Had to use different emails for each iPhone but it worked out.
We contacted Airside to see if we could use the same email address on our two phones to set up profiles. It wouldn’t let us in the end, but Dave did his best to find a way for us to get set up! He kept getting back to us with suggestions to try. We’re happy with the help provided and it didn’t take Dave long to respond to us. We were also a bit concerned because we read another review that said the App didn’t work with Canadian passports, but ours worked.

Unable to scan passport … dont waste your time
NFC lezen lukt wel
De chip in het Nederlandse paspoort (model 10 uit 2024) werd gelezen. Wel de gebruiksaanwijzing gevolgd; iPhone op het paspoort leggen en langzaam verschuiven totdat de bolletjes verschijnen.
Not worth the headache
Downloaded the app to upload my drivers license and connect to my airline accounts. First drivers license a was not and option but was able to upload my passport (only reason not a 1). There are now services available to add my airlines or global entry or tsa. Ugghhh.
Waardeloze app. Echt helemaal niets doet het.

Prima app
App no longer functional
The Airside app no longer functions. User can log in, but it does not connect to wifi or work on cellular data. I then select “Retry” and also attempted to “use offline”. When I “use offline” and attempt to update a credential, it asks me to login again. I have verified through other apps (browsers, etc) that my device is indeed online. This process is cyclical and reproducible, so clearly a major bug.
Can’t read chip
Either my passport doesn’t have a passport or this can’t read it. Either way, I can’t use this app because of this issue.
Wallet
Did not read passport so hand plus when the digital pass was made it could not be saved in wallet. So at the moment still quite glitchy
Works Great
I fly internationally several times a year on Alaska. I have uploaded my passport to Airside and it works great when flying Alaska internationally. Recently I was having trouble uploading my new passport to the Airside app. I emailed customer support and they promptly got back to me to try and resolve the issue. It turned out to be with an update that was made to the app. As soon as the issue was resolved they emailed me back that it was resolved and to try it. Sure enough it worked the first time. Great customer service.

Airside entered incorrect info
Everything was fine until I did this app! Now, “according to AIRSIDE” my passport expires in 2 days!! When in actuality, it expires in five years!! This is horrible since and out of the country and according to Airside, my passport expires before I re-enter America! Absolutely horrible, horrible I’m going to have so many problems now

The app is about as easy as it gets very convenient if you are planning on doing much international travel. Saves you time checking in for flights.

Airside app does not work for older pass
This does not work for older passports without a chip. There is no option to enter information without the chip, so it is very frustrating!
All caps bug
When entering the confirmation code, the mobile device keyboard should be set to all caps.

Super easy to use. Scanned my passport and selfie quickly. Love to be able to save time at the airport so I can do other things like enjoy the lounge. Thank you.

I have trouble accessing my account. It will not let me gain access!!!!
Chip reader doesn’t work
Downloaded this app to verify my passport for Alaska Airlines but after 30 minutes trying everything thing I could to read the chip in my passport the app can’t find it. So frustrating. Do I need to turn off wifi/bluetooth? Could the chip be in the cover? Not so easy to use.
No point to using the app
I still had to show my passport at the airport when flying to another country. I haven’t seen any up side to downloading this app and giving them my personal info.
Easy and convenient
The Airside app always makes checking in for international travel simple and convenient. With the app, it takes me less time to initially check in at the airport, and that saves me time to check my bags, get through TSA, and relax at my gate before my flight. It’s one less headache.
Garbage
Spent 30 minutes trying to verify the account with the code they sent. It simply didn’t work on 5 tries.
Dissatisfied customer
I found the app to be very clunky. A person cannot simply copy and paste the code. It must be hand entered, and it’s very laborious. To integrate this app with airline apps.

Could be usefull if…
This would be very usefull if you actually could use it on Curaçao. Fact is: express lane is closed due to no staff available (????) I expected that this wouldn’t need any staff at all. Airside should oblige the airport to have this lane open all the time, or not offer this service.

Took a long time to read my passport…almost gave up but finally took my info. Could be easier.
Couldn’t even get started
Would not let me verify email. It would send me the code but the link did not work and neither did copying the code. Gave up and deleted it
Awful
The scanner is system doesn’t work well. Took us over 30mins to get it to authenticate us.
