Not good for US citizens
Tried to create an account for more than an hour on the app. The app sent my email a code, but the button to enter it would not work. I rebooted phone and reinstalled the app multiple times. I tried to buy tickets as a guest, but I had to enter my US cell number. The app has a pull down menu for country codes which includes +1 for US. Every time I selected it the app would say not a correct format. It would accept evey other country code. So I went to their website and registered. Then after deleting the iphone app and reinstalling it finally recognized me. It still took multiple attemps to finally buy my tickets.

Cambiar la contraseña es un problema, no puedes usar anteriores (si pones una que ya habías usado y no lo recuerdas vas a ser muy complicado) Comprar boletos con el formato de horario que manejan es confuso -para mí- porque no especifica si es pm o am A veces no me permite ver los boletos, solo manda una hoja de texto

No me deja registrar mi contraseña. Me sigue pidiendo que ingrese una mayúscula, un número y que sea alfanumérica. Ya no hice y aún así no he logrado registrarme. Tendré que comprar el boleto como invitado

Tanto en ios como en Android se traba no cargan los datos o simplemente deja de funcionar

Good App/ Lacks Languages
The app is good. It is user friendly and looks great. That said, for people who do not speak Spanish (not just English language users) this is a problem. I had this issue and as a result had a ticket in my hand that I could not use. So I hat to buy another one and waste addition time at the terminal waiting for a later connection. Please include other languages!

App worked once
Now I can’t get tickets that I bought - I can see they are there but no way to bring up QR code as server continues not to respond to request - always server error. Good thing I printed out ticket!!!
Good Schedule Info - Inconsistent App
This is a great app for scheduling but very inconsistent software functionality. It will drop midway and convert to the native language. Difficult to surf back and forth but eventually gets you there.

Room for improvement
Payment methods are not able to be saved to the app, and “Add to Apple Wallet” returns a buffer error. The arrival times displayed on all tickets is 5 hours after departure time, irrespective of actual journey length

I saw in the description it said the app is available in English, but I didn’t see anything in the app that allowed me to change language

Terrible App
This app constantly gives errors when purchasing tickets and availability. It doesn’t support PayPal or Apple Pay, I’ve only got it to work once. I reinstalled and signed out of my account but issue remains. Very frustrating experiences unfortunately there’s no alternative.

Cero estrellas
Si pudiera poner cero estrellas lo haría, cero intuitiva. Sólo te indica: para la fecha que seleccionaste no tenemos viajes, pero nunca te dicen la opción alternativa o algo donde puedas saber a qué hora o día si hay disponibilidad. Los nombres de las ciudades o terminales no son claros. La aplicación es frustrante y al final es lo mismo que sale en su página que también está horrible, páguenle mejor a sus programadores o contraten a alguien mejor! Nadamas hacen perder el tiempo. Está mejor la de ETN, en esa es muy fácil, inspírense aunque sea.😡😡😡
