Great app
It track it all once you register your account super easy
App cannot connect to accounts - Broken
So I’ve tried to get this to work in iOS and it fails to connect. Need a passcode or MFA? I get it. There’s NO WAY to enter a passcode or click the non-existent “Update Account” button that the app claims is there. BUT isn’t. So what happens now? Well, you can’t use the app and you eat the $49.99 subscription. What a great investment. Beware of this app

I CANNOT LINK CARDS
Barely any of my cards are able to link to this thing there’s always an error trying to login, even if I authorize it on all of my banks and credit cards
Buggy since last update - keeps crashing on the trips view
I’ve loved and used award wallet for a year now and the points tracking is great. But after latest UI updates now it crashes any time I try to view my trips and I’ve got a lot coming up. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and force quitting. None are working. Running latest version of apple OS

This app lets me see awards and perks across accounts and programs. I find it highly useful.
totally useless waste of memories
It doesn’t shoe AA miles. UA miles requires you to fill 5 security questions and still it won’t show my miles and I don’t know what else I can do.
Best Free Mile App
Very Good. Award Wallet is the best free tracker of travel points an miles that I’ve tried. Good work Award Wallet Team!
Doesn’t work as advertised
The integrations with multiple rewards programs is not “live” and often requires email scans to update balance… sometimes that’s once a month at best. American Airlines doesn’t integrate at all. Spend analysis doesn’t pull all data so it’s effectively useless. To the last point… I did get an email saying the issues was being looked into. That was weeks ago and nothing. Don’t waste your money.
Why no American Airlines?
Doesn’t make sense why a major US airline is missing from the loyalty list, yet they have the most obscure African and European airlines listed.
Perfect for multiple accounts
This is ideal if you want to organize all your loyalty programs and credit cards in one spot.
Giving up on AW
I’m finally giving up on Award Wallet after years of dissatisfaction. I thought it would improve functionality. It did not. I’m going elsewhere
Great app
This is a great app for tracking loyalty points and CC points. They probably have the most complete list of programs. However, the blog is super glitchy whenever I try to read on my phone. Hope they’ll find a fix for this soon.
Grundsätzlich gut, aber Miles & More lässt sich nicht einbinden
Leider schaffe ich es nicht mein Miles & More Konto zu importieren. Ich habe es über mehrere Browser und die App versucht und bekomme immer eine Fehlermeldung. Meine Accountdaten habe ich mehrfach überprüft. Schade. Grundsätzlich gut gestaltete App mit vielen Funktionen.
Subscription Increase $20
Good app but not worth a price increase from $30 to $50. Wow.
Better than trying to keep track.
There is a bit of a learning curve but once you figure some things out, its a much nicer way to keep track and stop forgetting to use those point, bonuses and things that go away each year if they are not used.
Nothing links
Nothing will link!!! I get this message on every thing I try to link. “returned the following error: Unknown error Please make sure you can: (1) successfully login to Hilton (Honors) website and (2) find the page where all of your balance information is listed.”
Works well for frequent travelers
While the upcoming price increases is unfortunate, the features and reliability is unmatched by other apps.
Used to be great
The operative word is 'used to' - it's far from great now. Their safari extension had issues, with a missing second pop-up, and uninstalling and reinstalling didn't resolve the problem. The Chrome extension for laptop also failed to fix the app issues. Furthermore, in-app issues with Chase, Marriott, and Hilton resulted in data mismatch errors, despite the same data working perfectly on their respective apps and websites.
Used to be Great
Now, a major price increase - even for early many-years-long users. I canceled my paid plan, quite sadly.
Excellent points and trip tracking
Award wallet is not only my go-to for travel hacking news, but also has an excellent trip tracking capability. I've used tripit before and award wallet is better and has more free features. Also excellent for points tracking.
Stop trying to read my email!
I really enjoyed this app for a long time, but they keep prompting me to get access to my Gmail account and I’m just sick of it. They need to turn that feature off once you tell them you don’t want them to read your email they should respect that. Oh, and I opened a support case, and Kate said this behavior was by design. So it’s a bad design.

Does what is says on the tin plus more , would recommend this for a high level overview for sure
Do they test this thing?
There is no way to physically type in your loyalty account for hotels if you don’t have a physical card. You can click on the fields, but no keyboard comes up. Same thing happens on their “contact us” form. Brain dead. To make matters worse importingnit from apple passwords did not fill the field, and scanning meant writing it down alone on paper and being patient with it. Very frustrating to not allow manual input. Would give it only one star but the features look good and it’s a great idea. If it works.
Not great
The idea is good, but the app can’t cope with 2FA requests with the result that nothing using 2FA can update without entering codes (which have usually expired by the time the notification comes through). Also, this is hugely skewed towards the US market… fair enough, but make it clear in the App Store so that non-US people don’t subscribe to worthless content re US credit cards, loans, etc. I feel that my subscription was pretty much a waste of money and have deleted the app.

Terrible app
Not user friendly and accounts require user ids and passwords to be entered multiple time before they work. Has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used.

Punishes users of free version with spammy marketing emails 👎
I’ve been battling their support team to make it easier to disable their marketing emails if you’re on a free plan and would still like to receive important emails without punishing you in the process. Evidently, someone in their company thought it was a good idea to make this a paid option since only paid users can disable these! All other individuals are simply punished by being forced to receive all their marketing emails if they still want to receive all other useful email notifications about their rewards program and reservations. The only way to disable their awful marketing emails when using their free plan is to unsubscribe from ALL email notifications (even the ones you would normally want to receive), which seems extremely petty and greedy. To make matters worse, the option to disable all emails doesn’t save properly so you’re in this endless fight of trying to unsubscribe from them. This killed the app for me and I will never use it again.

If you could subscribe month to month instead of yearly. I would pay for it.
Best Travel Reward Tracking App
I’ve tried a lot of apps this one is by far the best.

I like the idea of it but it would not sync a single credit card or airline account to it so it was basically useless
Easy Access
A great way to keep track of all your reward programs.
Great Idea but...
I love the whole idea of having your points all in one place for you to track but a few loyalty programs require you to solve CAPTAS in order to log in so those site’s don’t get updated. Also I like the merchant feature which shows you what a store purchase codes as on your credit card and will suggest which credit cards to use at those merchants to optimize your point earnings. Unfortunately it will suggest US cards only, no Canadian credit cards! I would only consider purchasing a year subscription for this only if it figured a work around the captas and if it were more geared towards Canadian credit cards.
Hit and Miss
This app is good when it works but frustrating when it doesn't. Have a few accounts where I've put in the correct details only to get that big annoying red box telling me my username or password is incorrect. Go to the website via the app, put in the same details and it works fine. 😤

Current Version won't Sync with British Airways
This used to be an extremely satisfactory application which keep an accurate record of points balances across airline, hotel and other loyalty schemes. However the current version is very slow to sync / update and fails to sync with British Airways Executive Club, BA On-Business and HiltonHonours. Very disappointing that a previously good product is now so poor.
Doesn't work from latest version
Can't open whatsoever from the latest version. Quite annoying!
Fabulous App
Getting into the miles and points game was easy to track with one or two credit cards but as my card stack increased so did the upkeep of keeping everything straight. Award Wallet is a WIN in my book! It automatically updates my points across all accounts. I also love the blog

Very useful...but expensive
This would be a 5* app if it didn't cost so much for the premium version...you should be able to pay a $5 for a year of premium. But the free version is still pretty bloody good.
1Password Integration please
Great app but since it seems to forget your login credentials often, would be nice to have integration with 1Password

Great app, room for improvement
Loads up fast, updates quickly, and just a great way of keeping track of all your miles. One improvement that would make it even more useful is adding the ability of copy account numbers.
