Muy buena app.
Photos deleted after download
After spending a ridiculous amount of money to get our pictures, after I downloaded them, they still disappeared after the 30 days! Such a rip off!

Tiene algunos detalles, hace poco cambié de celular al iPhone 17 pro y algunas de mis compras no aparecen, así como algunas pestañas. Ya actualicé la app, cerré sesión, así como instalar y desinstalar la app y continuó con ese problema. Mientras que en el otro celular (otro iPhone) si aparecen . Espero y pronto puedan solucionar estos detalles técnicos. De lo demás me parece buena aplicación en general.
Demasiados bugs
Muy difícil realizar la compra desde la app. Agregué un pase erróneo al carrito y nunca pude eliminarlo. En el mapa didáctico aparece una foto y la descripción sale cortada, no te permite darle clic para leer más. Las descripciones de los productos muy confusas, todos tienen la misma descripción y es difícil entender realmente la diferencia entre cada uno. Debería haber un calendario u horarios de los talleres gratuitos dentro del parque para poder organizar adecuadamente, pero únicamente puedes saberlo llegando al parque.
Descuento de locales nunca se encuentra en la app
Arreglen este tema ya que pierde uno horas tratando de encontrar descuentos INAPAM , locales y mexicanos. Siempre tiene uno que llamar por teléfono. Entonces para que tienen una app???los agentes son súper eficientes y amables.

Can’t open
I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading, it won’t open

I booked a trip to Xcaret . And the app was very helpful ful like there are maps and I had my pictures from the park on it! I could see my tickets and boom trips it’s very AWSOME!!!
Se traba
Antes podía entrar a la aplicación pero por alguna razón, cuando abro la aplicación se traba y no me deja entrar. Siento que ahora es una aplicación inservible
App has a bug plus the ticket included only one time of food and drinks only at one of restaurents
My app shows two tickets , i used the one that i book , plus the xcaret plus admission just gives u one time food and drinks at any one of ur restaurants , everything else is paid . Its not clarified on the ticket . Its a whole day pass so ur bound to spend on 2 meals if u didnt have u bfast in the morning as they pick u at 7 and come back by 11 pm plus all the drinks ull have there the whole day as its hot. Rest is a bfull world on its own not possible to see it all in a day .
Lugar de ensueño
Nosotros fuimos a XEL-Ha, ha sido la aventura mas increíble que hemos pasado en Playa del Carmen, unas vistas hermosas, la comida deliciosa, la atención increíble, nos encantó, el tiempo no es suficiente para poder disfrutar todo, espero regresas el proximo año, a ahorrar 😉
No me hicieron mi devolución
Asistí a xcaret y xelha en noviembre del 2024. Compré dos paquetes de Seatrek, y al llegar, no me dejeron entrar debido a mis cirugías del corazón de niño. Lo acepté. Ahora que pido compensación de mi ticket respecto a 1 seatrek que no usé, me dicen que no hay registros y que si tomé el seatrek con mi novia. Como son buenos para buscar enfermedades pero no para devolver dinero.
4 por qué 5 les falta solo algo
No les doy 5 estrellas por que cada que quiero usar el app tengo que borrarla y volverla a instalar, se queda cargando y simplemente nunca entra, arreglen eso y la verdad les doy las 5 por que es muy buena sobre todo para andar en los parques.

Solo funciona para comprar no puedes ver horarios de parques ni mapas!
Experiencia
En lo personal de toda nuestra experiencia en los parques fue lo máximo, pero creo que algo fundamental son nuestros recuerdos. No he podido descargar el 100% de las fotografías ya que cada que intento hacerlo la app se cierra automáticamente, ya reinicie mi móvil, des instale la app y sigue igual, realizo una actualización no hace más de dos semanas y está lenta.
Paraíso en tierra
Xcaret superó por mucho mis expectativas, lo recomiendo ampliamente a todos, no se van a arrepentir! Cualquier parque es toda una aventura, y las personas que te atienden son demasiado amables, sin duda yo volveré 🌟
Stuck at signup
As with many reviewers here, the app is stuck at signup or login. Completely unusable. For such a big park with lot of money this is a shame they won’t fix the app login or signup. Seems like they have completely given up on this app.
App doesn’t work without internet
App is useless without internet and you don’t have internet in most of the park. If you close it, you won’t be able to open it again until you get internet

Sería bueno que en mapa tuviera GPS (así como en l app de Disney) para saber dónde nos encontramos y ubicarnos mejor y saber si estamos caminando al destino elegido,,, todo lo demás excelente!!! Felicidades!!!

Amazing place but didn’t get all our photos
We paid a lot for our photos but only received a few missing many photos :( from our groups wrist bands
Buying tickets
It was very confusing trying to buy tickets on line. I thought we we’re buying them for all day and the night show. It turns out we only bought the night show ones. I called and the fellow I was talking to was not very helpful, but once we got in the park it was great. The restaurant we went to was really good. A great variety to choose from. I wish I had more time to see everything

Had a amazing time Staff was very helpful
I had an incredible time at Xel-Há today and want to give a special shout-out to Antonio Diaz, one of the lifeguards that was manning Trepachanga station, who went above and beyond to retrieve my fiancée’s sunglasses after she dropped them in the water. His kindness made our visit even more memorable! From cliff diving and zip-lining to swimming in the caves and exploring everything the park has to offer, we had an absolute blast. 10/10 would visit again! If you’re ever in Mexico, I highly recommend adding Xel-Há to your must-visit list.
App doesn’t work
Paid for photos, and cannot log in to get them. Cannot report the problem as App Store will not allow a quality issue to be reported on a no charge app. Developer website link does not take you to a site that allows reporting of problems. Disappointed in the app and App Store on this one. Have emailed the company directly hoping this gets fixed. If we don’t get what we paid for we have no choice but to report the tour company for fraud.
