Trip Plans has been a boon to our travel experience. From timely notice ms of changes to keeping details of activities in order, it has been perfect. Everything is in one place and easily accessed.

Excellent app
Very detailed and complete instructions and information. All we needed was in the app, and we liked the integration with Ride with GPS. I wanted to give this a 4.5 star rating. The only knocks were that updates may not have been in real time. In one of the cities we were registered in a hotel different than what was in the app. Our luggage went to one hotel, but we were driven to another. It all got sorted out quickly, but still. Also, the Ride with GPS app gave us an inaccurate cumulative kilometres covered, and we couldn’t figure out how to reset it so that we could track just the day’s distances. Minor nuisance, and writing it here just for feedback.
Could be awesome but annoying
Only has previous trips (and a trip I wasn’t even on) loaded so I have to click a new link every single time instead of being able to navigate to my current trip in the app.
No option to update
This is fantastic for everything booked by our travel agent. However we've booked some of our own stuff on the go and it seems there's no way to add this in (or any other notes even). This means we're juggling between 2 apps which is annoying and inconvenient
European tour
This is a fantastic app. I referred to it several times every day during my recent visit to Europe
This App sucks big
I have had nothing but problems with this app. It is the 3rd time to use and it would never load properly not worth the energy it consumes on my phone.
Good but needs more functions
The app is nice but would be much better if included the option to add events to a calendar. It would also be nice if users could add details to itineraries.
Not Customizable
It seems that I have the choice of email notifications AND push notification or neither. Also, I don’t seem to be able to add anything myself, only my Travel Agent can add stuff. I probably wouldn’t use this app if it was not what my agent uses. It might be good for some wanting a “no touch” solution on their side and doesn’t mind excessive emails.
Lot’s of good features, but cannot see typed message on iPad
I like the way all of our travel details are readily available and findable. I also like being able to message our travel planners in the app. But I don’t like the fact that the message box is partially obscured in the iPad version (is fine in the iPhone version). And when I try to hide the list of trips to reveal the entire message box, the app crashes.

Won’t Open
Forgot password. App keeps saying that it has sent me a link to resubmit a new password. But I am not getting it. And yes, I did check spam more trouble than it’s worth.
Trip Plans
What a handy and easy app to use. First time user, but found it great.
Not editable by traveller
This app is somewhat useful but needs to allow the user to add their own bookings to it. I’m using another platform that I can edit myself and it’s frustrating to have to use 2 different apps Would be a 5 star from me if this was changed
Some problems
The app would be wonderful except when you use it with multiple travel agents and trips. We had to delete the app and start all over again. Can’t just continue with the app for new bookings.

Grand rail tour
Whilst I appreciate different carriers are used in. The grand rail trip the information provided in the app was not intelligible or standardised in any way eg some trains had numbers and seats and some didn’t? I didn’t know what any codes meant. It wasn’t clear which times were suggested or actually confirmed. In addition it would be great if I could add other bookings to this app instead of using multiple apps for my trip eg Viator, rome2rio, SBB, trip plannner and more

A Peregrinator
Three trip plans ‘on the shelf’ now. Our luxury travel designer (which, yes, she sure is) packages each travel excursion into a travel portfolio that is eminently useful during the excursion and after, as an excellent reference source.
Slechte app, jammer mbt reizen
Probeer al 24 uur de password reset door te voeren om mijn reis te zien. Lukt dus niet. Jammer dit als je er omheen kan werken of een andere app hebt doen!
Does not update / modify plans
Does not update with a cell phone . Not practical for large groups . Without a laptop you cannot update
Great functionality but…
The app provides great usability and functionality, but I feel it gets lost when trying to share with family members not traveling, or traveling companions that are not using the same travel agency. Print functions would benefit from having a condensed itinerary available for areas where electronic access is not available.
Travel Advisor Must-Have App!
I can’t (or don’t want to) remember what documents were like before I invested in Travefy! The system is simple and powerful. I highly recommend for you, your clients, and your collective sanity!

Trip Plans werkt niet goed met NKC pdf , bij off line gebruik op de iPad worden foto’s en route kaarten weergegeven als zwarte vlakken
Werkt niet goed
De app werkt niet goed. Geplande trip zijn niet te zien. De knop “done” werkt niet om de instellingen te bewaren.
Poor airline database ‘pull’
Our British Airways flight on Trip Plans do not match my BA app. Our travel consultant blames such on the automated database ‘pull’ whatever that means. This is an unacceptable situation and the excuse just odd.
Trip per Up Norway
Used my trip plans to communicate with travel company throughout my trip. Details and links were great save one glitch with a link that showed up as a white box and led me to getting off at wrong stop on flytoget train (resulting in a 30 min trudge with luggage rather than 5 minute slog) but overall, good graphics and organization of trip details for the traveler.
Crashed on login (iPhoneX)
Looks great but crashes as soon as I log in on iPhone X - what a shame.
Creating Chats account prevented access to itinerary
The app was originally very helpful. I could view the itinerary generated by my travel agent and subsequent updates. Then I go a fateful email that my travel agent had posted critical messages. So I relented and created a Chat account. Despite setting Offline viewing and download, I was no longer able to view my itinerary until I logged in. I should be able to view messages from my travel agent without having to create an account. And if I create a Chat account, doing so shouldn’t prevent me from viewing my itinerary.

Als je op een foto of kaart klikt komt deze schermvullend in beeld je kan hem echter niet meer verkleinen en moet de app afsluiten en opnieuw opstarten
Amazing APP
Haven’t traveled international for many years. Going to South Africa for 3 weeks with a busy itinerary. This app is amazing showing daily activities!
Good web site App doesn’t work ☹️
Using the website (as organizer) to coordinate a family trip. That’s works great! Downloaded the OS app and each time I try to open the trip (after logging in) I am told that the trip no longer exists Tried sending a help request they website but zero response Come on guys!!!

Great tool for getting my trip together
I wish I had this when I was in the trade. This gets all of my trip information together in one spot. And I can use it off line. Get your travel advisor using this. It’s great!
