Trash App j like the Service!!!
Trying to submit an order service but when I fill out the comments field, it keeps saying “Invalid characters” and doesn’t tell me what’s causing it!!! I then submit the request with no comments and I get an auto-response saying they need additional info from me. HELLO!!!!! The stupid trash app won’t let me fill out the damn field!!!
A good and simple app
The app is truly just a copy of the website. It works just fine and does what it should. Even if not so necessary.
Used to be good
I used to be able to find out what cans were being picked up on my pickup day. Then the app cut off some of the weeks for pickup. Now I can’t even get on to see the pickup schedule.
Whole neighborhood
My garbage was was to picked up May 15, 2026 and it 5 days and no one has come yet. I have called and they said they was coming out and another day has passed. It’s May 19 now and still no garbage pickup. I thought I was the only one but I found out that the whole neighborhood wasn’t picked up. I’m surprised we didn’t a text or something about any delay in service

App doesn’t work
Latest update removed the ability to pay bills through the app. Not worth having it if it doesn’t do the basic needs.
Schedule error for holidays
This app can alert you when the pickup will be as a reminder. Unfortunately it fails when there is a holiday schedule. Example: my pickup is Friday. App shows schedule as Friday. Alert comes on Thursday the day before. That’s ok except when there is a holiday I.e. Christmas is on Wednesday so my pickup is a day later on Saturday. Ironically the website shows the holiday schedule as the correct holiday Sat. pickup date. The app needs to reflect the same.
Slightly better after years of being broken
You finally made the app actually do something. It has acted as a gateway for your website for years it used to be decent persistent logins on an app. How about fixing the persistent login issue? Having to do a full login every time is really primitive. Since someone decided to finally fix the main issue maybe fix the other issue?
Wasted money
Rarely I put trash and recycle bins out for pick up because it takes months for the bins to fill up. Since I’ve been here, I took trash bin out one time for it to be picked up.
No longer useful for alerts and schedule
This used to be my go-to for checking the schedule. Mainly when there is a holiday, as even if the holiday isn't on my pickup day, they sometimes move the day. This is the 3rd time I've checked the schedule before putting everything out only to come home from work later in the evening to find no garbage or recycling has been picked up for the area. Not only does the schedule just seem to be the expected static schedule, but I noticed I no longer get service alerts. I get my reminder I set in the app but I have the service alerts on and am just realizing I used to receive push alerts if they would be late or another day and I haven't seen an alert in a while either. The other items the App adds I could just as well get to from the website. The reason I installed an app is so I can verify the scheduling.
No Face or Touch ID
Have to log in by typing full email and password EVERY SINGLE TIME! Why is there no Face ID to eliminate this or at least the option to stay logged in? Makes this worthless because I can use the website if I want to log in all the time. Should not have to do that on a phone app repeatedly.
Continually signs me out
If I could stay signed in, I might have a higher opinion of it.
App is not intuitive
There’s no option to schedule bulk waste pickup. You have to hunt for that option and there is no lead provided to schedule or call for that feature. Obviously I will call customer support to schedule but it would be helpful if you had a line like, “Bulk pickup scheduling is not available online or on the app. Please call # to arrange for bulk pickup” I’d like to mention this issue with customer service and have pointed this out before but we all know customer support does nothing to field these types of suggestions.
Needs Improvement
Basically useless as a majority of the features just kick you to the website. Has even less functionality than the preview photos would suggest. Repeatedly get an error that we can’t use AutoPay or online pay and have to pay by phone as a result. App nor website gives any indication of how to fix this and for some reason this also means we can’t see our accounts invoice history?? On the same subject, please put the payment dates in the schedule so we can see upcoming payments
Please fix
I can’t even pay my bill that’s due in 2 weeks! It shows no money due and no statement since a year ago plus says my payment is disabled!! Please fix this
Only kind of useful
Good for viewing your pick-up schedule or bill. I have never been able to make a payment through this app, or website for that matter.
Constantly logs you out
You have to login again every single time. Just stay logged in! Or find a quicker way to log in.
Circles
When the App first came out it was easy to use and navigate. Updates have changed that as customer service has gone down. Missed pickups for no reason and no way to contact the company. The purposes of the App is to make things easier, not harder. IF someone does reply, they are usually combative, because they can't be wrong. However, they will bill you and cash those checks quickly. Would love to see them fix that....
Lucky When it Works
It seems like every time I need to conduct a transaction, I get a retrieval error message. I never know if/when it will work.
App crashes on launch
It tries to login using FaceID and crashes one second later. Pls fix this asap!
Using your information
The app needed a update now I try to login saying it’s going to use my personal information gonna call and cut the service I’ll call a dump trailer once a month that charges 50$ I don’t even have that much trash to be paying 100$ a month
