Satisfying, Fuego
The app works well. A reasonably good and appealing interface makes navigation smooth and pleasing. Never had to exert much energy finding information and the app worked when needed at the airport. This experience wants me to visit Mexico again, sooner than later.

Love it
I'm at Delta members first time using Aeroméxico use the app for me to use. Delta was twice the price than flying with with Aeroméxico the price was half the price to Fly Delta I to fly out of Mexico and then to Mexico City with Aeroméxico I was able to stay within Mexico, the country and saved half the price and I'm flying business first class over coach
Currency Display
I have most recent version of App and amount only displays in MXN Pesos instead of USD. Please fix asap and make pre user friendly option.
Easy to Book
The app is user friendly and makes it very easy to book. That said, making additions and getting booking information from customer service is a nightmare. Long wait times, uneducated reps, incorrect info, and many transfers; just horrible!

It forced you to update your saved info but won’t allow you to Save it. You can’t get past it

Urge q arreglen la app. No deja agregar el pase de abordar a Apple Wallet. Aunque le pongas guardar el pase este NO llega al wallet. Ya lo envié por iMessage y tampoco deja agregarlo. URGENTE

Like the idea, but this app is in Spanish and shows the cost in pesos not usd… tried everything I could to change the language. Very disappointed

No pude hacer el check-in porque la aplicación no acepta la fecha de menores de edad, viajo con un nene y no puede terminar el check-in, tuve que hacer pela pagina web.
Asignaron a mi hijo en un asiento solo
Dejaron a mi hijo de 6 años en un asiento separado al nuestro, absurdo no considerar que el necesita nuestra asistencia en cualquier momento y lo hacen así por dinero a tener que comprar a fuerza los asientos juegan con la seguridad

I have to leave a 1 star as I have tried several times to upgrade my seat and pay for certain in app purchases on an existing bookings, only to find there is no United Kingdom where country selection is required. Which then means I can’t select the correct county within United Kingdom either.
