Alaska Hawaiian App
Great app. Easy check in.
Pfusch
Great service AA/Hawaiian
We love Alaska/Hawaiian and our preferred airline interisland and internationally
Price gouging
Rural Alaskans are being ripped off. Delta should be incentivised to operate in Southeast Alaska year round and the FTC should investigate.
Purchasing baggage
It would make more sense to me if I could just have purchased my checked baggage in line at the time I purchased my ticket like on other airlines where we have to pay for luggage. It meant I had to search and search website for how to do it, download your app and set myself a reminder24 hrs before flying all while I was travelling in beautiful Alaska. I got it done eventually but caused me some stress!!
Great Service
I am an Australian and traveling in USA with my 10 year old daughter Shekinah. Alaska airlines i one of the best airlines with user friendly staff, and lovely systems. Anybody who travels in this airlines will surely enjoy the great service. Regards, John Daniel
Login doesn’t work
I fill in the Login page and get a blank page.
Cool App
Quick & easy to use
Muy lenta
Muy lenta y no procesa tarjetas de crédito , intente varias veces de comprar comida por adelantado sin éxito
Check in
Se atora el app, y es un poco estresante hacerlo a través de la app
Great experience first time
Very easy to use
Unreliable App
App continually fails to load and just displays a white blank screen. I am constantly having to delete it, then download it again to get it to work.
iPad view
The app does what it’s supposed to do but on iPad it is not full size - why ?
Too many error messages
It looks like it should be a really good app but if trying to sign in with another country’s details it doesn’t work. It picked up the incorrect country code for the telephone number and doesn’t offer any other states besides US states. If this app is only for US citizens it should state that on the first page.
Not enough personal for check in
The waiting line it’s too long, need to have 1 person to help self check in and let other people go through, cause the waiting is insane
Easiest check-in ever!!!
I’ve never experienced a simpler, easier online check-in. Well done Alaska Airlines!
Terrible app
To say this isn’t is not user friendly is a massive understatement! It is not user friendly for international travel. Any app that takes an hour to sign up for (because I am overseas trying to fly to the USA), and you have to sign up to the rewards program, is disgraceful. I still cannot get the information I need and so uninstalled and will just hope that airport staff can figure it out.
Seat choice
Is the flight really so full or don’t I have any choice to change another seat at all? Otherwise, App is very good. Îm happy to put the boarding pass in my wallet
Update
Need a update for the screen for iPhone 5
Good app!
Better airline app that I have used.
Pésima APP
Falla mucho la app y se bloquea
Good app and easy to use.
Very easy to use and basic.
Several crashes while checking in
Unstable app the led to several crashes during check in. Check in finally only at the airport
Didn’t work
Just gave messages that it’s temporarily unavailable when trying to register. I’m travelling so won’t be using it again.
Useless app won’t add bags
Need to add bag after I’d done online check but the useless app won’t do it, this is the only reason I downloaded the dumb app
Cool And Easy
The coolest online airline checkin app I have ever used
Checking in on iPhone
Just finished checking in from my iPhone - was not simple. I had to reenter the same data twice - it just reset in the middle of entering the details. Entering dob was not easy - it would not move from today’s date. It should be a lot simpler.
Informative and easy to use
App is user friendly, easy to use, informative and makes checking flight details and check in seamless
$100 excess charge
Being charged excess baggage for sporting equipment (golf clubs) with only one other checked in bag as an EMERALD one world member is a disgrace!!!!! I want my money back.
Fantastic.
App is way faster than online check in! So convenient!
App not working
Why do I have to become a registered “miles” customer to use the App at all? And when I attempted to register/create an account, I was consistently hit with an error message, despite my having no errors? Is it only for US citizens?
Jas
Love it very easy to use
Can't log in?
I can't log in on iPhone or iPad. Sent emails for help and no reply. This is very disappointing as I love flying with your company. Please help!
