Multiple Vehicles
All four of my vehicles are covered by Travelers. Love the discount. Feel comfortable having them covered easy to use app for billing and updates.

Hard to navigate to make payment. Should be simpler. Account is not 164 days past due!
Confusing
I can’t find information on why I’m being charged a service charge even though I’m paying the full amount before the due date. And it’s not offering to waive that fee if I were to sign up for auto payment at each renewal.

Horrible payment system
I don’t get notified if a payment is due. Somehow my auto pay keeps getting removed. When I go on the app that says that I don’t have a policy for billing, when I add my policy for billing, it says it has already been added, and I still cannot pay will be canceling as soon as possible. This is a second time I’ve had issues the horrible user interface on the app and website. Also, how has Travelers not called me one time if my bill is three months late?
Very poor design
Please hire some developers who know how to develop an app. The sign on screen never signs you on the first time. You always have to click twice. Worst is the messaging feature. You can’t see what you’re typing… the keyboard covers the whole text bar. Do they even have a QA team??

Auto Pay Doesn’t Work
Make sure you are watching your auto pay. Their auto pay doesn’t work. So for four months I thought my payment was going through. They did nothing to help the situation. So now I have to make large payments for the end of policy because of a technician issue on their end. They did nothing.
No clear way to update payment billing address or address for billing.
Travelers needs a clear way to update payment, billing, and home address.
Log in needs help.
Over all app is good but I can’t get rid of the log in notice about changes. And I select to save my info for 30 days and this function does not work. It takes me 5 steps to get in and this I closes with the biometric function. Someone needs to fix the log in process. Way too many glitches.

Will no longer let you update your coverages
I would prefer to price different amounts online like before. Having to reach out to an agent is inconvenient. It says i would be able to make changes after 6/30, but both app and website still wont allow.
Payments
I’ve noticed that their system is missing payment even when i’m set up with autopay. 1 month they don’t charge you and then the next month you get a double charge.
Missing key features
The new app is much improved. But there are still key things that it doesn’t allow you to do, like removing a driver who no longer lives with you. My family hosts au pairs, so we occasionally have a nanny who stays with us and is on our policy. Travelers makes it nearly impossible to remove them at the end of the year, without spending an hour on the phone.

Talking with someone at travelers
I need to know why I can’t talk directly to someone at travelers because having to go through compass insurance and then compass having to talk to travelers the problem is not getting solved it’s only getting worse. It’s ridiculous and I need and want to speak to someone in billing dept at travelers. I have a problem that’s not getting solved and it’s costing me money that I do not have.

This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. The constant mishaps, mistakes, being overcharged, lack of notification has been extremely frustrating. Your system upgrade should not have impacted me to this extent. There has already been two instances where travelers has deducted money from my account, refunded the money on their mistake, only to take it back? What is actually going on over there? I am tired, I have bills, and this constant back & forth of deduction and refunding doesn’t help me when you draw money that’s not owed to you and put my account into a negative balance! I am switching my auto policy in the next upcoming months. Worst auto insurance company to do business with.

I had updated my payment method months prior to the billing date, and it charged the previous credit card I had removed.

I have changed my bank card in auto pay a few times and it keeps taking out of wrong card. I changed again now
