awful experience
Absolutely awful experience with PideTaxi. I was waiting at the correct pick-up point, but the driver cancelled the booking and I was still charged. Nobody called or messaged to explain what was happening, and there was no attempt to contact me before cancelling. As a result, I was left stranded and nearly missed my train home. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this app. You’re better off using Uber or simply getting a taxi from a taxi rank. In my experience, the app was unreliable and not fit for purpose.

Soy ciego y sería conveniente que existiera un apartado de los observaciones para poder indicarlo y que el taxista lo tenga en cuenta a la hora de recogernos. Además, para mi discapacidad, es muy inconveniente que te pida la contraseña para poder entrar cuando pides un taxi y tienes prisa.
No le tenia confianza, pero me funciono

Drivers are not coming to the pick up point. We had to search for the car and didn’t find it! Driver marked us “on the trip” and I was charged for it

Debería poder pedirse directamente desde la app el eurotaxi (específico para sillas de ruedas). ¿Podrían implementarlo? Muchas gracias .
Needs Upgrades
This app needs some serious upgrades. If you are not in a app where the taxi can get you, it’s just says no service, unlike the Uber app which tells you where to walk to pick up the taxi. Same on the other end — if where you are going is a pedestrian walkway, it won’t try to get you close. We couldn’t pay with the app, but not a big problem, just inconvenient. This app made San Sebastián much harder to negotiate.

Casi nunca se consigue reservar en anticipo por error de la app, hay que solucionarlo rápido. Por lo restante es aceptable, básica.

Los que siempre han estado y siempre estarán. Buenísima aplicación con precios más económicos que otras aplicaciones. La recomiendo sin duda. Y lo mejor de esta aplicación es que sus precios no varían en función de la demanda..

Useful but stressful, causing constant mix-ups
Pide Taxi fills a real gap in Gran Canaria since there’s no Uber/Bolt/Cabify here, so I wanted to like it. But it caused problems almost every day. You’re forced to register a debit/credit card, but the app then ends up being cash only, which was misleading. A massive safety issue is that drivers arrive that don’t match who they’re meant to be. Multiple times a taxi arrived, confirmed my name and destination out loud, but wasn’t the vehicle assigned to me on the app. I think it means multiple drivers and vehicles are sharing a single driver account. I also think the app allows people to double book the same cab. Once, a taxi I’d booked from across the island turned up matching the exact plate and description, then drove past me to a rank down the road and picked up a different family instead. After running over and showing everyone the confirmation on my phone that this was my taxi, I was made to feel like I was talking to a brick wall. The driver insisted that the other family were first, even though my app showed the journey as “started” with me as the passenger. Nobody would listen, and then they just drove off. Standing there with people who’d clearly been queuing a long time, I felt like an entitled tourist trying to jump the line, which was mortifying since that’s the opposite of what happened. Twenty minutes later I got a “ride completed” notification and spent ages worrying I’d be charged for a journey I never took. It works when it works, but you can’t rely on it, and safety is a massive concern.

Tried using app to book a cab. Both attempts were accepted by a driver and then cancelled. Pointless!
Fungerade riktigt bra
Lite knepig att föra in rätt adress via kartan, vilket är ett krav så man får rätt stavning på adresserna som kommer upp. Man får avisering om att beställningen är mottagen men sen är det tyst tills 1 minut innan Taxin anländer, då ringer dom och säger att Taxin är på väg, och du får en avisering på appen vilken bil som kommer. Här får man vara uppmärksam så rätt bil kommer för dom stjäl körningarna av varandra. Jag vinkade in bilen som dök upp efter samtalet men kollade sen att det var fel bil, det gick bra ändå men det blir dyrare för dej. Taxin var punktlig och kom i utsatt tid

It’s good for a rough price but the taxis are are taxi ranks so you will have to head to them to be picked up either way used twice once dropped the wrong location second never arrived
worked perfectly in Huelva (Spain)
I never used this app before, but I needed a taxi to the train station and ordered it on the app the evening before. It showed up under mis servicios - programados. And today in the morning a very friendly and punctual taxi driver drove me to the station. The prices didn’t match up (the drive was 40% more expensive than the app said), but I feel like I paid a fair price, so I don’t see it as a big minus. I think it’s only available in Spanish, but honestly it’s very intuitive even with limited Spanish knowledge. I’m very thankful it exists.
Garbage, missing some key elements
Great idea and could potentially work. Problems with tracking live, too fricking clunky with movement and selection options and nearly impossible to cancel a request.
Easy to use, very fast!
Despite the poor reviews I downloaded the app and used it in A Coruña for the first time, because my Spanish is not so well in pronouncing street names when calling a taxi over the phone. When selecting my location I was informed the taxi would be there within 10 minutes. Just two minutes later it already pulled up. Every information was displayed in the app in real time, e.g., my ride details, price, driver‘s rating. For me, the app was easy to use - my recommendation!
App has stopped working
I’ve successfully used the app in the past but for the last week when I try to book, I have the same error message ‘An internal problem has occurred. We are working our best to solve it. The booking service will be available shortly. Please try again later.’ Well I tried a week ago & again today & the message is the same - tried calling local taxi companies who use it & they didn’t answer. Therefore have had to resort to using Bolt & Uber
una dirección sigue cambiando a otra
Muy a menudo las direcciones introducidas saltan a una dirección diferente. Si he puesto mi casa en favoritos con el número de casa 46, aparentemente salta al 25 por lo que el taxi me lleva a una dirección incorrecta. Es muy irritante y molesto.
A very poor taxi app
I have tried to sue this app and it is almost unworkable. Considering it is for a holiday destination you would think it might have an multi-lingual option. It is even hard to follow it you have a basic grasp of Spanish. I use Mijas taxi’s from a tank but the app is hopeless so use Bolt or Uber instead.
Good in Madrid
Very easy to schedule a taxi and request a larger size for suitcases. Arrived early, notifications were sent along the way. Eliminated language barrier
Garbage
It basically doesn’t work and comes back with error messages when you try to book. Have resorted to walking to the taxi rank, getting the bus (equally poor app) or getting a bolt. Have told the taxi drivers and operators numerous times about issues with the app… nothing gets fixed. Garbage.
Functional…most of the time
I used this app in Jerez de la Frontera. I found it was functional but not amazing. Occasionally it didn’t work. It’s not Uber: Most of the time the tracker showing the taxi coming on the app wasn’t accurate. Even when you plug in your destination and payment method in the app you still have to tell the driver in person. There is also a button to call a phone number and that worked most of the time as well

I got recommended to download this app through VisitBenidorm website, but Benidorm is not one of the participating cities apparently.
Excellent service
I used this app twice yesterday to book 2 taxis each time, once scheduled in advance to pick up at a certain time (both drivers turned up a few minutes before the specified time) and once to collect us there and then (again the drivers arrived promptly). On both occasions I got a notification that my taxi was on its way, along with car make and registration, and another notification to tell me my taxi had arrived, followed by an emailed receipt at the end. Highly recommended

Impreciso con precios
Descargue la app para pedir un taxi para mis suegros que no hablen español. Planifique el viaje y me decía que costaría 10,50€ entonces les dije de preparar entre 12-15€ en efectivo. Finalmente fue 17,76€. Esto no pasa con ninguna otra app de viajes en coche. No volveré a usarla porque no le gustan estas sorpresas

Ordered a taxi to a hotel for the next day morning and it worked great. Notifies you when taxi is dispatched and when it arrives. Provides make/model and taxi number.

One of the most useless apps I have ever tried using.Does not find your accurate location.Does not find any available drivers. Lots of places unavailable for pick up.

Tried to sign up to app and fails to sent verification email to me even though it reply’s it has sent it. Looked in junk and nothing there so where is my verification email gone...? So not happy.
