Uso de la app Ouigo
Cada vez que tengo que usar la app me pide que actualice, además tengo la cuenta creada y cuando uso la app me dice que no la tengo creada y me pide que la cree otra vez 🤦♀️ Hablo de la app como experiencia de cliente que recurrentemente la usa, el servicio de Ouigo no me desagrada.
Mejorable
Hace log out muchas veces o no deja iniciar sesión, o incluso no cargan los billetes y debo meterme en la web.

No puedo acceder a mi billete
Cuando le doy a "Ver billete" se queda buggeada y no me deja ver billetes ni hacer nada más, tengo que cerrar la aplicación.
Funciona mal el inicio de sesión
Cada vez que abres la app se desvincula la cuenta y tienes que volver a iniciar sesión. Experiencia de usuario nefasta
Fallo al ver mi billete
Cuando he comprado el billete y en la propia app pulso en “ver mi billete” la aplicación se congela y tengo que volver a cerrarla por lo que nunca puedo descargarme el billete en mi Wallet.
Excelente calidad precio
Nada que reprochar si te organizas con tiempo todo marcha bien por el precio que tiene no puedes pedir más, Si te quejas pues paga otro más caro, excelente servicio.

Tengo que optar por una página que reserva todas las compañías porque la app de OUIGO está colgada continuamente

Desde la actualización no me deja abrir la sección de ver billete ,se queda pillado y no me deja abrirla

Desde que me descargué la actualización hace apenas unos días cuando la abro y intento mirar los billetes que tengo reservados en este caso para mañana, no me deja abrirlos, se cierra y se queda bloqueada de manera que me gustaría poder solucionarlo ya que me gustaría poder ver los billetes, sin tener que entrar directamente en el correo electrónico.

Lleva 3 días que la app o no carga y la tengo actualizada y el tengo el 16 pro Max o tarda hasta 5min en abrir. TODOS los meses saco 2 billetes de ida y vuelta al mes con vosotros.
Keeps signing me out and crashing
This used to be a good app, since this year began, it’s been a nightmare to buy any tickets. Every time I try to open the app, either crashes or asks me to sign in again and again so, I go and enter my email and password… there! It say’s doesn’t match. I go to recover my password and then again, “something wrong” with that password. Horrible!
En la última actualización no deja comprar
Llevo usando la app bastantes meses y siempre bien, pero en la última actualización me ha dejado de dejar comprar a través de ella (al intentar elegir un trayecto y luego el tipo de billete, el botón no hace nada). Al final acabé saltando a la web y ahí funciona todo perfectamente.

App and website were unable to perform tasks like rescheduling tickets or editing information. App would always crash whenever these tasks were performed.
no aparecen los horarios
desde hace días no puedo hacer reservas porque después de seleccionar las estaciones y las fechas no aparece nada en la siguiente página y no puedo avanzar, soy la única persona a la que le pasa?
Unusable with terrible functionality
Repeatedly logs you out. Required an update when we got to the station (I’d only downloaded the about 24 hours earlier) - had to update, updated, logged in again, I could see my bookings but it wouldn’t display them. If you have multiple tickets on the same train you can only view the QR for one one of them (and you don’t get to choose which!) and only add that one to your Wallet.

Die App schmeißt einen regelmäßig aus der Anwendung, beim Login werden die hinterlegten Login-Daten nicht automatisch erkannt, man tippt alles händisch doppelt ein. Beim buchen bleibt der Gesamtpreis ein Geheimnis bis zum Schluss, nur die Aufpreise werden angezeigt. Wenn man bei der Buchung was ändern will, fängt man immer wieder bei null an, einfache Anpassung im Prozess nicht möglich. Wenn man am Bahnsteig steht, hat einen die App garantiert schon wieder ausgeloggt, um ans Ticket zu kommen muss man in 4 Untermenüs. Da ist noch Luft nach oben
