Better than Spotify
I haven’t been using this app since 2015 and the app and my Cell phone has saved a good number of parties from catastrophic failure when the music went out
I didn’t ask for that
I can’t stand that it add rando stuff to my queue
Amazing
Listen every day perfect app
Good to Bad to Ugly
MixCloud was one of my favorite apps for many years. Unfortunately it has gone from, Good to Bad to Ugly. The basic functionality was excellent for many years. Then inconsistencies crept in and increased throughout 2025. Frustrating, it is and has been for several months of 2026. Often I would share links for streams, several times a day. Now it rarely works well for more than 5 minutes before glitching. Interrupted music can be quite frustrating. I cannot recommend this app until they figure things out…???
Glitches!
The app itself blows, IT really needs to work on the constant glitches. The artists on here are amazing and talented!
Love it!!
I’ve had Mixcloud for about 4 to 6 years now and it is definitely my go to for my music listening!!
Bad connection
Terrible and waste of money for monthly payment. App constantly skips and drops out. Even with all the correct settings in Obs. And on top of that the viewer ship is non existent on this app. Waste of money and time. Compared to hearthis or other streaming sites where you get more listeners for WAY less monthly subscription.
Mixes
Great DJays and mixes keep up the great work
Me
XM pitbull have equal music
Huge potential, lacks progress
Have used Mixcloud app for several years but it’s never really progressed and never meets its potential. It lacks features, it’s not very engaging. It only survives thanks to the creators rather than the experience.
Best Mixtape Equivalent Around
I have used Mixcloud for years, but I don’t usually write reviews. As an old school Gen X mixtape creator, Mixcloud allows me to replicate the real mixtape experience. I have Mixcloud widgets all over my blog and throughout cyberspace. Obviously , it is also useful for hosting web radio stations.
Awful app. Avoid
I’ve been using Mixcloud for years and it is just getting worse and worse. It constantly restarts whatever you’re listening from stratch whenever you are listening and switch between apps. This is a problems other music streaming apps solved a decade ago but for whatever reason Mixcloud developers cannot. It’s getting almost unusable. If it is an attempt to force you to take out a subscription it’s having opposite effect. I wouldn’t subscribe to something that simply doesn’t work properly in the free version.
Only One
❗️I follow AMOREXIC❣️ Aways surprise!, and hits all the notes I desire HîT‼️
Great content but app crashes
One of the best music platforms there is, but the app crashes so often it’s basically unusable.
A bit problem
I can’t find my favorite track from dj session100 epic …..
Always available
Designed for me….. and designed for you☝🏽Your in control 😎🙏🏽👍🏽
What has happened?
Someone has messed up, just delete this version and start again. It doesn’t play, downloads go missing, the queue doesn’t work, connectivity is awful, notifications don’t link to the right place - stop tinkering, throw it away and start again!!
Movement
Navigation can be a bit fiddly
So bad
Tua nhanh bài hát cũng nạp tiền, tua chậm bài hát cũng nạp tiền, còn cái gì nạp tiền nữa không ?, vậy thì tôi nên chơi souldcould hoặc spotify còn hơn 😢
Love it but keeps force playing
I love the app but it does the same thing Apple Music does and just starts playing even when the app isn’t even opened or in the background. It’s getting to where I delete it and redownload it whenever I want to listen to it.
Dancing disco music
Dj JOHN DONATO. BEST MUSIC MIX
Terrible app
Unable to play any music without having to pay is obscure. The app started out and began on free music. Now it’s just sad not a second of music can be played only with a payment.
Gutter Greg
Ginny has such a great programme, I gonna need alot more nickels
Notifications Won’t Disappear
Notifications continually showing even though no unread notifications.
Sound Quality
The sound quality is often do poor that I often come off MixCloud after 5 minutes and go on to Spotify to listen to some music.
Love it
Love it
No connection
Every time I select music, it says there’s a problem with the connection
Recommendation
If there is a radio series like Deadmau5 Presents Mau5trap, can you add an option to sort from oldest to newest and vice versa? Consider that in a future update, that'd be nice.
Nhạc hay
Tuyệt vời
Search and Destroy
There’s alot to love about Mixcloud, but unfortunately, the search function is still beyond useless. Jah Bless
Hey, can you please fix this?
Hey, I really love this app and I like the interface. I was wondering, can you please fix where it says skip forward and skip backwards right now, it says skip backwards twice. I am a visually impaired person and I use voiceover. So I love that. This app is really accessible for me.
Can’t login at all!
Unexpected response from the server!!!!!!!!!
Real nice
Splendid splendidness
Buggy, constantly needing to restart/reinstall
Regularly will not play and requires restarting or reinstalling. I love the shows but this app is pretty garbage. Is it because I am on the free version?
Landscape orientation stopped working for tablet

Love this app
Great place to find old classic DNB albums as well as epic mixes, recorded raves/parties and rare radio sets from many great djs. I’ve been using it for years now and listening is always free. I’ve been wanting to get the premium for a while now, as it opens up the option to download the music also, but it’s nice to know that I can at least listen to the music and enjoy it from the app regardless. I def recommend this app 👍
BROKEN
Was Great Now the APP wont work wont let me do a Password reset. NOTHING. Unexpected error. Server issues.
Great but..
Buggy with carplay
So mid, a shame
Marks for a great idea to present listeners with a modern version of sharing mixtapes or buying mixtapes. But. The bad. The GUI is brutal, just clumsy and annoying to use. The subscribing per artist though is the biggest failure. A noble attempt to get artists paid BUT, it is just so amazingly limited considering EVERYONE pays a flat rate to ever other streaming platform. Is a person really gonna pay for 10 different subs who might release the odd mix? Also, good LUCK unsubscribing, you can’t do it in the app and need to go online, feels very engineered to be difficult. You’ve been warned. Now add on that in Canada you straight up can’t listen to many of the mixes (Trudeau did this? 🙊) makes the platform very limited which is a shame, cause see first comment. Great idea.
Glitchy
Playlist keeps pausing for a few seconds for no reason and when I pause the playlist or take my earphones off when I put them back the playlist starts again, from the beginning.
Awesome for DJAYS
AWESOME APP for uploading mixes to social media! Easy to use and very efficient!
Subscription means nothing!
What’s the use of making people pay subscription if you’re not going to do anything about making it exclusive? Just paid and literally still can’t listen to anything!
The Unbelievable DJs
Love these old school remixed music x
App has VERY LITTLE functionality
There is really not that much you can do on the app. You can’t respond to posts made to you, you can’t make changes to your pro account and have the changes transfer to the site. This platform could be so much more but it’s like they don’t listen to their creators. The app is only good for listening. If you have a pro account you should be able to use this app much like you do the website. Most of the time I am on the go and when I get a comment on my post, I can’t respond because I only have my phone and this app doesn’t allow me to respond. Please have this app be fully functional like the site. On a side note- please allow creators the ability to DELETE listens. I don’t always want everyone to know what I listen to. Also it stops me from exploring other creators because if they’re not to my liking, they’ll be stuck on my page as though I support them. I need control on this. I’m all for supporting other creators but give me the right to add who I want as a listen on my homepage.
User experience: dead
Yep you’re going to try and get me to pay for the privilege of scrolling forward. Is that really the value you have to offer a 10+ year user? Just makes me resent your app every time you try and head back to SoundCloud where the user experience is a million times better.
5 Star ATM
Love this app. It helps get you expose to the world. Try it you will love it.
Ken Christensen
Can’t login with my name and password. Can change it either. Looks like I can get in anymore. :/
Great but better before!
Great app for mixes however can you please bring back the status bar on the show list/feed so we know what mixes we were up to or have listened to? That was such a great feature! Not sure why you'd get rid of something so useful.
Terrible
The constant buffering, dropping in and out just terrible so over it
Restricted now
Well @mixclould_dev You are cutting your own neck There are the other platforms that aren’t restricting their listeners Absolutely pro features for the posters and artists alike - but unless an artist is well established - it is hard to scan through on a free account …… so too hard .. sure I’ll move away to ify or fruit music or even the other cloud
