Excellent app
The app is very simple to use and friendly
Puras fallas
No acepto mi reservación minutos después hice otra nueva y me cobro dos veces
Modo Oscuro
Convenient
Very good
I can’t even get past the “Choose Currency” page
I’ve just downloaded this app to make my life easier to check in and get my tickets, considering their website isn’t working for my on my phone, and the app won’t even let me get beyond the second page.

Vuelos convenientes
Would be nice to have a English option
Would be nice to have a English translation option. The seats they selected weren’t together even though we booked together and lots of open seats available

Works on iPad. But would not let me check in on iPhone
Also asks me to review the app when I am trying to check in, so not amused

Terrible
The app is riddled with bugs, the most annoying one is payment. It refuses to work with international cards (I tried Monzo, Lloyds and Amex) and all failed payment. Luckily I have a Wise virtual card in USD and luckily that one did the trick. It feels very bizarre that they would reject payment from international customers when they fly in and out of a country that relies heavily on tourism. On top of this, their customer service is appalling. It’s very difficult to get support and, when you manage to reach someone, they ask you to call their phone line (Again, punishing international customers as international calls are not cheap). Please hire someone to look at your UX, CX and payment system and do a complete overhaul to bring it in line with every other airline out there.

♥️
Has some bugs but serves the purpose
It is ok (iOS) you can add the boarding pass to your wallet and use it at the airport. The problem that I found is that there are some incompatibilities with cards issued in other countries. For example trying to add the postcode is impossible for me and I couldn’t pay with my card because you can only type numbers and my postcode has letters as well. Also quite a few times gets like stuck on one section and you can’t go back, had to close and open several times to reboot it. But if you have a Mexican or USA card should work fine.
No deja escoger aeropuertos
Viva Experience

Good
Escribí a soporte y no he tenido noticias.
Good!
