Very good
Too much access required
This looks like a very good idea (as long as Councils & utilities act on the information required) The issue I have is why do you need access to ALL MY PHOTOS? This seems to be a real intrusion. This is on the level of Stalk-book and Twit face! Come on you don’t really need access to all of everybody’s photos, that is just ridiculous, or very lazy programming.
Really good surprisingly
They are able to solve things super quickly to my surprise and mostly they are done to a good extent. The only downside was when I snapped a footpath and there was a bit of a mess after the repair, but it was still a good job. Overall I totally recommend this app 👍👍
normally great – current update can’t login
Good app but upon fresh install can’t click any of the login options. No response. restart the app. nothing.
Western Power not an option in categories
I had to send an Power/Electricity enquiry to the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder hoping they would pass it on to Western Power, which they did.

Don’t expect a speedy response
I’ve reported a car parked on the road, not on the side of it, twice now & each time it’s left overnight when it needs to be towed. It keeps happening, same car. And each time I’ve reported it, I get a “solved” message when they’ve done nothing. If this goose had his car towed it might discourage him from doing it again.. I’m done reporting anything. This app sure isn’t a quick fix.

Simple easy to use app. But can use more features like checking other areas because cases could have been raised for another area. Ability to update case and more categories would be useful such as median strip damage and electricity pit issue.

Pleasantly surprised by how some items are quickly rectified.
Useless
Not going to be submitting anything anymore - everything goes into a black hole and you never hear back. Not the apps fault, the issue of the overpaid people supposed to act on your reports.
Love the app, limited only by relevant recipients.
I think it’s time to change the name of the app to Snap & Send as there’s no guarantee the councils or relevant recipients will solve the issue. I’m finding most reports now are just viewed & then ignored. Seriously what’s the point!

It was a great app that didn’t need unnecessary ai features…. I feel pretty confident that people can choose which report it falls under with ai scanning it and telling us

This app would be useful if the council takes notice of things that need attention & they don’t do anything about. I’ve reported some rubbish that was dumped in a natural reserve in the area I live in, a twice & the lazy council reviews it & doesn’t do anything about it. The council recommends using this app. But it’s a waste of time for me to put on this app. Sorry but I am not going to bother anymore. I have better things to do.

Don’t even waste your time with this app
What’s the point of having an app for the community to use if you’re not even going to solve any of the problems? I’ve posted multiple snaps on this app and have just been ignored despite nudging them, they don’t solve them and just wait for my snaps to expire. They also have not put my snaps on the feed even though I have the option on and they used to let my snaps on the public page. This is honestly really disappointing and targeted. Please fix your system and do better.

Snap send but NO SOLVE!
So easy to complain, point out problem but often no solution or even comment back from CCC. SO one star because it’s easy to feel one is being listened to but pointless unless solved
