Not user friendly
This app is not helpful at all. Cannot book a reservation or see menus. Not interactive for 2026. A waste of an APP. The resort could be so much better and user friendly with a better APP
Live direction needed
You need to update your app with live orientions. Such a high end resort without that option is not acceptable. Clicking on a spot on the map should give live direction with géolocalisation. I’m looking at other reviews dating from more than a year ago asking the same thing!! Come on, you can do better for sure, the customer experience would skyrocket!

Very frustrating
Hard to navigate
I cannot find the restaurant menus, daily activities, wellness information, etc. I booked but when I click reservation where I thought I’d enter my confirmation, it wants me to book a reservation. I don’t understand how to navigate or make reservations for parks, restaurants, etc.
A lot of bugs to fix
The take me function does nothing. And you can only click on one location and then you have to restart the app to get to another description.
The map isn’t helpful
It doesn’t recognize where you are on the map. There is no legend. I’m trying to find the spa and where excursion pick up area is with no luck.
Lacking important functionality
The app is nice to look at but lacks useful functionality. There is limited information and more importantly, no way to book restaurants, experiences or transit. After being told to download the app as it would benefit our stay, we found it wasn’t very useful.
Disappointing Experience – App Crashes Constantly
I expected more from an app associated with such a high-end resort. Unfortunately, the app crashes immediately after loading, making it completely unusable. Being onsite at the hotel, we were relying on it to navigate the property and find essential information, but it has left us stranded. For a resort of this caliber, this level of technical failure is unacceptable. Please fix this issue—guests deserve better.

Crashes all the time
Using an iPhone 15 iOS 18.2 as soon as I log in the app crashes. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading - just keeps crashing. Hope this is resolved soon!

This app feels like it’s from 10 years ago. The interface is glitchy and after you finally log in, it just crashes. Autofill does strange things, like my address autofilled but put the whole address into the street address and I still had to manually select the state and country and enter the zip code. When I autofilled a 2FA code it put all 6 numbers into the first box instead of putting one in each box. Needs to be re-written from the ground up with Swift.

This app keeps crashing and won’t open at all. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting my device multiple times, but the issue persists. I hope the developers fix this soon so it can be used properly.
Can’t open
I’m planing to go on Oct and already booked the room. Turns out the app can’t open at all!!!!
