Options price delays
Dropping from 3 stars to 1. The app is unusable until they fix the options price delays. How can you day trade options when they price the app displays is 15 minutes behind? Unusable. Have to resort to using the website to trade until this is fixed.

Give back the After Hour Chart Option
We used to have the option to turn on or off the after hours chart view. Now it’s force and it’s hideous. Stop messing with the charts. I’m using your charts less and less the more you screw things up. Where is the 5 minute charge view on the 5d? It’s only showing me the 15 minute with pre/post market after hours chart view. Why?!
App malfunction
The Transfer Funds option in the app is not working. It allows you to pick accounts, enter an amount, select a date, etc but then the PREVIEW button does not activate to continue the process.

Version 15.6 login failure
Everything works fine until I was forced to update it to version 15.6 for iPhone. Login screen with correct credentials spins for more than 30 seconds then back to the original loading screen asking for password. Tried three times same result. The same credentials works on full site on my computer. Please fix it! Thanks!!

Too many required app updates
Updates happen too often and they force me to update. Not good!
Streaming extended hours
Seriously… it’s been months now that after hours streaming has been down. Billion dollar company and they can’t fix the smallest bug

Wonderful software
Takes forever for funds to go through.
From deposit to time of confirmation takes 3 business days not counting the weekend and you can trade on the 4th after making your transfer. In the year 2026 waiting so long for funds to be confirmed is ridiculous when we all know the banks and E*trade confirm these transfers within a day now.

App is broken.
I’ve been asking them for five years to fix the app. It says I have half the money that I have in the account when login to the website. It’s embarrassing that Morgan Stanley bought them and they won’t fix it.

Please expand Automatic Investing to individual stocks, with dollar-based fractional purchases and weekly/biweekly/monthly schedules.

Not able to update wire details
Since the buttons in the bottom disappears and the scroll to go down is also not working. It’s difficult to update the wire details using iphone with ios 26. Its there for other iphone as well. Its basic UI issue.
Can’t see the portfolio view the year to date or 12 month performance
It shows total performance in interest rate and dollar form, but it does not show a 12 month performance or a year to date performance. Please at least add the 12 month performance and it would be great to have the year to date also.

App is really good. You can control everything with your fingers. But lately I have seen a bug that I can no longer change the currency to INR. Please fix this.
Messy GUI
Although the app do its basic work GUI is fully messy comparing to Morgan stanly… I wish, I can have a clean dashboard and simple radio button integration to all workflow….
Currency
Developer please note its near impossible to set preferred currency from the drop down list of currencies on an iPhone small screen. Please extend user preferences so preferred currency is always shown by default. Otherwise a great app. Thanks

This is one tool that I have seen ‘extraordinary’ in everything they do. Be it Customer Service, Response Time, User Friendly App, Superb Web Interface, so on and so forth.. Thanks for being and demonstrating ‘excellence’ in everything you do! 👍👏💐

Page is loading not responding
I was trying to add transfer money details since months getting message call us for assistance. Wondering whom to call?
Cannot change currency
When you try to change the currency in your portfolio, it does not change. Even after app updates and running 11.4 of the app (most recent version at time of writing) it still hasn’t been fixed.
Refreshing quotes
It is not refreshing quotes on I phone Xs even after a refreshing the screen Which is miss leading .
Bug Still Not Fixed; Can’t Login
Usually a great app, but even after the update, it keeps cycling after you enter your password or use Face ID. You can’t view your accounts so please fix this.

Was a good app until the recent update. Now very slow and almost unusable. Once these bugs are ironed out I’m sure it will be great again.
Excellent best of any online broker.
Truly excellent functionality. Everything has really been thought through in the design of the app from beginning to end. Far superior to any other online broker I’ve used.
Login Failures
Latest version will not login. Tried reinstalling, resetting phone and nothing works.
No positions for user
It shows "there is no positions for user" under Portfolios. Can it be addressed?
Changing currency is a pain.
Trying to select GBP from the currency drop down menu is a very tricky due it being so small (in my Stock Plan), and when I eventually get GBP selected it changes back to USD the next time I login in!! Please sort this out.
Good app but let down by settings
Love the app, the functionality is excellent and you with features being added it’s great. Only problem is the settings that just don’t work. Trying to change the currency setting in your overview of holdings doesn’t change, even after many attempts. I’m an international customer and it’s infuriating at times when there is volatility in the prices.

Currency & Other Holdings
It’s a frustration the currency selector doesn’t remember my choice and that it takes several attempts to get it to change. Also , to disburse my Other Holdings (monies paid from dividends etc) I have to log into the E*TRADE website as it’s not available within the app.
New version is buggy
The portfolio section never stops loading. Super frustrating during this stock market rollercoaster. I’ve had to start using the web version
