Notifications
Nothing more frustrating than an app that takes advantage of not being able to shut off notifications at the OS level. Even after setting the app to not send advertisements via notifications, still sends them.

App is useless for any non-standard case
I’m booking a flight for 2 ppl. Outgoing flight i pick one random seat and one Space seat to get 1 cabin trolley in addition to 2 backpacks with that Space package. On the return flight if i don’t pick a Space seat and there’s no way to purchase extra cabin trolley. Why?? It is possible through booking.com though, same airline. Lol

Terrible user experience and no support
I tried to book via website a flight to Bilbao with a return on September 6, but the system kept incorrectly selecting September 5 and would not allow me to change it. Since it was impossible to proceed with the correct dates, I attempted to complete the booking through the app, which oddly added 15 pounds to the return flight compared to the website. During the passenger details step, I encountered another issue: my email address was automatically truncated from “.com” to “.co”. When I tried to correct it by adding the “m”, the app deleted it again, and I could not continue because it claimed the details were invalid. There is no effective way to get help - neither via the website nor the app. The only option is an automated chatbot that is completely useless. Very frustrating experience and total lack of customer support - in the end, no flight booked. UPDATE 27.05.26: Thank you for your reply, but you have not fully addressed the issue I reported. The problem with the email field is still present: the app automatically truncates my address from “.com” to “.co”, and when I try to correct it, the “m” is removed again. As a result, I still cannot proceed or even access the app properly. It seems to be caused by a limitation on length or accepted characters in the email field. UPDATE 03.06.26 I have installed the latest version you just released (15.2.1), and the issue is still not resolved. The email field continues to truncate my address from “.com” to “.co”, making it impossible to proceed. This is the problem you mentioned would be fixed in this release, so it’s quite frustrating to see no improvement. Could you please confirm whether this fix has actually been deployed, or if there is another timeline for when it will be properly resolved? Thank you UPDATE 16.06.26 I have just installed version 15.22.0, and the issue is still not resolved. The app continues to truncate my email address, the username/email field appears to be limited to 34 characters, which makes it impossible to enter a valid address. I was told this would be fixed two releases ago, yet the bug is still present. That is extremely frustrating, especially after being assured the issue had already been identified and would be addressed. I am baffled to say the least. Volamos a menudo a Paris y con Vueling es fácil. El embarque es un poco complicado muchas veces , con el problema añadido de las maletas en cabina. Somos conscientes que intentan mejorar!!!! Hay que seguir intentándolo! Gracias.

Can be annoying
For me it was impossible to register they won’t accept my name my details they didn’t like anything so i gave up and i bought my tickets as a guest this companies are more than annoying asking for passwords and making things complicated also is difficult to get a direct flight is anything but low cost i have not choice because is the only company which is flying where i want to go

No boarding pass section
Tried to find the boarding pass in the App, but nothing there. Phoned customer services and they say my booking is fine and they are not trained in the App so will not help. They then hang up. Ended up printing off so the App is a waste of time.
Vueling Club - member’s details. Why postcode only numeric?
Hey guys, in the UK the “zip” code or postcode is made of letters AND numbers, not just numbers. So I can’t complete my profile. It keeps showing me a lovely red box saying it should be only numbers … just an idea to fix it.
Unable to sign up
The app does not allow me to create an account on the app. When I get to the section where I input the new password it will not allow us to do this
I can’t get past the bouncing yellow ball ..
Not the greatest app nor the worst but last couple months it never gets past the bouncing ball when I want to use the app .. makes the app worthless.

This is why web apps are bad
Everyone talks about webapps being the future. Anyone saying this is a bozo. Vueling is a great example of web script kiddies trying to make an app. Wonky behavior, can’t remember passenger details, payment always returns “communication server error. Pending” even though it went through (and you have to kill and restart the app to ensure you didn’t get screwed). I can go on, but hey Vueling maybe spend some money on real developers to develop a real app and not cheap out on code monkeys
Re-Initialiser le code
Il est impossible de modifier mon code d’accès ! J’ai demandé x fois, je ne reçois pas le courrier que vous devez m’envoyer pour ré-initialisé mon code. J’ai vérifié mes spam … rien ! Ça fait des semaines à présent ….

Password reset doesn’t work. Buggy as hell on IPhone … can’t enter password. Impossible to access

Terrible app won’t let me log in keeps saying I have put the wrong password in even after resetting it multiple times.
No QR code in return boarding pass
And tomorrow I’m taking return flight but boarding pass doesn’t load QR code. Boarding pass that includes outbound and return info is expired in Apple wallet when you go back. It’s really inconvenient. You better let customers to check in properly each time with option to enter passport details rather than make them worry. I’ve tried web version and restarted mobile app - same result: no QR code on return boarding pass.
Euros to Pounds
When trying to book a return flight from UK to Spain, the flights I’m booking disappear when I change the currency from Euros to Pounds. I get a message saying no flights are available- yet they are if I book in Euros. Why?

Ten time better than easyJet app
I started trying to get a flight with easyJet, it was such a bad experience I can here. You should thank the easyJet developers for producing total garbage. This app is much better (although the bar is not high).

I have been trying to report a fault with the App but cannot find an option to do this. I have been using the app for many years without issue but now, when I click on the ‘home’ tab, the App closes down. I’m not sure if this has happened since upgrading to IOS 26.1 / 26.2 or it is related to your App updated? Have deleted app and reloaded 3 times. After reloading and logging in, the home page opens but when I shut down the app, it reopens on the Manage my booking and if I click on Home to try and book a new flight, the App closes down. Please advise about this issue. Thanks
Fairly easy to use
Compared to other websites, Vueling makes it quite easy to book and not too hard on the bank balance. Well done Vueling!
Too many hidden costs
A simple, easily correctable mistake costs €50 to change, and adding extra luggage must be done immediately because prices increase every single day. The bigger issue, however, is the constant hidden charges for almost everything. Even basic things like choosing a seat now require an extra fee, despite the fact that everyone will obviously be seated..unless some passengers are expected to sit on the floor. I strongly dislike this business model and find it frustrating and unfair.

Great website only thing is I wanted to add overhead cabin bag but I booked the flight for 4 people and only three of us wants to pay the extra £14 but all four would have to pay!
Overtly racist airline
I was denied an early check-in purely on the grounds of my nationality, which is blatant discrimination on the part of the airline. This was a very unpleasant experience, and the owners should be ashamed.
Flight Verification
Flight couldn’t be verified. Have to wait 12 hrs and see if we get the flights or not.
Don’t work with VoiceOver
It is very easy to navigate if you are cited. For blind people, this app is not voiceover friendly. You can go over the options on the screen, but can’t tap on them. 🥹

I had payment issues qith the app, without knowing if the payment was made or not and without the confirmation of my booking. Like now…
