Day 1 - Brilliant!
Impressive suite and facilities. Staff have been extremely helpful. They’ve made efforts to ensure the start of the holiday is stress free. Fizz and chocs in the room are a nice touch as a welcome.
App doesn’t work for requesting jobs at dreams corfu
Tried to ask for our room to be cleaned and a extra bath towel but can’t place “jobs” via the app and staff here couldn’t get it to work either…

A good idea but its not updated daily and requests dont seem to get through so a bit pointless
Lovely but with a few niggles.
Lovely setting and fantastic staff, so mostly good here. However, not sure about 5* status. Eg. No robes in room, no turndown service, no fruit or treats in room. No pool drinks service. Two bars closed, including the sports bar. Need to wave down a server to get another drink, they don’t top up without asking.

We stayed in the preferred Junior suite with ocean view for a week . In summary the hotel experience and accommodation is nothing short of exceptional. The standard of service, cleanliness, quality and staff are perfect.This is customer satisfaction at its very best . From the moment we arrived we experienced amazing service from the staff , particularly CHRISTOS who welcomed us and made the experience personal in the way that we were treated. The staff in the restaurant are amazing in the service that they provide , including all the cleaning staff. We stayed half board and value for money is superb. In terms of food quality and presentation is second to none . Many thanks to Secret Bahia Resort for making our holiday perfect and a beautiful experience.👌👌👌👌👌
Terrible app and service
We are currently at the resort in Tenerife, Alua Atlantico and are using the app where possible. Each time we make a request, they complete the request but do not supply the service/goods or even call us to explain if they can’t do it. Terrible app and terrible service at this hotel
Poor quality food
We stayed at this hotel in 2018 and the breakfast & quality of the food in the world cafe has deteriorated massively …. Disappointed !
Surprise birthday treat for hubby
Stayed July 23 returned May 24 beautiful clean hotel ‘My Favourite Club’ gives that little extra. Friendly, helpful well presented staff definitely recommend and will return.

Quiet pool drinks service non existent, one drink from the waiter in 9 hours , is that a platinum service ? Have to ask daily to replenish coffee sugar n creamer, will never return to a Hyatt NEVER
Not all services are connected
Messages to housekeeping and maintenance are not being managed. We were only informed having asked at Reception

Great concept but requests not fulfilled
This app concept is fantastic. I loved the idea of being able to request maintenance/room service/minibar/housekeeping… you name it, all via a couple of clicks. It’s convenient for me, the guest, and surely takes another idle task away from reception so they can focus on other guests. Unfortunately none of our requests made via the app were ever acknowledged, let alone fulfilled. All sat in “new” status for the duration of our stay. So, unfortunately, this app is pointless. It does nothing.

Very welcoming
I am staying at dreams Lanzarote by myself. I have found the staff and everybody here very welcoming and feel I have all my needs met, especially as I am coeliac and need Gluton free they have everything.
stressful
a stay / holiday, particularly at Zoetry. should be relaxing - not constantly having to work hard to get services which are considered a normal part of a hotel stay. To be out of a room from 0800 ish until after 2pm in what is merely a 100 room hotel but have the hassle of ‘begging’ for housekeeping to come and make up the room is NOT acceptable. Even more irritating and annoying that housekeeping has not been done - and yet the efficient lady trying to sell AMR shares found us more quickly!! To struggle to log in to the app system when everything is done on room name only and suddenly that log in system is a number only, is again an unnecessary irritation that could have been avoided.
