Horrible Place
Cockroaches in our room. Got checked in 2 hours after we were supposed to. Room had unmade beds as if it was never cleaned. Can’t use app to order room service. The list goes on and on.
Beautiful Property
The property is beautiful and the service is excellent. We also enjoyed the food. All of the food except the 1950’s diner. The service there was horrible! The only other thing we did care for is the golf cart situation. To go anywhere on the property you have to wait for a golf cart person to pick you up. Sometimes it’s so many ppl you have to wait for a while. Other than that we had a GREAT time.
Muchas fallas
Como miembro de pueblo bonito batallo cada año con la aplicación. No puedo ver mis reservas del shuttle y en el lobby no saben cómo solucionarlo, Fallas para reservar varios servíos en el spa (pide que pagues un facial para incluir el masaje), no reciben los pedidos de room service. En general resta más de lo que suma.
Piden más datos que en el check-in
Solo quería ver el menú y tal vez pedir algo pero piden más datos que al momento del Check-in, obligatorios, crear cuenta, etc, etc. Decidí no usar la app y borrarla
room service
I want to see the room service is great but as far as the timeframe it needs to be shorter and I understand the need for serving all the residents or should I say hotel guest scenario but shortening the timeframe for rooms. The rest would be great other than that. Five stars make sure that you tip.

For older people, the requirement to use the app for everything is just not comfortable.

Couldn’t get app to work, no support
I tried calling (and then emailing) the PB montecristo, and no one seemed help or care. You need the app to book the shuttle to the PB Rose, so that was an issue.

Better than nothing if you are staying here. It’s a mediocre app at best, but needed for ordering and reservations

Love the app and love the resort even more
We are not a fan of the resort or it’s all-inclusive package
The app cuts off your room service with ridiculous limits. Two beers, one glass of wine and a cup of tea is too much for the night. We paid for the all-inclusive, but we are cut off. I do not believe the drinks above are excessive.
Great improvements!
We were in Cabo for February and loved using the app for shuttle reservations, restaurant reservations! Still learning more about all the features!
App not on par with other hotel apps
While functional, the app is non-intuitive to use. The biggest complaint is the “Suite Service” ordering doesn’t allow a guest to charge to the room, it requires a credit card to place an order. The maps are old and outdated, at least so for Sunset Beach. A user should be able to drill into a map location and have the location details and menu links pop up. Billing information isn’t showing up in the app for extra charges. For ordering services, a comment box is missing for extra details. The Deli menu is missing. The multi-page document given at check in should be available to view.

Phenomenal Resort
Everything we expected and more. The Service, Food, Pools, Rooms,etc…It’s all top notch. I highly recommend this Resort.
Unable to reserve shuttles
Upon check in we asked about shuttle transport to other resorts Rose and Sunset. The staff said there would be a shuttle every 10-15 minutes and just to come outside to wait for the shuttle when we wanted to go. The next day we went to the drive way and were informed that we needed to book a shuttle spot on the app as there were only shuttles every hour. We attempted to book on the app and received an error message that we had another reservation already, despite using it for the first time. We went to the front desk and were told that there was nothing they could do. Lousy service and communication.
Resort Map is missing
App is good except it doesn’t have a map of the Resort.
Nueva versión cero funcionalidad
Ahora nos regalan fotos más bonitas y contenido más dinámico, se nota que la app está mejor construida, PERO a costa de quitarle la funcionalidad que tenía la versión anterior, ahora NO puedo revisar en calendario las fechas disponibles y mucho MENOS reservar, mal por eso, ahora los socios ya no tenemos ni ese privilegio, ahora si intentas reservar desde la app te sale una notificación que llames al departamento de reservaciones, lo mismo si seleccionas otro hotel que no es donde tienes tú contrato, eso precisamente es lo que me quiero evitar, y con la versión anterior esto se podía hacer perfectamente, MAL, MAL, estoy seguro que pretenden contar con esa funcionalidad porque tiene un carrito de compras, corrijan y regresen esa funcionalidad y estará perfecta
Good… but
While the app is good and even useful at times, it is difficult to navigate. Not as useful as it could be. In particular, the activities that occur daily and or weekly should be listed in the app AND maintained with up to date information.
Awesome Customer Service
Very professional personnel. The customer service here is top notch. I was having issues with the app which they fixed. They also have made our reservations for various activities which I appreciate. I appreciate the fact that everyone must have identification to be here which makes the vacation secure. This is a fantastic place to vacation!! Thank you to all of the personnel here for all of your patience. You are truly appreciated!!!
Frustrating
Staff insisted I use the app to reserve shuttle. App wouldn’t work so I took it to the front desk and they couldn’t get it to work. They said they would notify tech support and manually made me a reservation from Rose to Sunset and told me Sunset would help me with the ride back to Rose. Staff at Sunset said they couldn’t and said I needed to call Rose or delete and reinstall the app. I reinstalled the app and then it wouldn’t let me use my password saying it was incorrect. It wasn’t incorrect, but I had no choice to change it. It was a very frustrating experience.
Nice, but Slow Loading
I like the convenience, but slow especially when loading restaurant menus. Have been here less than 24 hours so may get better with time.

Not user friendly
I have been trying to navigate through app for the last 40 minutes. It should be easier. Very frustrating. Our contracts are also not complete and correct.
App Review
Once you got all logged into the app, it seemed pretty intuitive… But it’s a little confusing that you can’t put special characters in your password is messed up at first. We haven’t gotten any room service so I can’t come in on that quite yet.
Not working
I am here at the resort. I had downloaded the app from a previous visit. The app keeps giving me an error message. Can not reserve shuttle or order food or or thee incidentals Unable to use at all!!
Room cleanliness
The floor in our room was not clean when we checked it.. No hand towels were in the bathroom ..

Really good when it works. Some translation issues. Some issues connecting to server for room service. Otherwise when it is up, it is really good.

Having a great time at Pueblo Bonita Los Cabos! Celebrating our 20th anniversary’s!! Place is clean. Staff is very prompt, conscientious and polite. Food is great and drinks are plentiful! Highly recommend!!
Horrible App
I have tried multiple times over the years to get into this app to know avail. I sat with representatives on site at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and they were unable to help. I believe this could be very helpful while at Sunset Beach, if only it worked!
Menús descargables
Ojala pudieran agregar la opción para descargar los menús de los restaurantes o poner un “acceso directo” para no tener que navegar por toda la app cada vez que quiera ver que comer ya que por cada módulo que abre la app, se carga contenido y tengo que esperar

App locked up after adding items to room service order. Would not allow adding more items even after removing items. Won’t work at all now. Useless!

Doesn’t consistently work!
Unfortunately this app was often not functioning correctly. We booked the shuttle from Pacifica to Rose and then the app would not allow us to book a return shuttle. Front desk also could not make it work and had no work around. We had to wait standby hoping for room on the shuttle…

Great breakfast and service. People are friendly and very attentive. Quiviera area is quiet and enjoyable. The staff was awesome.
