Great experience and great prices
Amovens is an amazing service to rent and use the type of cars i need, excatly where and when i need them and at great prices! It’s so more convenient and less expensive than owning my own car!
Avoid this platform
Avoid this platform — rejected with zero transparency I applied to become a verified renter on Amovens and was denied. When I asked for the reason, I was told it was down to “internal security guidelines” and that they “cannot provide specific details” — no explanation, no appeal process, nothing. This is not how a legitimate verification process should work. If a company is going to reject a customer’s application, they owe that customer a clear, specific reason — not a vague reference to secret internal criteria. Refusing to explain a decision makes it impossible to know if it was a genuine issue, a system error, or an unfair/discriminatory judgement, and leaves the customer with no way to challenge or fix it. I’ve read other reviews describing similarly opaque and unhelpful treatment from this company. Between the lack of accountability and the refusal to justify their own decisions, I would not recommend this platform to anyone. If you value transparency, look elsewhere

¡Mucho cuidado con esta aplicación!
La atención al cliente es prácticamente inexistente: nunca responden cuando tienes un problema. Además, parece haber muchos estafadores y usuarios poco fiables en la plataforma. No recomiendo utilizar esta aplicación sin extremar las precauciones. Si tienes algún problema, no esperes recibir ayuda del servicio de atención al cliente.

Al llegar a mi destino y querer dejar el coche me dice que no he recargado el combustible, cuando acababa de recargarlo hasta el máximo

Atención al cliente nefasta
Devolvieron mi vehículo con una maneta de abrir la puerta que no estaba (La han roto o la han robado), abro la reclamación pertinente y me voy a comprar la maneta para que el vehículo pueda seguir circulando sin problemas (70€ la maneta), a los 5 dias me responden a la reclamación con que es una pieza de desgaste y no me la van a pagar, y con eso te quedas. Quitare mi vehículo de esta app, ya que lo he puesto en otras que dan mejores condiciones. A parte, las comisiones son altísimas aqui
App muy recomendada
Si no tienes o no te quieres comprar un coche, pero tienes viajes ya sea por curro u ocio; recomiendo mucho la app. Te da mucha facilidades.

Tiempo de alquiler
Si el alquiler se cobra por día, es poco justo que si te pasas unos minutos en la devolución pero sigues estando dentro del plazo de las 24h se cobrare la diferencia. Para próximas ocasiones , siempre apuraré al máximo en el tiempo de devolución

Excelente opción para mantener un coche que solo necesito en verano para cuando vienen mis familiares de visita.
Cero protección al cliente y soporte nefasto
Alquilé un coche con un fallo grave en las luces de noche. Por pura seguridad volvimos directos sin repostar. Pese a mandarles un vídeo demostrando el fallo y capturas del propio dueño admitiendo que era un problema recurrente, Amovens se lava las manos y cobra la penalización igualmente. Se desentienden de la seguridad de sus coches y te dejan vendido cuando surge un problema real. En trámite con Consumo y el banco.
Costes de gestión
Costes de gestión elevados. Son personas competentes y dedicadas, pero gestionan con un margen de beneficio alto e incluso injusto cuando hay que prorrogar el contrato de arrendamiento.
Probleme beim finalen Autoabschließen
Auto konnte am Ende nicht über die App abgeschlossen werden, Eigentümer musste persönlich vorbeikommen; am Abend vor Mietbeginn zeigt mit Amovrns auf einmal einen Autowechsel an, obwohl der Eigentümer das gewählte Fahrzeug bereits bestätigt hatte. Das sollte in Zukunft klar verbessert werden.

La aplicación debería de tener la opción de poder ampliar o reducir km para no tener q pagar ese precio por km extra. Pueden surgir cosas no somos robots. Sobre todo si es la primera vez q usas la aplicación. No poder tener margen de error es un negativo para mi en esta app

Gastos ocultos abusivos!
Otra plataforma donde la transparencia brilla por su ausencia! Lee hasta el último renglón de sus condiciones, porque después eres esclavo de eso! Tienen costos ocultos por todos lados! Comisiones de arriba del 30%!
“Sin Internet” la app no arranca
Estoy usando un iPhone 14, OS 17.7.1, última versión disponible del store. Al abrir la app, carga un segundo y dice que estoy sin Internet. He probado con datos, y wifi. He matado la app, la he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar y nada funciona.
What an amazing service
Amovens is great. This is the first time I have used it and will never go back to using any of the traditional car rentals again. So easy to use, so easy to communicate with the owners. It’s an A++++++++++ service. I will be back next time I need to rent a car. Also worked out much cheaper and loads less hassle.
Validación injusta
No quiero pensar que haya sido por mi color o el sitio donde vivo pero el hecho de que no me validen para alquilar en amovens sin una razón justificada me parece muy clasista, existimos gente honrada en cualquier sitio y de cualquier color🤷🏾♂️
Precios
Los gastos de gestión, son abusivos.. ojalá no se les suba y pierdan la esencia de alquilar a buen precio! Y deberían estar más pendientes de correos y responder!
Acerca de la App
No son muy claros algunos puntos de la app en cuanto al combustible por ejemplo se recibe con la aguja aparentemente al 100% 640 kl de rendimiento y cuando se llena el tanque da para 800 kl o sea que no estaba lleno el tanque cuando se recibió el vehículo y ni hacen reembolso de la gasolina extra que se entrega. Dan €50 de puntos por cancelación de alquiler para utilizar en el siguiente alquiler y cuando voy a alquilar el otro auto no sale la opción de usar los puntos sino que debe ser para una próxima renta, tampoco se pueden usar los puntos para pagar kilómetros extras después del arrendamiento, o sea todo para la empresa nada para el cliente que se supone que debe ser la razón de una empresa, sin clientes no hay negocio.
Experiencia
Baje la app por recomendación de un compañero y la verdad es excelente. Pienso recomendar a muchos amigos . Es muy fácil y práctico acceder a el alquiler de tu próximo coche
Mala atención al cliente y mala atención al usuario
Mas vale que nadie tenga ningún problema porque cuesta que contesten, se desentienden de los problemas y nunca dan soluciones, solo dan largas.

DANGER SAFETY & PRIVACY RISK
DANGER - SAFETY RISK Car owner gets a full pass to track my movement in realtime for two weeks, complete violation of safety and privacy. And even after reporting this it was completely dismissed by Amovens and allowed to proceed as I cannot provide evidence of the well hidden tracking devices in the car. The app failed to protect its customer’s safety and privacy and refused to do anything about it afterwards, meaning I have to take the matter to the relevant authorities. Besides this the app allowed the owner to file claims against me with access to the vehicle post rental while I have no access to it to prove my case otherwise and any claim I filed was completely dismissed. Reading through the reviews it seems this isn’t the first time this app prioritised the owner over the customer and completely runs us over.

Avoid at all costs!
I used Amovens on a trip with no incidents, where I parked the car in a private garage when not using. I finished with the car, but it was dirty after a long drive. I later got an email saying I’d scratched car- I knew no such incident had happened. I replied that if the driver could send a video of the scratch I’d be happy to pay, because I was convinced the apparent scratch was mud mark. I emailed the driver, without a response and assumed the driver must have been mistaken. A month later I receive a €400 bill to cover the damage. There was no consideration of my position, and the only evidence was a blurry photo. Absolutely no trust in the users- avoid in case of having the same happen to you.

Poor customer service
Used to use this app with no problems but my account got blocked without a valid reason & the staff have been useless to help me. Extremely poor customer service. Beyond disappointing.
Flot bil og 5 stjernet udlejer
Alt var nemt og i flotteste orden. Bilen er meget ny og kører dejligt, uden de mindste problemer. Victor var nem at kontakte og altid høflig og hjalp med spørgsmål når der var nogen. Ville glædeligt komme igen og kan anbefale Victor og hans bil med top karakterer!
Parasitic company
Be careful using this service. They charge you repeatedly, without your consent, for invisible charges. Their customer support is impersonal and always sides with the even more sinister car owners. Atrocious service. I’ll be sticking to Share Now and other more professional car services. This feels like a racket - it has all the trimmings of a scam hidden behind a flashy design. It’s a shame, too, because I believe there are honest and decent car owners out there, but the parasitic scammer car owners can all-too easily make up un-provable claims to drain your bank account. Just truly awful. Avoid.
