Ask for update and is impossible to use! (09/jul/26) Need help
Phantom Alerts
I really want to like this app but the alerts never work. I have literally searched for the flight using miles minutes after the alert and either the flight is not even on the system or the miles are double sometime triple seat.aero’s. I am very sorry i paid for a premium subscription that is useless.
Great app
This is a great app, that actually does what it says. I only wish in the results, you could press or click on the airport code it would tell you what the city or airport is. The same for the airline code, it’s really a pain to look it up every time.
Search function does not work
The search function simply returns “Something went wrong” for literally any combination of searches. I’ve tried changing dates, destinations, cabin preferences, sorting, alliances, clearing all filters, clearing sort options, nothing works. The “Explore” feature still functions on the app. Good service on a web browser, the app simply does not work for any searches. Hopefully this will be fixed in a future update.
Started great now many issues
The app started great. I am a Pro subscriber and pay close to $10 monthly. However, there have been many issues lately. Search using business class only no longer works. I get 60% of flights that only have economy seats and no business class seats despite me filtering by business class only. Many business class seats are missing despite showing on actual airline websites. Even when I create alerts for premium economy only, I get emails that economy is available per my alert (which is not for economy but premium economy). I hope they fix all this mess.
Points 2 The Max
Yup this is everything they say it is and then some. It takes a bit of study for sure but once you make a couple bookings you will quickly see it’s a fantastic value worth every penny. Cheers AJ FYI I really Recommend This Service.
App no longer works
The searching seems to be permanently broken. The only way is to use the mobile version of the website.
Crashes
I can’t get out of update mode and then crashes
Great website, poor app
Wow the app has taken a turn for the worst recently. I find it unhelpful most of the time now. In the past I would only use the website for looking for non direct flights. Now I’m always going to the website because the app just doesn’t work well anymore. Can’t tell if things are loading when I search or if there’s really no results. Can I just roll it back to a previous version and pretend this never happened???
Very well. 👍🏻
Thank you
Scam
Will show you a flight for low points and then you click on it, and it’s double or triple the points. Not accurate at all. Will waste your time!!
They butchered my boy!
Have been using this app for months and it has been great, however, In the last month it has become unusable
Multiple airlines in search
The option to pick multiple airlines in the search has disappeared in the recent update, also being able to select a frequent flyer program for search would be great instead of choosing all the individual airlines
Excelente!!!
Ótima funcionalidade 😉
Latest update
This latest update will not even let you launch the app! Once updated, it will tell you you need to update and back to the App Store and it just goes into an infinity loop without launching the app.
Still missing feature from old build
May we please have the search “any date” back in the app? Feels like every update is a steps backwards from a year ago.
Not updated
I pay subscription bit singapore airline and both qantas is always outdated and not accurate.

App doesn’t work at all. Plus, needs time of day flight search functionality.
App doesn’t work at all. Plus, needs time of day flight search functionality. Mega annoying that I cannot filter by time of day of flight. Let’s say I want to take a morning flight. No ability into filter for morning flights.
Latest Update Disastrous
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s cliche for a reason!! The latest update is awful, most notably when searching for the cost of direct flights, the top line shows the point price of connecting flights so there’s a constant bait and switch. Super frustrating.
As a Canadian - disappointed
Was really excited to get pro, and using the premium features, but the app has some pretty glaring issues. While the browser is certainly better, I’m not sure if it’s worth it for a Canadian. Browser limitations: 1) Main gripe is that it misses a lot of flights that I can find on the airlines website. App issues (much more limited functionality than browser): 1) inaccurate sorting by price when using the explore feature. I don’t know what the sort does, but it’s definitely not sorting based on price. 2) explore only lets you choose one airline at a time which is pretty limiting 3) search constantly brings up results that aren’t real, or can’t be booked with the points I have. Eg. I chose west jet for the operating carrier, but it includes Qantas flights (yes, it’s a WestJet operated flight, but I don’t have points that transfer to Qantas). What’s the point of being able to choose the operating carrier, if any airline pops up. 4) you can’t pick travel rewards programs (eg. Aeroplan, Amex, etc.) at all on the app
Frequent traveler
App is horrible
Severely downgraded
Hate to say it, but this is a shadow of its former self. I've been with them since the beginning, and sadly disappointed. Whatever happened the ability to pick the +/- number of days on a search? Pro members shouldn't be losing functionality on the app or mobile. Please add it back.
Needs more airlines
This is a great concept, just disappointing as a lot of major airlines are not listed - Singapore, Cathay, BA, Qatar, Air NZ, JAL, ANA, Finnair, KLM, Malaysia Airlines, Thai, AirAsia, Korean Air, Asiana, Vietnam. So many missing
Update loop hell
when opening this app, it says to update it, which I did. I open app and same message appears prompting me to update. pls fix
Poor app, great website
While the website is great, the mobile app has been getting worse. Scroll positions are constantly reset after selecting a flight, unintuitive airport selectors and filter dropdowns, does not have all the features of the website, etc. Unfortunately in its current state you’re better off using the website than the app.
Time consuming
The app is good and all but only if they could ask on explore how many people were travelling. This is because I’ve spent hours and hours looking for a perfect flight for my family of 4 only finding there is 1 seat available. This can get super annoying so please add this feature.
RIP mobile app
Each update has made the app even worse Less performant, more clunky, less intuitive, too many buttons The list goes on Literally just updated the app and I can’t even access the app cause it says a new version came out and I’m stuck in a never ending loop. Yikes.
New update
New update is rather poor. Defaulting search to jfk/lhr is annoying. Too many clicks vs prior version to run a search. Having issues running searches and fix of close and reopen app 2x doesn’t solve.
Lacks Multi-Segment travel
I’m primarily interested in flights from East coast North America to Australia. Due to no support for multi segment trips I can’t perform this search. I can only instead search from the west coast and would then need to book separate tickets
Said to update and not working at all now
I pay for the pro. It’s not working at all with the new update on the Apple IPhone. Please fix the bug or I’ll need to cancel 🥲 Tried to find someone to write but no info
Hard to use
The app is hard to use. Only gives fare by points and not $s. When I figure out gore to cancel, I will.
Good for short term flights
Good for flights in short term - struggles to find flights a long way out even though they show up on airline pages
Update destroyed the app
App asked me for a mandatory update. I did it. Now it won’t open anymore. It goes always to the message that an update is required. Eternal loop between app and App Store and there’s no other update (of course not I just updated). Then I deleted the app, installed again. Still saying it needs update. Completely BS
Latest Sucks
This latest update sucks, too many steps to do anything. Last one was great. Can’t scroll all the way down when dates open, need to close to scroll.
