He leído otras reseñas muy desafortunadas. Mi experiencia es totalmente contraria. Hasta ahora todo ha funcionado perfectamente, la compra, los cambios de billete, la atención al cliente, en fin, todo. La recomiendo de verdad. Saludos
No funciona
No encuentras las rutas y simplemente no te da los resultados. No hay viajes para las fechas indicadas. Ya lleva muchos meses sin funcionar agosto 2026
Muy útil
Es rapido y fácil el comprar boletos, solo que no permite hacer cambios de asiento desde la app. Hay que ingresar a través de la web.
Fallos
La aplicación me a funcionado perfectamente en todos los años que la llevo usando. Pero lleva una semana que no aplica los descuentos, que no deja seleccionar asientos, que no deja añadir a la aplicación los billetes comprados en la taquilla y que no muestra los billetes que ya tienes comprados desde la misma aplicación… espero solucionen pronto estos problemas!
Resulta imposible borrar notificaciones
Pese a que borres las notificaciones, la app continúa señalándolas, de manera que siempre aparecen ofertas, promociones, etc que tal vez no interesan junto a las de los billetes comprados. Si las desactivas, pierdes info sobre tu viaje. Si las activas, se te quedan ahí señaladas 200 inservibles por más que las elimines.
Glad I had this APP.
Easy to easy to use. Great prices. We saved $$ booking a few trips via ALSA vs tour agencies. We used this APP to travel around Spain and I especially loved using the ALSA premium bus. The attendant on the bus spoke Eng& Spanish. The rides were smooth and seats where comfy. Also I had to cancel round trip tickets to Cordoba from Seville and it was an easy, no hassle process via this APP. Don’t hesitate to use this!
Not the real app!! Don’t use this app
This is not Alsa app 100% Ads when flipping between pages like profile and homepage Misspellings ( could be forgiven but aren’t you a major company, you can’t pay someone to do a simple proofread, just curious but are you based in India?) Apple Pay or safe payment methods don’t work, need to enter in information automatically No customer service number Passes you’ve purchased don’t show up in “my passes” tab No email confirmation on pass purchases No passes you’ve purchased show up in “my trips” A TON of other issues with this site They basically just took my money, good thing I have an AMEX and can refund no problem. Don’t risk it if you don’t have this ability.

Bus annulé sans que personne ne soit prévenu
1ère et dernière réservation chez Alsa. Le bus n'est jamais passé. Il n'y avait rien de marqué sur le panneau. Aucun des autres passagers présent n'avaient d'informations sur ce bus. Nous avons du passer la nuit à Bordeaux sans logement en pleine canicule. Merci d'aller vous faire voir Alsa.

Olvidaron colocar el botón para hacer el login con el SSO de Google
En la pagina creas tu cuenta via tu correo Gmail, es decir, con integración single-sign on (SSO). Todo bien hasta ahí. Y cuando quieres hacer el login en el app, oh sorpresa, olvidaron colocar el botón para hacer login vía Google, por lo tanto no hay forma de entrar. Brillante!

I hope this gets improved upon. The English version is only partly in English. The terms for a ticket refund, etc. are not, so I can’t tell what I’m buying. It’s useless as is, unfortunately.

Good but buggy
The booking process is easy and you can pay by PayPal and Apple Pay. Since the recent update viewing the ticket makes the app crash. Make sure you add the ticket to your wallet when buying it.

Stupid System
Even if you pay for a specific time you don’t get the time you paid for. You have to wait in a huge queue and it could be hours before you can actually board a bus.

Like the app, our driver from Fuengirola to Loja via Malaga was very helpful. Tried to find out the quickest way to Loja either from Malaga or Fuengirola but unable to find out. Possibly because of my lack of Spanish. Overall I find the App very useful.
Search schedule not working , bad UI
I try using this App and find whole UI experience bad .. where to book , search schedule no drop down .. sorry deleting until a better experience .. will use .com
Need improvements
I find the use of this app frustrating at time. Simple question like where is the nearest bus stop or station is a project. With the app, you see your name and membership BUT, if you want any information about your trip you have to sign in again.

Never able to access the WiFi
Apple has problems with the WiFi security certificate and I always had problems accessing the WiFi Otherwise saves hour long waits at the station as few people seem to be comfortable with the ticket machines, where errors can be expensive

I’ve been living in Spain for about 4 years, I’ve used this app literally hundreds of times. I wish this company would die. Think about it, the most favorable review is a decade old and talks about how fun it is that it can take your data. Go to a station in person and you can straight up make up info. Should the data be used for logging transport data, probably, is that all, not it is not. My current gripe is after the update I can’t use the service web or app without registering. And the UI is still garbage. Alsa, you don’t deserve the monopoly you’re trying to pull. Puñetas cabrones son los desarrolladores de esa app

Por favor, debéis arreglar la compatibilidad con Wallet. Es mucho más práctico andar con los tickets en el móvil que en andar liado con papel. Debéis modernizaros ALSA.

Finally: This version lets me pay by PayPal
I'm from the U.S. So I hesitated to download this app because the reviews made me think I wouldn't be able to buy tickets without a Spanish ID #. Well they fixed this version- I was able to use my passport # to buy tix with PayPal. I still don't think US credit cards work, but then they don't work on the full website anyway. Baby steps I suppose.
No funciona
Solo pude comprar un ticket la primera vez que la instalé, de ahí en adelante no abre la página principal, se queda congelada y no hay forma de acceder. Al parecer es normal que en España las aplicaciones no funcionen bien? Porque esta no es la única.

Impossible To Make A Purchase
Tried at least 6 times at different times of a day to make a simple purchase by the app refuses to accept payment. Keeps on saying "payment error" and to check my details. My details are correct but it doesn't tell me what the errors are. So the error message is pretty useless on the app when it comes to making a booking. Navigation is pretty easy.

Haven't bought tickets with app but so far the app seems very helpful for planning some legs of our next trip. Hope buying tickets is easy and good too.
ALSA - employ an IT person
Even worse than it was. Mojácar & Turre have disappeared as destinations. No drop-down list of direct destinations from your selected start point. No itinerary of route / intermediate towns (at least, not until you've already bought the ticket). No info on any scheduled rest stops or 5-minute pick-up breaks to suit a smoker on a long journey. Basically, no idea of customer service!
Good for schedules but not to buy tickets
Good way to check schedules, but doesn't let foreigners but tickets. Tried both methods -- credit card and Paypal. The PayPal interface demanded a Spanish DNI number (national identification number). They should explain this limitation in the app. Bueno para conocer horarios pero no permite que extranjeros compran billetes. Rechazó tarjetas de crédito de EEUU y Perú. También rechazo me cuenta de Paypal por falta del nro. de DNI Español. He comprado cosas en todo el mudo con Paypal. Nunca me pidieron eso. Se debe explicar esta limitación en la App.
