- It does not work on Apple Watch
Great app
Definitely a nice way to access Airbnb without having to carry around a card or key. Zero issues every time. My friend Jeff who still lives in the 90’s needed a card because his iPhone 6 wouldn’t work and made him nervous.
Zero Stars
I’ve been living in our apartments for 5 years & the app never works for me. When I place the phone on my door the light blinks but nothing happens on the app. My door never unlocks. My husband & son have no issues. When they place the phone a circle pops up & you can hear the click when the door unlocks. I went to the leasing office & they said they see no issues on their end. I hope one day I can actually use this app. For now I rate this app zero stars.
App crashing at start up
cannot use the app, crashing at start up
Needs update
Just need to add watch support or ability to add key to Apple wallet
New version today crashes
after updating the new version, the app crashes immediately when open it. By the way, may the function of adding a card to Apple Wallet be added to the app? That could be far more convenient for me.
Worked perfectly everytime
Anytime we needed to open our door it worked with no problems.
DO not recommend
Worst app ever
App crashes when opened
Starting today the app crashes at startup. Cannot use the app. I’m not the only user having this issue.
Funktioniert nicht
Auch nach 100maligem Probieren funktioniert die App nicht. Mussten es dann mit einem Anderen Telefon machen damit hat es sofort funktioniert.
cannot use currently
The app closes immediately after I open it, and I am unable to use it at all. This might be due to the fact that I recently updated my phone to iOS 17.6.1, and there seems to be a compatibility issue between the app and the iOS version. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

It was a very nice stay quick walk to the beach

Everytime I try to open the app it crashes immediately
Watch and Apple Pay. I cannot get the card in there an constantly have to open the app
Watch and Apple Pay. I cannot get the card in there an constantly have to open the app
Unreliable
Could not enter our VRBO rental upon arrival late at night. Then amongst 4 of us we all gave up and had a reliable “old fashioned” card key entry. Deleted this app and will avoid any place that uses this. Even when one of 4 did even work, it failed half way into our trip.
Apple Watch Support
Need Apple Watch and Apple Wallet support
Crashes at Startup
App stopped working after I updated it and now haven’t been able to use it for months to get into my apartment. This isn’t the first time this happened either.
Needs Apple Watch access
This app needs to be on watches too. You don’t want to carry your mobile everywhere when on holiday.
Will not open
After “minor bug fixes” update 3 days ago, the app will no longer open at all for me. Worked fine before
Watch SUPPORT!
Please add watch support! It’s been years!! The setup has gotten better. This app is so close to be highly recommended, but now it’s just left with potential.
Absolutely unreliable
What is the point of this app if it crashes right when I open it? I thought this would make my life easier so I wouldn’t have to carry my fob. Basically trash
Apple Watch support?
Why no Apple Watch support? The sister app seems to support it but requires some weird code.
WORST APP EVER
I AM CURRENTLY STUCK OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT BECAUSE THIS SORRY APP DOESNT WORK!!!!!
Please add Apple Watch support
Please add Apple Watch support then the app will be 5 stars
Awful app
The app never works so I can never get into my apartment. It’s not good to have to rely on this apps service
PLEASE ADD APPLEWATCH
Please add applewatch capability
this app is awful
