. I had a 25k account that was at a 9% return, added 100k and it went to 4%.. the dollar amount stayed the same but the difference in the return % about stopped my heart until I figured it out. Other than that it’s a 5 star app.

rubbish
constantly crashes and displays the news for yesterday saying its todays news. alerts dont work half the time either. absolute headache. up to 2 minutes lag on news events. not good for scalpers what so ever. id give it one star but its lated out well, has potential but some serious issues ive found personally.
App stopped working
The app has stopped working for me despite re-installing. Every time I click a menu item it returns the message “No connection to server. Please check your internet connection or try again later.” It’s good when it works though.

Do you guys even read your reviews? Your app doesn’t open with IOS. I downloaded and deleted the app 4 different times to try and get past the initial loading screen but it just won’t. Why won’t you all fix the problem?
MyFX experience
App definitely makes reviewing account data easy and quick. The only drawback is it has a refresh button but doesn’t actually refresh and at times may go >3hrs before it updates to match account activity.
FX App
I use to find this app really useful but in recent times now that they have company ads featuring on the app it seems to take longer for the app to load up a lot of the time it takes so long to load that I now rarely go on the app and have started using investing.com as an alternative for news source that may affect the pairs I trade. It is a real shame because I really did enjoy using the app prior to the ads!
App gets stuck
I monitor several accounts and always struggle to open the top account. Not sure what the issue is but this does get annoying. Apart from the adverts which I do not like but understand they need these to make it free to use. I am using an iPhone.
