Booked room with breakfast but there is no description/explanation at the end of the booking screen. Also, no information about room Sq. Ft or Sq. M anywhere in the room details
Apple Pay
You guys are missing Apple Pay option. People don’t carry the actual cards anymore…
The rewards are incredible
The app is well done and easy to navigate. Easy to track rewards and points. The rewards for being a member are incredible! As a globalist to be able to check in at NOON and check out at 4PM is huge by itself!
Web experience
Joining program and making a reservation has been like dial up experience. Every interaction was a 20 to 30 second wait. It would log me out, did not save info. Have not had a sign up experience this bad in a decade.
Most of the time I am treated better than family.
Without a doubt, this is my favorite hotel chain because of the employees that they bring on to make people feel so comfortable and inviting. Always try to stay this chain. I have to choose another. I wish they had more options that I can use my points at like the Mr. and Mrs. Smith Hotel
Not user friendly
Never remembers my username and constantly removes facial recognition. Very cumbersome and by the time I gather all the info and/or reset my password I could have just opened the Hilton app to book
Disappointed
We’re trying to make a reservation for 24 hours and apparently the website crashed and the price that I made the reservation under changed when the website came back up they should’ve honored the first reservation and the price

I stay in a lot of hotels and this HYATT especially is always immaculate…rooms are spotless, hotel doesn’t have any weird Smells lol…front desk staff are so kind and remember who you are…it’s a very stress free place to stay! Highly recommend

Missing basics and buggy
Not bad but missing ability to attach 3rd party reservations to my Hyatt account. Right now I need to call in which isn’t too efficient. Also after calling to attach reservations I need to sign out and sign back in for the reservations to populate.
Must address - urgent
Need urgent management of spa and sauna to ensure standard and quality service and hygiene environment

Lately this app SUCKS. MANY TIMES RECENTLY IM UNABLE TO MAKE IT CANCEL RESERVATIONS. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING! Please fix this mess!
Did not hold Reservation
I had approximately 2 minutes to enter my credit card and by the time I did the site said the room was no longer available and the next room available was an additional $100. This is absolutely unacceptable. Any reputable app or website gives you a countdown as to how long you have to book this reservation. That is not the case with World of Hyatt and if I had longer to book a room than for this week I would stay elsewhere. I will NEVER stay at a hyatt ever again.
Stay at grand Hyatt upcoming on 23.2.2024
I had stayed last time at this property and raised a grievance which was never dealt or resolved. Hope will have a better experience this time. I had given this hotel more than 50 nights last year, not too sure this year let’s see.
Functional but needs better UX
Hard to search for hotels meeting specific criteria like needing two beds. Unable to combine Award and Points and Cash stays into one reservation. Sometimes very slow and laggy.
Hidden fees
The price on the app didn’t provide all the fees. Besides the common city and state taxes there was also a destination fee. That looks pretty much an adder to the room rate.
Always an exceptional Experience
I have continued to be surprised and delighted by the sincere genuine care all colleagues of Hyatt brands seek to make a stay memorable, safe and fun.
Can’t login at all
The ‘Sign In’ button is disabled despite all the login credentials filled out. Tried force closing the app and restarting phone to no avail.

Hyatt Sells our Information
I stumbled across a selection for privacy where you need to enter your details to stop the sale of your data. It’s bad enough they’re profiting largely from the hotel stay, they need to sell my data too. And I don’t trust entering my details in the form as that’s probably another way to sell my data. I will just remove the app and my account and stay at another hotel chain. And you don’t get points if the hotel is booked through a third party. No point having the program then or staying at Hyatt’s
Bugs.
The recent update has a bug. You can’t view or see upcoming stays, this has only happened since the update. To see upcoming stays you have to enter the details and reservations number but you can’t make changes or anything now. Definitely a bug. Hope they fix this asap.

I have found limited options. The suite price is extremely high. Hyatt members should be given more options for room and better rates.
App log outs
This app constantly logs me out. I have now reinstalled the app on my phone and it now not let me log back in. Luck for me the iPad still works as I have not deleted the app and reinstalled it as advised by Hyatt

Good but couldn’t get more information on room package like we get in bnvoy Marriott. Should be providing all the details like whether breakfast included or not.

The app has good features but is slow and lagging also the user experience is not good

App sends me a message saying I can schedule checkout, but when I click on the notification the app’s Home Screen is shown and there is no way to check out.

Great app, just needs more options for guests, maybe upgrade options and offers like the hilton app and accor. App can be a bit slow at times but does the job.

OK, but needs a bit of work
An update to support the larger iPhone 5 screen would be nice, as would a setting to control the temperature displayed (i.e. most of the developed world uses CELSIUS) - or even better figure it out like other apps do from the locale settings.
