Estación estropeada
Al intentar dejar la bici en la estación 642 de pozuelo, los tótems no funcionan. Para coger sí, para dejar no. Por lo demás todo ok. Muy poco útil la app para esta incidencia. Ni si quiera aparcar la estación en el listado y no se puede meter a m ano

Practically nonfunctional service
The customer service, the lack of sms codes sending, and most of the bikes being broken make this not reliable at all. Complete waste of time.
Average transport app
The issues i see in other reviews have not been shown on my part, the app runs fine, sometimes the number of bike docks is wrong, but there’s no issue with that. The transport is probably the cheapest in Madrid and the account making worked fine for me.

La app está bien, pero molaría que si usas la bici menos de 30 minutos (por ejemplo, solo 10), te guardasen los 20 minutos restantes como saldo para otro viaje. También estaría genial que si vinculas tu abono transporte mensual de Madrid, los viajes en bicimad te salieran gratis o incluidos.

Solo pido paraderos estratégicos que te acerquen a estaciones principales de bus o metro. Por lo demás, extraordinario.

Origen y destino de aparcabicis
Para los que somos de fuera, o para los que no dominan las zonas por las que hay aparcabicis. Necesitamos que desde la app, pongamos el inicio y el lugar de destino, con las indicaciones de la ruta, el tiempo (incluido desde que dejamos la bici) y con indicaciones a la aparcabicis más próxima a nuestro destino. En las bicis, tener soporte para el móvil como en las motos.
Location does not show direction
It’s a good app but you can never find the bike stations because the blue locator dot does not show you which direction you are facing. How can people not think of something so simple

App doesn’t work with US phone number
The app allows you to select the U.S as a phone number when signing up, but it doesn’t work. Just be honest and remove the phone numbers for countries you don’t support.

Silently Fails for US Numbers
Spent forever trying over and over again to verify my number to rent bikes, only to learn that the app does not support US numbers even though it offers up the US country code as a suggestion. Not cool!
Clunky User Experience
Signing up took over 15-mins of back and forth with email/passwords/phone number authentication. The map feature is helpful to find nearest bikes, but can’t map your route to the nearest docking station. Most of the bikes need maintenance, broken brakes, clicking gears, and broken seats - couldn’t find the “report” feature in the app.

Fix the app!
I originally left this review several years ago, and it is still not fixed. So again, I can’t even register. It’s supposed to send an SMS text, which doesn’t arrive. Tried three times. It asked for my email, but doesn’t offer that as a way to validate the account. So I guess I can’t ride a bike. :(

We could not unlock any bikes due to an issue with payment methods. And I was with someone with a Spanish phone number. Very disappointing as we planned our day around biking :(
